My parents went to get a new kitten at Petco because their cat just passed away. They told my parents they couldn’t hold a kitten without filling out an application. The application asks for their age. My parents liked a cute kitty that looked like their cat that passed. My parents wanted to adopt him. Then the employee at Petco said they need a co adopter in order to adopt. My parents called my husband and he came over and filled out an application to be a co adopter. My parents are 76. This sounds to me like age discrimination and what reason would they need a co-signer to adopt a kitten. This is terrible!

My 5/5 review is mostly for the employee, John, who helped me out today. I’ve been having an issue with my account not populating with my app, and not getting rewards.I’ve had multiple other employees at other stores tell me there’s nothing they can do, and he went above and beyond today, took all the info from both accounts, called into the company’s member support himself, and then followed up with me telling me the accounts have been merged.He genuinely cares to help me and I appreciate that so much.

I ordered on line for pick up. When I arrived a wonderful gentleman brought my purchase out immediately and offered to take it to my car (35 pound bag!) I have bought from this friendly store before but now it will be my only "go to" place for our wonderful rescue dog "Blue"..thank you!

Not a big footprint for a pet store, but packed with all manner of items for just about any pet one could imagine, with the exception of something super exotic. We found exactly the brand of kitten food we prefer. The shelves are packed yet well organized, and the floors are clean (a sign of an attentive staff). Very convenient location, but the parking lot is mostly for compact cars. Large SUV's and pickups will literally have difficulty fitting in.

Extremely helpful staff. They tried to find a solution for my new cat who was a poor eater. Everything they suggested I do and the products they suggested I tried worked. Her appetite has increased and she is gaining weight. I am very grateful for their helpful knowledge.

John, the guy I’ve spoken with my last couple of visits, has gone above and beyond in helping me with various supplies for my newish shelter dog. Shopping with a large and boisterous puppy, a three year old and a five year old in tow is a challenge. John and other staff have made it a seamless experience. I drive past a couple of other pet supply places just based on the stellar assistance we get here.

I was in there with our puppy while we waited for the dogs (Mom and Dad) to have baths 🛁 and nails done. We were greeted warmly by all employees we encountered and 2 attempted to give him treats. He didn't want to take the treats as he preferred to be shy. They left the treats with me and didn't push things. It was a very good experience!!

Really heartbroken!! I've been a regular at your store for 7 years. Today you lost me as a customer. I've always spoke to the lady with the purple hair she's always been absolutely wonderful we have always seemed to be on the same page as I rescue cats. Today she had some new employees in there and I got hollered at from a distance and I'm hard of hearing and I heard it PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE CATS being that I was a regular and the lady with the purple hair was near I figured that because I was trying to put a cat's leg back into the cage because he was upside down and twisted there was nothing wrong with that. But oh no she was there to correct me quickly that they get like that all the time. I come in there to see those babies because I love cats with everything in me I rescue them on a regular basis and I have been doing it for 13 years and it warms my heart to go into the store and see these precious little beings. But you guys ruined that for me today you ruined my day because that is the light of my day seeing those little ones.Thank you for showing me that you are not the people that I thought you were

The girls were amazing and they were very helpful with everything that I wanted to purchase for my 12 week old puppy at that location. I found the right dog food I got the rPerfect colar for her and it was awesome it was a great experience they were nice to my son as well as my brand new puppy Beretta. As well as the store was really clean and over all satisfied with the customer service and the cleanliness of the store. Thank you for this opportunity I really hope that you can give me more incentive to do another survey and review maybe like a discount coupon or maybe like a free bag of dog food or raffle or something like that!. Thank you Petco its where we let our pets go!

Beware, I am a long time customer. The two rude employees would not return my litter Genie bags, brand new, fully wrapped, never used or opened.I needed a new Litter Genie, they were out in LO. Went to another store and purchased the Champ, and the bags that were required. Tried to return the Litter Genie bags, but it was past the 30 days.During Covid it was necessary to buy more than you needed. This Petco is always out so I make sure I have a few on hand.I will not be purchasing from them ever again.

Even though the store was smaller than most Petco’s, it had a wide variety of things to choose from. I’m going to be a dog mom soon and I felt like I found toys that were unique. The staff was also very helpful and answered any question I had and I felt like they actually had the knowledge to make me feel comfortable about my decisions.

I came in to buy a harness for our Aussie Doodle and collar and the sales lady spent lots of time fitting the kind I picked out to make sure it wasn't too loose. She was very kind to my dog and it turned out to be a pleasant experience because of the sales lady.

This is a convenient location to me. Also they partner with the humane society, so I had coupons when I was buying all my dogs first things. They specialize in dogs and cats here. There is minimal amount of fish and bird supplies. But I would only recommend this location for dog and cat supplies.

Really helpful employees who took their time with me and my concerns, made sure I was happy with and understood what I had selected and explained to me how I could return/exchange them should I change my mind. I just caught the best deal ever at Petco as they clean out inventory to make for room for new! Crazy timev7 cases of quality can dog food plus a 3lb bag of dry food all for $48. Whaaaaa? Yes its true my lucky day!

The litter box I ordered was just as described online when I saw it in person. Picking it up was easy and fast. I just showed my I.D. and the item was handed to me at the door. My cats love this litter box and have been very happy to use it repeatedly.

My Pug and I live in the neighbourhood so we walk by this place nearly everyday. Of course my Pug just HAS to stop in and take in the smells and her doting. Apparently, my pugs social life is better than my own. Everyone is always so nice. a special shout out to one employee in particular named Avery. She goes out of her way to greet my Pug Emma and give her some pets. It is little things like this that matter most.

I wish I had the young lady's name, but she helped me fit a front lead for my dog and buy a leash too. She knew the products and how to use them. Very helpful!
