I drove over from Roseburg to put a for sale sign and lock box on a new listing at the RV park. I needed to make a copy of the front door key. The employee who helped me was super helpful and friendly. I tried it first when I got back, but it didn't work. I returned ( the town is tiny, everything is close by, he was still there, and instead of grumbling, he very kindly rekeyed the key, never once making me uncomfortable. Everyone there was kind and very helpful. I went back to try a second time, and it worked perfectly. Thank you to my"new best friend" for his help!!!!

i have copd very bag i asked one of the guys there if he would get me some washers. he told me to get them my self. its hard for me to walk 10 ft thats no way to treat an 80 yr old guy that strugles to breath. i will never buy at that store ever again

Second time I have walked out of this place mad. Taller, older guy with facial hair is lazy. Been going in here for a little over a year and spent over 3 grand in this store. So, first time I walked out was when I went in looking for shark bite tools. Guy says they have some and nothing else. Just sits on stool. Ok so a walk up and down isles and just see connections. So after seeing I wasn't going to get any help I left and went to reedsport and spent my 400 bucks there. Today I go in at about 440 pm. Ask for a pint of brown paint. Same guy sitting behind counter on his stool talking to other employee doing nothing, looks at time and tells me they don't mix paint after 430pm. It takes 5 maybe ten minutes at most to mix a small pint of paint. This guy is ridiculous. All the other employees are great, but I will be using Ace in Reedsport from now on to finish my home. By the way the other employee today got up like he was going to help but lazy guy said they don't mix paint after 430 pm.

This small town has a great hardware store in Hennick's. The employees are awesome and helpful, ask for Wayne he's great! They helped me cut a metal signpost down to the right size just because they're nice! Go on in!

Employees (Wyatt) Need to take some training on customer service. I Don’t believe I’ve ever been treated so rudely. I live on the lake in Lakeside and unfortunately this is the only hardware store. I’ll make sure I have all of my items I need before I head to our cabin because I will never shop there again. I certainly hope the management takes a good look at who’s running the store because apparently I’m not the only one That has been treated this way.

Nice to have the store in town but 3/4 of the old guys working there have trash attitudes and a scoul on their face. You would think working in the small town hardware store was more enjoyable.Like the store, the staff need training in how to be friendly and helpful.

Great place for local hardware store stuff. They got a little bit of everything and very helpful staff. They got lumber, tools, boat stuff, lawn care, plumbing, electrical stuff, paint and supplies, nuts and bolts, and a lot of stuff I haven't mentioned.

Took my list and the Yard guy was so helpful. Loaded my truck and got me on my way. Shopping Local is Great. Service is Great.

Great people. Great service. They don't always have what I'm looking for but, then again, I'm often looking for items that only large home centers or lumber outlets carry. Overall, a great place.

Took a half gallon of boat deck paint that we wanted darker. ACE wouldn't touch it. Hennick's did it at no cost, no issues!! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great store serves a much needed population in Lakeside. Good selection and fair prices. We usually enjoy chatting with whoever helps us - everyone is really friendly in Hennicks.

They have everything for your projects. I figured I would get what I could there, then run into North Bend to get what I couldn't get there, but they had everything I needed, and everyone working there is so friendly and knowledgeable.
