I give Walmart 5 stars because of lower prices but when I shop there or really most other stores I am frustrated that it's difficult to find healthy products. I walk past shelf's of sugar with pretty packaging. I look at ingredients and see chemical names I can't pronounce. I leave with red potatoes, broccoli, organic cauliflower if they have it, organic bananas and sometimes a gallon of organic cows' milk and other real foods. But still I appreciate the place and hope for better human consumable food stuff. And I also buy other things like clothes etc.

Don't waste your time. The employees had all but 2 self checkouts closed. I asked if they could open them and was told not enough.people to man them. It's self check out. If you are going to have an employee watch us scan our own items, then don't harass us about a receipt. There had to be approximately 25 people in the check lines. I went to cosmetics to check out and found a line there, and no one was there to check anyone out. If it is against policy to take things from cosmetics, shouldn't someone be there? This is where your higher prices are going. No one to help but can't even do it yourself.

Getting rid of self checkout when everyone they hire is too old to know how to run the register is about the stupidest thing i’ve ever seen a store do. On top of that, half the employees have no idea where anything is in their own store. It’s just a horribly run store these days and it sucks because it’s also about the ONLY store in town that has everything you could need under one roof.

The store associates are rude and lazy. All the check registers even including self checkout was full. There was one person at customer service and 2 other people back there but not helping any customers. they were more worried about a cart full of stuff that could have waited to be scanned to be put back on shelves. I was in line for 35 minutes to get help with my bottle and can return receipts. They definitely need to up there game. This store used to be so good and the employees were so nice and now its a nightmare going in there. You get over charged for stuff if u order online for stuf to be delivered and still don't get a refund. For 45 items (food) online the total was $297 for 50 items $325. I looked at my total from previous month for the exact same stuff and notice $80 more for the 45 items and about $95 for the 50 items and they refused to fix the mistake. They substitute your items for what they would want not what ur preference is. So irritating and annoying.

The one star is for the dirty-blonde young woman in customer service. She was outright rude to one of my family friends the other day. You can't refuse to help someone over a simple return! My friend was just returning a sweater... she always acts entitled or like her nose is high up in the air.I always feel irritated at times and uncomfortable others when she is working. I'd hate to have her help me at Customer Service after knowing about that incident! She needs a life wake-up call to change her attitude! Your job is not so important that others are beneath you!I also think this other dirty blonde person is a manager of some sort here. I don't like having her help either. She looks like her face is set in a deep frown when working. It is every time she is working. It makes me upset because she looks like she is stuck-up towards everyone, esp. when she talks to people. Not a fan of a small portion of workers here!I wish that all DVD's were returnable up to 90 days, instead of 30 days. It's not like it's any other electronic! C'mon, you make billions of dollars on us people! That's ridiculous.

December 3rd 2023 I moved to Sweet Home. The Walmart in Lebanon, has many friendly helpful associates. I'll stand in line so I can go to my favorite cashier. 😊

**update, watched a chick shoplift on 12/23/23 and zero cares were given by employees, yet the greeters were stopping everyone with a shopping cart to check receipts. Dumbest thing ever.*update, because Google keeps asking: no, it hasn't changed! White trash everywhere. A family of them sharing a nice snack of Jack Links jerky whilst one of them gets a money order for (late) rent at the trailer park in Sweet Home.Google keeps asking, so I'll keep saying: hell no, it hasn't changed. Lots of mart carts, front butts, husker dos, husker don'ts, witch whistle, and mullets.Are there friendly Associates? Not often. The short, heavy-set female front-end supervisor with the horrible make-up choices should not be working with people. Is there a decent selection of products? Opinions vary. Can you get tires, a battery, and Duck Dynasty gear for your 1990 Chevy with a lift kit? Probably. But, that's not for me.There is usually some good people watching in the parking lot. I mean, it's Lebanon, not Beverly Hills.I took pictures of the re-released G.I. Joes that were damaged yet were still selling for full-price and not in the Clearance aisle. Yikes.Their inventory is also rarely correct, for example, I've been looking for a certain size of empty boxes. Their website shows that they have them in stock, but after visiting the store twice, they do not.

Poor service. No one in any department to answer any question. To busy slacking off in the back and not getting jobs done. So many veggie products are empty. On top of that they hardly have an checkouts open so expect to stand I line for 30 min before you even get a chance to checkout. STORE HAS POOR SERVICE! If I could rate 0 I would it's that bad.

No plastic bags? & if you have them 10 cents per bag? How stupid is this?99% of things in the store are wrapped in plastic, they have plastic littered all around the outside. But plastic bags to carry the stuff you just overpaid for will kill the earth... get smarter people

This is for the Auto Care Center. I went in at 10:30 this morning and was told i need to schedule an appointment. So i scheduled the appointment for 3pm with the ticket writer. When i came back in at 2:45 i told the same person that scheduled me it there for my appointment and he looked baffled. After re-ringing me up I was told it may be an hour or more. I took 2 hours for a simple new set of tires. Never in my life have i waited this long for something so simple. I’ve previously worked in a tire shop and it took us 30-45 minutes based on the size of the tire (I have an SUV so nothing crazy. I just can’t believe how slow this shop is.

Most of the time, self check outs are closed, and only a few cashier's have their lanes open. Which creates long lines! 🤔 Either open more lanes, or open up the self check out again!

I ordered a cake for a birthday party that was never saved into their system. When I went to pick it up the next day and it had not been made, the person working the bakery apologized profusely for the mistake of the new employee that did not save my order. She also gave me a cake of our choosing at a discount and also wrote on the cake and included some decorations to add to the cake as well. Could have been worse, could jave been better.

This Walmart is a hit and miss, some days there well stocked and other days not so much. That why I gave them 4 not 5 stars. Over all Walmart is a great place for a one place shop all experience. The one thing about Walmart stores in general that I find frustrating is they move products around frequently. But over all Walmart is Walmart I shop there often.

I enjoy shopping here until it is time to check out. There are several check stands, but one is open . The other option is to self check out. That's all good and fine until u have produce that needs weighed . Also the lines are very long. Takes more time to pay then it does to do all the shoppingI also am experiencing the HIGE marked up prices that are affecting myself and many others. I can hardly afford toilet paper. Let alone a $5 bottle of bleach..

The lebanon store seems fairly organized and they keep the store clean. They still have subway and now they have a Claire's inside closer to the grocery side doors. One con I can think of right now is you cannot sleep in the parking lot anymore. Unfortunately people do over stay their welcome and ruin it for everyone else. They do sometimes have 1 to 3 cashiers normally just depends on the time or how busy they are, I think there trying to push people to self check out so they can do away with cashiers.(I hope not)

We checked the Walmart web page and it listed this Walmart as one of the few in this part of Oregon that allowed RVs to overnight so went out of our travels to head here to only to find out that they do not!! We were told by the parking patrol that we could park anywhere in the city of Lebanon but here which we were happy about so crossed the street, pulled into Walgreens chatted with the manager there and they were super gracious and said no problem! So boo to Walmart!!!

It's always so easy to find what your looking for and by chance you can't a employee will help you. The greeters at the door are always very nice, I can always find a electric cart to use and fully checked and ready to go.
