Bi-Mart has good values and a big selection. Lots of room in the parking lot. Almost never too crowed. On Tuesdays, you can check your membership number to see if you have won a weekly price. Very well stocked with seasonal decorations.

As a first-time buyer and now Bi-Mart member, I must confess I am impressed! The customer service is absolutely AMAZING!!! 5 STARS EASY - like a Sunday morning!Their prices are outstanding, as well!I only wish there was a closer location to Newport, OR. However, it's a lovely drive up or down the GORGEOUS central Oregon coast for me to find a store - so, that being my only complaint??? Truly trivial indeed.Give these fine folks and Bi-Mart a shot! You won't be disappointed!PEACE ✌️

This store has nice solid bike parking bolted down out front, & it's right on the Lincoln City Loop bus line, which is super handy. They even have benches, if you have a wait for the next bus. Staff has been kind & helpful when I'm there, & they don't bat an eye if people on foot or bus need to use a shopping backpack, so huge points for being environmentally friendly & welcoming people who bring reusable bags. Today I received great customer service both at checkout, & to help me find things. I like to go here for my hardware needs, as I'm always wearing out garden tools or doing some project.Bi-Mart always has some kind of magical way of having something on my list that I didn't expect to find there. They're great at stocking what's needed for whatever season it happens to be. Magic, list, stocking, season... see what I did there? Their holiday aisles are ready & quite fun to walk through at the moment, but they also had a cushion that I thought I was going to have to order online! Thanks for your service to the community, Bi-mart.

So they have fishing and hunting gear which is awesome you can get your license for fishing and hunting but over all here for Lincoln City it's great for us who live here all year long

I went shopping today with a friend who's a little bit not right and ran into a very arrogant assistant manager or at least the red vest. Heavy set woman with tattoos picked up something he sat down and said she would put it away for him setting him off and then she stood there and fed into it and wouldn't leaveI tried to shoot her away a couple of times but she just stood there. Trying to argue with this mentally unstable friend of mineOn top of this the store was in the worst condition in which I'd ever seen it being careful years, things out of stock, things messy everywhere yet she has time to stand and argue with someone over setting something down that he hadn't made up his mind to purchase. Good job

VERY VERY unhappy with bimart. I will never shop here again and people need to ban this store! What the heck happed to customer service? I don't know what happened to all the people who used to work there but this new people are lazy and rude! First of all they Need to stop charging deposits on cans and bottles when THEY REFUSE to take them back. EVERY single time we go to cash in our cans the machine is broken and heaven forbid they come out to fix it. Oregon law states if you charge a can deposit you have to take cans. Today they refused to take my cans because their machines was out of order. In the past they used to let us take them in as long as we counted them and Bimart is the the only store in this town who will refuse to take the cans back if their machines is broken. IF YOU REFUSE TO TAKE THEM BACK THEN STOP charging the can deposit. I will not ever shop or go to this bimart again they are rude and lazy

The return process here is a little too extreme. I just needed to return 2 pillows WITH the receipt within the 24hours that I bought them because they were too firm to my liking. A lady at the front had to fill out this yellow slip for the return and even needed my ID, she took down my address…. and my photo ID #? Like seriously for what? It’s too excessive! Make sure you know what you want to not deal with returns!

I love Bimart and have been a member for years! They have a little bit of everything... kind of like Walmart but smaller store with a much better atmosphere and very friendly staff who provide great customer service. Being that the stores are employee owned really shows! They care and are nice people at all the locations I have ever been to.

I love the variety of the merchandise, and the people are really great. However when I went in to get a carpet cleaner the cheapest one was more than I was willing to pay. And there were no cheaper options. I ended up ordering from Amazon instead.

The employees are great. Go the extra step for their customers. So glad we have one here! They've installed new beverage container recycling machines, out front! One for cans, one for glass and another for plastic. SO easy to use! After you're done, you'll receive your ticket. Take the ticket inside, to customer service and they'll cash it out for you, easy peasy. You don't have to bring all of your containers into the store anymore. Alot roomier than McKay's, since its outside, and if you don't have too many, it sure beats driving all the way to Newport! Bi Mart has a great selection of items, with friendly and helpful staff.

They have a little section of most everything you might need! I love their mailer so I can make my lists before heading out. This BiMart is located in a beautiful location too. I save dollars every time by shopping there first before I go to a hardware or other grocery stores. They win the pricing game almost every time.Check out their friendly and helpful electronics dept. I have had watch batteries changes there often with very professional service.

I love this store they have a little of everything. I go there quite often. My sister and I even won a bread maker when our number matched on a Tuesday. The staff are very friendly also and helpful.

This Bi mart seems a tad smaller than the ones in Portland and Vancouver but the staffing is sure more polite and attentive. Didn't go in planning to buy anything but of course found some good deals we couldn't pass up.Little hard to find the Lincoln City BiMart but when you find the outlet mall it's on the street just past the mall parking structure.

I gave this place a 4 star since Bi Mart decided to move out there pharmacy which many relied on it. And with the virus around it was well needed. Other than that it has some wonderful employees and they will always smile at you.
