Went to get some interior paint for the house. The staff was very informative and helpful. I even brought a gallon back so they could retint it so I could use in a different room.They have a great paint service area with everything you need in one place. You might find a cheaper price somewhere else but you can get all right here at Ace. No long walks into other big chain stores and standing in line forever. Just in and out. It's worth paying just a little more and not skimping on cheap paint. They have good sales too. Sign up for their Ace rewards program too. Definitely recommend going here!

Cynthia in the Paint section is phenomenal.Vibe is low key compared to Home Depot and Lowe’s. Emily also Rocks! Donna always treats me amazing in the garden section.

My wife and I drove here from Corvallis, about 20 miles away, to pick up a specialty item that they had in stock (and the local big box hardware stores did not). It was a revelation! This store is incredibly well-stocked, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices are very competitive. The garden center in particular is amazing!

I've been to Summit twice in the past month looking for help with my garden plants. Donna was super helpful in recommending some products to help my plants thrive. Everyone that is employed there is very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help with anything you may need. I'd much rather spend my money and time here, even if it costs a little more, as everyone is so pleasant! Keep up the good work :)

Big shout out to Cynthia in the paint department!She provided the most knowledgable and friendly help with paint I've ever received.I've been using this store for nearly 3 yrs now and I can say it's hands down a better experience than anywhere else. Friendly, informed staff in a well-organized and clean store.

The staff is always helpful and gives advice and tool options when needing advice on new projects. I've never had as much help from other places as these guys do. Usually always have what I need so that's a plus. Beats driving out to Albany when you live in Lebanon

Refuses to honor the lifetime warranty on Craftsman tools because they had some rust on them.*** Despite the fact that the website says the warranty covers product failures for ANY REASON, with no exception.It says just return the product to any stocking retailer and redeem them for another..I even showed the dude where it says that on the website and pointed out that they ARE a stocking retailer. He still refused to honor the warranty.Will def be directing my business elsewhere, at least someplace the employee's can read and understand the obligations they have to their customers, that are imposed by their suppliers.Update: I emailed customer service @ Craftsman and sent them pictures of the tools I had and they sent me brand new replacements, with free shipping!!!At least someone knows whatLifetime Warranty means...

Stephanie helped me a while back with a back yard shed I was building and Mr Smiley at the front register is always friendly. Jonathan helped us out to make a chip key. It was an old beat up key we had to have copied. He was amazing. He was not slow but did take time to get it right. He was nice enough to chitchat with us while we waited to upload and download key info. I would recommend this place to anyone!
