You know what some things are worth. Slapping $8 - $25 on vintage items is going to help it sit around in your store when I KNOW you get a high influx of items in the back. The products won't move in the back to front with higher prices and will collect in the back. Then you'll stop accepting donations again. Repeat.That purse was in the normal price range Kohl's offers it for. So $20 (preferably less) would be better. $25+ is the normal price posted online! We can afford less on things when having fun because of inflation. So I think you should keep the old stuff pricier if they are a bit valuable, but lower those prices! Things even more valuable leave it the price it is. Vintage design mason jars cost less online (minus shipping). They are just jars, not like something from the 1920s era or whatever... 🙄 that's being a con artist about such items.

Stop using the excuse of “its for the animals” to charge an unreasonable amount for FREE donated items. This store has just gotten worse over the last couple years. They’re asking retail prices and making the claim that it will eventually be 50% off …. such a ridiculous business model. You’re playing a risky game.I would consider myself a frequent shopper that has slowly decreased my trips to this store. The days that I do go I often walk around shaking my head at the insane prices. Items that are new with tags retailing for $35 being marked for $30….?! It’s rare that I find a good deal.I’ve overheard the managers in the sorting area talking badly about customers and have also heard them discuss pricing on items. They scan the items that come in to find the retail price then take a very small percentage off that…What happened ? Why the insane price increases? Don’t you realize that if you continue to raise prices … people won’t be able to afford your store… resulting in less customers and less money for you. If you were smart you’d go back to the way pricing used to be … reasonable and affordable. At this point it’s just price gouging.

Way too much GIFT and not enough THRIFT. Where are all the items that the public donates to them? Their shelves sure don't bear evidence of a lot of used items as one would expect. Much of the focus is on new items obviously donated by Lowes or other box stores with prices that are comparable to online prices. If you're looking to find any good deals, lots of luck. I likely won't be back.

I just went there yesterday with my friend to see what they had going on over there and definitely did not disappoint we found some pretty cool shirts and cardigans. Definitely wasn't expecting to be going clothes shopping but they had so many cool fun designs. Sad that they didn't have a changing room open as of yet hopefully they'll have it open soon cuz then maybe we can try out more clothes next time.

First time in the store.... I hit a 30% off sale today. Got 10 new planters for less then the price of one new.... score!! I will be back to shop more often.

So I went in as to use the restroom they told me that they would have to clean it so they weren't letting anybody use the restroom I said okay fine I shopped for over an hour before finding out they had two more levels above where I was at. I had to use the restroom I set my basket down to the lady behind the counter I will be right back for these things is it okay no problem what's your name took my name I just get back she put all my stuff away. I shopped for over an hour she said she was sorry. She thought it was somebody's she said she was sorry that she thought it was go backs. I definitely won't be back I feel like she still an hour of my life.

This store was a great atmosphere. The staff was simply amazing. They made my visit to this place a comforting experience. Prices are nuts here. Worth a trip maybe once every 3 or 4 months just to see, but 9/10 times it is not worth the drive when everything has prices like Amazon and eBay.Staff is friendly enough, but they need to seriously look into lowering their prices instead of pricing things so high that they are still not worth it at 50% off.

Disappointed that they don't have any kids clothes. Go when they have sales because it is a little pricey for used items. Brand new items everyday which are well priced.
