The Henderson Family should immediately fire their cashier Cheryl Hoys for being an aggressive hostile person who insults customers with unsolicited gossip and lies and then threatens people when asked to be courteous and professional. This employee has done this on numerous occasions so it's not like it's a one-off kind of thing. Avoid this store if you can and if not at least avoid Cheryl Hoys.

They are great and have most things but there a little on the pricey side. I will say though that the please leave backpacks at the front" rule can be a little frustrating becuase there are cameras all over the place nobody could steal something and not to mention trying to explain that it's your purse. But overall it's great.

Great customer service. Every time. Makes shopping local an easy choice. Always have what you need, never out of stock, and when its time to check out, they are always quick to ask for more help up front to get you on your way. There are some other businesses in town that should stop by and take notes. Dan is always good. Every time.

They have a little bit of everything and most of the time are very helpful. BUT Today I went in to price out the cost of a job and got brushed off by someone who told me they didn't want to do it - no apologies zip. I let the clerk know I was taking my admittedly small business to Home Depot in Klamath Falls and why and left irate. Not how you want your customers to leave. Dropped the ball there, Ace.

Super friendly staff. Always willing to help with all you need. Just started carrying OSB board which saved me in my 2 bathroom remodeling that I am doing all at once AND a young gentleman working there went out of his way to help load into my truck. This is what small town living and shopping is truly about. I am blessed!! THANK YOU ACE FAMILY STAFF!!!!!!

This is a great local hardware store. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a large inventory of plumbing and electrical equipment and supplies. They have sporting goods. Their prices are reasonable. They are linked to the nation wide chain. They have good specials and can order things if they don't have them.

Amazing store and customer service! The Henderson Family goes the extra mile to make sure our town is taken care of. They have a huge selection of items from paint, electrical, plumbing, housewares, lawn and garden and even lumber and Stilh equipment. They also repair chainsaws! It’s our one stop shop to make sure our needs are taken care of. Since we are two hours from the closest big town it’s awesome that we have such an amazing asset here in our town.Dan and Christy give back to the community in so many ways. Lakeview is a better place because of their hard work and dedication.

A lot I could say about the store boils down to Is that they are a bunch of good people . Dan and his wife owners And everybody who works there couldn't ask for a better bunch of people. I am the Ace driver who delivers their every Monday 2 years now love that store.

Easy to find and a great selection of items you wouldn’t expect to find at an ACE Hardware store. They have a gun and ammo department and are an authorized Stihl Dealer. Their parking lot is kind of small for the amount of patrons.

My husband drives a water tender truck and was being sent to another location on the Bootleg Fire. His tent was soaked when it rained briefly that same day. I called Lakeview Ace 3 minutes before they closed, they waited for him to arrive and sold him another tent. As an Ace employee myself, in West Salem, OR I am familiar with going above and beyond for our customers.KUDOS to you Lakeview!!!!Much appreciation to you for taking care of our firefighters in this time of need!!

Laughed at me for asking if they sold deer feed then tried to say she didn’t. Pull the footage up. The lady tried to tell me that it was illegal to sell it when we just bought some from Walmart yesterday. I’ve purchased it throughout my entire life. Maybe you should check your facts before laughing at customers and giving them wrong information.

This place is HUGE! As I am used to a much smaller hardware store, this store was quite large. I was very impressed with the expanded sections for camping and rv's.

The staff there are all very helpful if you need something. If they don't have it they will check and see if they can order it. Or if it's out it's on its way the next shipping day. It's Lakeview Walmart I call it Acemart.
