If I could rate zero stars I absolutely would. The self checkout person who doesn’t Actually scan your stuff sat there staring the entire time and was rude and judgmental and treated me and my boyfriend as though we weee healing when we spent over $200 on groceries. Good times.

The employees here are nice. As far as the patrons, I can say it is the only store I go in that 95 percent of the people have their noses in the air and scowels on their faces. On top of this everything is beyond overpriced. I go to the store to buy groceries not be cheated and looked down on by all the classy people. Yuk

Just went for a few quick items. Used the self checkout as the line was the shortest. Long story short, the machine has an issue and needs an associate. April, the self checkout associate was running in circles trying to assist everyone. I give her kudos for still being courteous and helpful, despite all of the machines having errors almost at the same time.

I'm rating the deli manager as a crazy lier all she does is talk on that phone run employees and people down she is probably on drugs that's how those people work I'll never ever shop or come back to that store ever I'll go to Walmart or WinCo first she is always in someone's business whether you work there or not .she one crazy person and should be fired at once the way she handles herself and controlling I'm speak less she is a liar and probably stealing from Safeway too if I was you I would stay far away from Safeway I mean that deli for sure

Too expensive anymore to go there. Lemon is built thousands and thousands of Apartments but yet our store is getting smaller more crowded more lines more expensive. And I'll be damned if I go to Walmart.

This place is an absolute war zone. Trash everywhere - zero customer service. The parking lot is a disaster. Most ghetto Safeway in Oregon.

I actually don't enjoy going to Safeway very often. The service is generally terrible (cashiers/aisle workers/management).But tonight was a different experience. Lexi, the girl working at the deli is AWESOME. Her customer service is on point, she radiates happiness, she made sure we were taken care of and it was the BEST experience I've had in Safeway in years.To the management there; You are lucky to have an employee like her!!

I love this Safeway. The price is comparable to other grocery stores but I feel like their food is more fresh than all the other grocery stores around. The workers here are nice as well. The only thing I would say irritates me about this Safeway is the lack of cashier's. They also have self checkout but not enough so every time I go here the lines a backed up. It takes longer to checkout then to shop for the food.

Standing in a line about 15 people deep with only 4 lanes open at 3 in the afternoon. Notice the sign hanging on the right. Way to go Safeway! Hypocritical much? You lost another "valued" customer.

The online pick up order system has failed me. I ordered thru the app. The order was delayed. When I got there, they gave me the wrong order. I noticed this as I got out in the driveway, so I headed back to the store with the completely wrong order. Now no one could help me because all of the "Pick up order" crew was gone. Now I have a charge to my account and no groceries. Also, they never offered to even give me a discount or anything for my trrouble. Will not shop there again.

Nick at the gas station on Wednesday April 5th was the greatest. He helped me get gas and 5, yes 5 cases of water into my car. He did it with a smile and he was nice to me. Keep up the good work Thank you

There was a difficult customer situation Thanksgiving evening and the shift manager Liam handled the customer with a smile and such professionalism. I was super impressed as was the person in front of me. He, the cashier and the other 2 gentlemen who were trying to accommodate the customer showed great restraint and great customer service. All 4 are definitely assets to Safeway. 😀👍

Twice now I've asked for paper bags & my groceries have been put in the cart without bags. I bought over 100$ worth of groceries. What's up with the clerks in this store? Wouldn't you assume that if someone doesn't have cloth bags that they are going to need paper bags? Your staff needs customer service training.

I have not been happy with the service here lately. Today a courtesy clerk was putting carts away and had one in her hands. I said I would take it and her response was "I'm not getting you a cart!" and actually pushed it farther away. Other courtesy clerks had headphones in and you're lucky if there's one, maybe two, actual humans working the front end. Compared to other stores the lines are always ridiculous.

Always have a nice experience here. Went in because we couldn't find food coloring the day before Easter..... I know, who waits til the day before? 🤣 Safeway was our 4th stop and they had it!

Went to pick up some meat and desserts for the 4th of July. They have a good selection of different cuts and thickness to your choosing.The bakery has a huge variety of pies, cakes and various other desserts. We got a great looking strawberry topped cake and snickersChocolate cake. They look delicious. I have got cakes here before and they usually always taste good.Definitely recommend this place for desserts.The store was moderately busy and clean. Expect to wait in the checkout for 5 mins or more. Good experience and well kept store.

I love our local safeway. The cashiers and customer service people are always helpful and kind. The self checkout guy is literally always in a good mood and happy to help. I've been to Safeways all over Oregon and there's just something special about our store. The only suggestion I'd have is about the deli. It would be great if they could hire and keep 1 or 2 more workers around to help.

Sorry but from 5:30PM or 6pm there is a VERY BIG SHORTAGE OF CHECKERS . 1 CASHIER IN REGULAR CK OUT & 1 IN SELF CK OUT. NOT GOOD AT ALL. THERE ARE LINES VERY OFTEN , PEOPLE & CARTS AT TIMES R 6 OR7 DEEP . I do know that even your floor worker CAN CHECK. ?They need to b called up to ck.cutting back on checker is only hurting the Name of Safeway and Albertsons. You need another checker untill at least 8pm.. i do hope you fix this PROBLEM. This is in SWEET HOME. NOT LEBANON!!

Friendly service with a smile, I do about half of my grocery shopping here.Even though their prices are a little higher than some other places.I always find quality meats and produce which is important when you have a high demand for leafy greens a good protein.

I found everything I needed but this is the third time that I'm not getting my savings on my just for you. I have to watch the cashier like a hawk and know what I'm supposed to be getting savings on so when it doesn't get taken off I can say something. Now the cashier was helpful and took my $5 off of $ 25 savings that was on the just for you off after I pointed it out. But it was supposed to come off automatically.Anyway you guys cannot fix problems if you don't know they exist so now you know

Love the food court/deli everyone is so pleasant. The check out was confusing there were a lot of people at check out but as the challenge is 2 cashier's yet the cashier's were very kind and eager to care for everyone.

I picked up two reusable bags marked $1.00, they rang up $5.98. The cashier Bobby was so helpful he even gave them to me for $.98 as to not give me back the coin change with my other items. Very pleased with the customer service.

I went in for the hot del. The food I'd delicious but they don't keep up. 11:30 in the a.m. and no chicken or Mac & cheese for the lunch crowd. I had to wait about 20 minutes along with at least 5 others.
