Worst place to get your prescription filled. Why do they even have a pharmacy. You wait many hours in a doctors office to only have to wait another five hours for your prescription. Terrible terrible terrible. After waiting 3 hours now I think me out 10 plus workers go to lunch at the same time so the whole pharmacy closes down. Who the hell approves this. Time to find a new place. The actual store is okay but I will give the store up if this don't change.

Useless people. Schedule 2 appointments for booster shots. Came in the first time. And the lady said great coming in when is almost closing time. There was still an hour left. They said come tomorrow. 2nd app online it says they have it so I schedule an app. I come in they take my info. And then they tell me they can’t help me cus they don’t have it. If ya don’t have it take it off the website. Anyways they are useless waste of time and they are not free.

I guess people are mostly rating bad about the pharmacy, but not the store itself. People who work in the store are actually very nice, things in the store are well stocked and organized. Clean store and easily to get things. Rate the pharmacy, if you don’t like the pharmacy.

The pharmacy is overtly rude to the customers. A simple acknowledgement of your presence would make it easier to overlook their poor performance. I think they have disconnected the call button at the drive thru. They walk right by the window for 15 minutes without even looking your way. After giving up and going inside because it appeared to be closed, we waited for another half hour to get to the counter while they ignored us to help with the drive thru. And the prescription wasn't available after getting notification that it was ready. Paula the manager just ignored me when I pointed out that a look in the direction is all it would have taken for us to feel acknowledged.

Giving two stars specifically because of location and the convenience of said locations pharmacy drive through. The Manager Paula, needs to not be in her position. She is incredibly rude and never has enough staffing. They've closed down pharmacy multiple times due to no staffing. They didn't even message those of us who needed their medicine. I will be making another call to corporate due to poor service and policy.

Very disappointed. Scheduled an appointment for a necessary vaccine right before leaving the country for 2 years. It was a 30+ minute trip to get this, and upon arriving I was told that they actually didn't have my vaccine. Tried to get it scheduled elsewhere and they couldn't do it before my trip, and wouldn't make an exception to let me get it at another place that same day. At the place they even had a big old TYPHOID next to my appointment on the schedule. I guess it never occurred to them to let me know that they didn't actually have it.Incredibly disappointed that they screwed me over RIGHT before my trip.Moral of the story is to NOT TRUST THE WEBSITE! CALL THE STORE ITSELF BEFORE YOU GO!!!

Had my prescription since the 3rd it was the 6th I went in because I couldn't reach them by phone for 3 days. They told me that my medication was not ready and if I wanted it filled I had to call my doctor and get a new prescription because they didn't order any of the 5mg pills. I have been going there for several years so it's not like it was a a new prescription. Pharmacy said they would contact me. They did not.went in next day and they had closed the Pharmacy due to lack of staff. I am now violently ill due to there negligence. Closed pharmacy with no warning. This is the second time I have had issues with them on this same prescription. They could only fill 10 days.I am changing pharmacy. Would give zero if there was one.

If I could give a 0 or negative stars I would. The pharmacy staff at this location is terrible. The pharmacist is rude and will refuse to fill prescriptions even after speaking to the patients PCP. Most of the pharmacy techs are terrible. Their customer service needs a lot of work. Been waiting 13 days for a refill on an Rx. That is unacceptable. They never even started to fill it and didn't communicate with us as to what the delay way. When I went in there today I was told it would be at least another 24 hours. Glad it's not a life saving medication and my husband has an alternative medication so he can continue to WALK. Ever since they new pharmacist Matt started we've seen the customer service decline rapidly. He is condescending when he talks to customers and acts like he knows better than our doctors who prescribed the medications. The store staff aren't much better anymore. You have to hunt them down if you actually need customer service.

I prefer to leave positive reviews. If I am dissatisfied with a situation I like to communicate and work with an actual person to resolve the situation. I also understand that sometimes my needs or wants simply cannot be met. That doesn't make a business or employee evil, it's just real life. So I move on. However, when I am given incorrect information at the store and then there is no customer service to help correct the error I am displeased enough to draw attention to the situation. I am sure that the people I interacted with today are competent and caring individuals probably overwhelmed by the pandemic situation. I can give some space for that. That said, I also expect a business to stand by what they say or to make a situation right if necessary. Today this pharmacy did not earn my business.

Love the staff. They do an excellent job with my complicated medications. However, the convenience of having a drive through is completely wasted when it takes an hour to get through if there are 4 cars waiting. The point of a drive through is quick convenient service. Whether it is due to too low of staffing levels or just clunky procedures there is extreme room for improvement.

Had an appointment for COVID shot at 5:45. Arrived ten minutes early. By 6:08 they finally found out that they did not have the right thing defrosted. By 6:20 they finally told us to wait while they thawed the serum and we could get it in "twenty minutes or so". Why this wait when we were the only customers there for the COVID shot?

We just went to get Valentine’s Day treats and my autistic cousin was waiting around for me to be done. After we checked out and left she told me a worker there came up to her and said “If you aren’t buying anything get out” and then said “my boss is watching you” she was doing nothing wrong, just looking around. Is this how you treat your Customers? This is discrimination. We were in there no longer than 5 minutes. Never going back.

called the pharmacy from Halsey was put on hold, drove from Halsey 30 minute drive to Lebanon while on hold to the store and absolutely zero customers were in the store, went to the pharmacy while still on hold, and seen 3 pharmacy employees standing around talking and looking at their phones still on hold I showed them I was on hold and they had no excuse.Definitely avoid this place of business

I went to pick up a mediccation for a highly contagious rash for my family and I. The doctor who saw my family wrote the prescription for everyone. I called the pharmacy before going to get the medication with my toddler and when i got there I was informed by the pharmacist that I was committing insurance fraud because of the way the prescription was wrote and that she would talk to the doctors office the next day but for tonight i was out of luck. There was a line of people, i was just trying to get a cream to treat my family, as prescribed and recommended. I left embarrassed, in pain, with a crying toddler and fearful i did something wrong. How dare a pharmacist make a mom or anyone feel ashamed for trying to get treatment for their children and family and show so much disreagard for humans.

Made an appointment for Covid test...arrived 15 minute prior and sat in line for over an hour to find out I wouldn't know the results for a week. Also the guy supervising my test wasn't wearing gloves while prepping the test and when I looked over to ask question he wasn't even paying attention to what I was doing. Even more frustrating, according to the tracking number the sample has still yet to be sent to the testing facility more that two days later

Pharmacy is closed on the inside due to staff shortages. Tells you to go through the drive-thru window when you wait 25 minutes get to the window and they say they can't sell you Sudafed through the drive-thru window. That you have to be inside. You explain to them they're not open on the inside so.... You're unable to get the Sudafed

I would stay away from this pharmacy if you have any other option. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for years but nothing ever changes. The staff is extremely rude, and they make you wait for prescriptions well passed the date you need them.I wouldn’t waste any of your time here.The manager was professional and sympathetic when I expressed my concerns but ultimately I don’t believe there is much he can do.

We have never worn masks in this Walgreens and no one has said a word..even to pick up prescriptions. Today a female at the pharmacy stated that she would not give me service until I put a muzzle on. We were buying about $60 in pharmaceutical supplies as well as my medication. Needless to say, we left without buying anything or picking up the meds. Went through the drive thru and picked the meds up.. We will be transferring our meds to a different pharmacy!

Pharmacy tech started off as nice and professional, then an insurance issue occurred, and he got pretty annoyed. "You can't have the same member's id!" He said, even though I know the insurance I pay for, and how it works. My fault for forgetting my sons insurance card at the hotel though, however, it should of been on file from the last time I got his prescriptions a few months ago. Once they got his insurance info then they finally started to process his prescription. There was no call to me to get the correct information or let me know there was an issue prior to my arrival. Other prescriptions took a long time to be ready. Not too happy with my experience. But only one walgreens in a small town, what can I do?

My provider sent over a prescription around 8:50am, and when I came to pick up my prescription at 5:50pm I was told that it wouldn't be ready for another six days because of insufficient stock on hand. When I asked why either myself or the provider wasn't informed during the 9 hours they had the script, the pharmacist shrugged and said she was swamped.Six days is too long to wait for a script to be filled and it's way too long for a box store that prides itself on customer service to not reach out to the customer or the provider for other arrangements. I WILL NOT be filling prescriptions at Walgreens again, and I dont think anyone else should either.

I've been using Walgreens for my medications for years, they have never made any mistakes on my meds and have always been on top of my medication list i trust them completely until today. I have 2 terminal cancers and had fraud issues before. Walgreens calls me from unlisted number and asks for me by first name only and asked me for my date of birth. I said I didn't know them and that I wanted to verify them because I was uncomfortable i asked them what my full name was,the med,or my dr office. They said for MY protection they couldn't do that. She was extremely rude and I plan on talking to Walgreens corporate today. When I called back they said that was their standard and theyWere not required to verify themselves to patients....thanks Walgreens for only protecting yourself

Get ready for a long complaint but the corporate website won’t take it for some reason so here it goes. This is the first time I’ve made a formal complaint for ANY business. Ive been treated so bad by this pharmacy so many times now that something had to be said. But the straw that broke the camels back, it was New Years Eve, last night. I needed to pick up my husbands PTSD nightmare medication and his antidepressants because he cannot go without them. I figured I’d swing by before I went into work. So I pull into the Drive Thru line 10 minutes before they closed at 5. There was one person ahead of me and they were taking quite a while. However, I wasn’t in a hurry and I hadn’t a clue that they closed at 5, so I just waited patiently. Finally, the car in front of me is done, so I pull forward to see the pharmacy tech pulling the curtain down to show that they are now closed. I look down at my phone and it’s 5.01. One minute after close and I had been sitting there for ten minutes so I assumed they would help me. Everyone inside was scrambling now to get closed up, emptying trash cans, putting things away. I had at least 3 or 4 different employees see me sitting there and they all ignored me and acted like they didn't see me. I sat there for another TEN MINUTES until an employee finally got on the speaker and told me they were closed. I said I know but I was here well before close and my husband NEEDS his medication, he can’t go without it and asked if they would please do one more transaction because it was very important. He told me he could do nothing about it because everything was off already and said that if I was here before 5 then I should have came inside. I had no idea they closed at 5 in the first place! And to top things off they are closed today too for New Years Day. So he’s going without, for two nights. I’m extremely angry and concerned. Last time my husband went without his PTSD meds, he accidentally choked me in his sleep because he having such intense nightmares. And he now has to go without. Walgreens needs to figure out some sort of way to help the customers that were there WAITING before they closed. I cannot believe the employees at this pharmacy closed the shade on me when I pulled up and then ignored me for ten more minutes! They are handling people’s medication and people’s lives! It’s not a fast food joint! Thank you for letting me vent, and I’m furious I was treated this way. I will be following up with the store itself and speaking with the manager there as well.

So this is a new low even for this Walgreens. The location in Lebanon has jlbeem closed for days.not the store, just the pharmacy. They don't give a reason and when you call no body knows anything. In order to get my prescription transfered to a dif Walgreens they need to speak with the idiots at this location. I could die without my meds so thx again Walgreens. You guys are garbage..

Went to pick up my prescriptions they told me it would be 40 minute wait so I come back in 45 minutes and they tell me it's going to be another hour and a half wait. It's really hard to wait that long when you are super sick and live an hour away. Don't say 40 minutes then when the person comes back tell them another hour and a half! Not my only bad experience here one time they where 20 minutes late opening the pharmacy!
