Today's visit was the cleanest I've seen this store in the year I've lived here. It's nice to go into a store that does look like a tornado hit it.Jennifer was my cashier today, she was very pleasant and had good customer service skills.

My store is very clean and organized. Somebody's always there stalking the shelves. They have so many items that you can use for a $1.25. and most of the staff or employees are really nice too.

This is always a good place to get a small number of art supplies and kids' color books. The staff are always helpful and kind. BROOKE is exceptionally wonderful. She is always smiling and friendly. All the staff know what they have and where to locate it.

Well even the dollar store has been affected by inflation. 25% increase and now everything is officially a $1.25! The world sucks right now and I will miss the dollar store lol. Had to do some serious self reflection and I came to the conclusion that yes things where worth a dollar, but not a dollar 25 🤣 you will be missed.

I was in Dollar Tree tonight and a cashier was extremely racist to me he was a older baldish man he was rude and huffed under his breath the n word just because I was on the phone but I was in a hurry my mother was in the hospital

I experienced the worst customer service ever today at the dollar tree in Lebanon. I was getting in line and I could hear someone yelling at someone else, "open your wallet, we need more 16" now this is all in a very rude tone to some folks who maybe didn't understand much English. the person yelling at them was an employee. now i get it, customer service isn't for everyone to work in, and this lady needs some serious training!!! This could have been handled much more appropriately, there is absolutely no reason to speak to a customer in such a manner. I am very disappointed in the actions of this individual and hope the lady (dark haired, mid aged) gets a talking to and some serious training in how to handle certain situations. it seemed like another customer was trying to help also and got shut down and yelled at as well.shame on you lady!

Just like everywhere, price hikes and less product per pkgs. Still has some very good buys on variety of items if you are wanting those peticular things. For the amount of customers that go through Dollar Tree, the employees do a fantastic job of keeping the messes straightened up and in the proper locations!

You always find good Bargains at Dollar Tree the staff is very pleasant willing to help you find things some things are tacky and cheap other things wow yeah this'll do just fine but I like the Dollar Tree with or that I could use in the house specially around decorations this time at 4th of July they had a lot of cute things

I truly appreciate the Dollar Tree in Sweet Home. There's usually never a line to wait in. And most the time they're not picked clean of what you're looking for. Going to Dollar trees and bigger cities you find a lot of that. Or you have to wait in line four or five deep.

Basic needs are there. Soap shampoos art's and crafts food section laundry detergent. My favorite place to go. Courtesy is always there excellent staff. Parking is OK. Sometimes hard to find a spot.

This is by far one of the better Dollar Stores I've been to. They have a bigger, better selection of things. They carry alot of stuff you can't find at other ones and I really like the layout of the store too.

My grandson and I were able to shop at this dollar tree very comfortably. He enjoyed spending his earned $4.00. I was able to afford some paints brushes and other craft item for the two of us to do some art projects and it didn't over draw my low income thank the Lord and dollar tree. The older lady who checked us out was very thoughtful by packing our bags so I wouldn't have such a hard time lifting and even asked if the cold drink was for now. She was very alert to our needs. Wish I had her name for this as she is a real credit to you dollar tree. Thank you Sincerely yblume06@yahoo.com

The ONLY reason for 2 stars is they CURRENTLY HAVE NO HELIUM (shortage) so that means NO BALLOONS. Everybody goes here for inexpensive, fun, colorful balloons!! :-)They have none blown up, ready & waiting, no helium tanks. Good to know before you drive in from Scio or Lacomb or surrounding rural areas & make a 40 minute round trip for nada. Staff is always super nice, and store is always understaffed ;-) Sad.

Dollar tree in Lebanon is very nice. It is noticeably cleaner and stocked well. The management and employees have a pride in seeing this is kept up and maintained. Great job folks.

All the Staff here are very friendly and helpful! You usually don't have TV o wait long yo check out because they are on it and send extra people to open other registers if the lines get longer! Surprisingly there are decent products here! Good prices! Cute holiday decorations yoo!!

We watched as the managers on duty left the young cashier to be criticized by a rude and annoying customer. We talked to the cashier and let her know she was doing a great job. But as a manager, I can't for the life of me understand how or why they just left her. After we were outside we found the customer and told her how we felt about what happened. Very sad to see retail staff not have the supervisors support!

It's a small store, but it's clean and organized most of the time. I'm not thrilled with the new floor plan, but it takes me a while to adjust. Like most dollar stores there are some great bargains, some obvious fakes, and some over priced phsydobargans.

Clean, reminded customers every 30 min or so to practice Covid safety. They were out of a lot of items. Like other stores, probably experiencing supply shortages and shipping challenges.

Very rude cashier i spent 50.00 dollars here and the cashier kept telling the lady behind me she was sorry and smiling at her. She over filled my bags and they ripped open at the check out i said can you at least double bag my things she acted like I was inconvenienced her by shopping at her store.. RUDE RUDE RUDE

The store and the people that work there are very nice. I used the locked restroom and it is very very dirty. I think that should he cleaned or not used for public use.
