Great selection and friendly staff! I've gotten my kitten's frozen raw food here both curbside and delivery!The website is incredibly user-friendly, and I'd highly recommend online-shopping for curbside or delivery.Curbside; Almost always ready faster than I expect! Additionally, when you call to pick it up, they pick up right away and bring your order out to you within a minute. Amazing service!Delivery: I was hesitant to get frozen food delivered, but one day when I knew I'd be home all day, I tried it. It arrived timely and still perfectly cold! Since delivery is free within a pretty big area with 35$+ orders, this is a great asset!Overall, the prices here are steep but about the same as competitors, give or take a couple dollars on bags of food. For convenience, speed, and friendliness, this mud bay can't be beat!

Stopped in today looking for something for my dog, I wandered around the store for a quite a bit, while two employees chatted it up, one of them sitting on the counter. Both ignoring me. I didn’t ask for help at that point because obviously they didn’t care to help me. Won’t be returning to this location for sure, I’ll happily take my business to a location that the staff actually cares about their customers. So rude!!!!!

My fiancé goes here weekly and only to this location. We have gone to the other locations but this one surpasses them all with their customer service and how they treat my dog. Tam is amazing and goes above and beyond regular customer service. Our princess Kali has the worst anxiety tried to bring her into another Mud bay and the employees said you should probably take her to your car. Tam on the other hand try's to interact with her, give her treats, and just simply care. My fiancé almost left in happy tears today. Top all that off I asked about dry dog food and left with a couple samples. None of your other stores offer that when you inquire about dry food. You also don't have to ask for samples they always make sure you get one with your purchase. James the store manager is also very helpful and amazing. Please give Tam a raise she deserves it 🐾

Everyone in this place is incredibly cordial. Despite having anxiety, my pet is fine in this place. loves to sniff all the treats and like the personnel! The selection is decent, and the prices are reasonable. The personnel appear competent and attentive. Though there may have been a wider variety of some goods, overall I have no issues! They have what I need in a respectable setting with a kind staff. Although it is a shame, there can be a parking shortage when there is work going on. Will undoubtedly change shortly.

Everyone here is super friendly. My pet has anxiety but she’s got no problem here. Loves the staff and sniffing all the treats! Prices are fair and the selection is pretty good. Staff are seemingly knowledgeable and attentive. I do wish there was a bigger selection of some items but honestly no complaints here! They’ve got what I need in a decent location with happy staff.Parking can get full which is a bummer, but doesn’t help that they’re doing construction. Will change soon I’m sure.

I love my 4 cats, and I love Mud Bay. The customer service is great, the place is clean and bright, and the variety of products is great, too - BUT it is too expensive and I didn't buy anything on my latest visit.

Great friendly, helpful and kind staff. Customer service is 120 out of 100. Every time I've been there the staff has been helpful and knowledgeable in informing me about great options that fit my cats needs. You'll feel like the staff are your Neighbors next door. You'll especially love the store if you're a new pet owner. I can't recommend Mud Bay highly enough as a new cat owner. Thanks. -Ross

This is the only pet store I shop at now. When I go in, I know my questions will be answered with genuine concern and educated responses. For example, when I came in and told a sales associate that my cat was sick and I was shopping for wet food, she helped me find a product he might like, and even offered it to me free of charge! A wonderful shop I feel confident going to 🐈❤️

I have visited Mud Bay twice. My last being yesterday. Every time I go there I have the best experience. The staff is so helpful, friendly and always willing to answer any questions. By far the best customer service! We get our chicken feed and guinea pig food there and now we won't go anywhere else to buy. The quality is amazing! My 6 year old daughter came was th and grabbed a can of dog food off the shelf. She had a ton of questions and the staff took the time to talk to her about the ingredients. They didn't have to take the time to do that, but they did! After our purchase they asked if they could help us carry our items out. Mud Bay scores across the board for quality, customer service and knowledgeable staff.

The employees at this Mudbay are extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to products for your pet. I was having trouble with some food and they allowed me to exchange it for something else. Their satisfaction guarantee is great and so is their customer service.

Every time I go in I have such an amazing experience. The staff were wonderful knowledgeable kind respectful can't say enough good things about them. They have a good selection of supplies and varieties and if they don't have what you're looking for they work hard to help you get it! What a wonderful group of people in company.

Kendall was amazing! She had great customer service and as a first time small dog owner she helped a lot with things we didn’t even think of. My girlfriend and I both work in customer service and it can be hard to find great service now a days and we left there in a great positive mood. Superior customer service and fair pricing. The quality of this store far exceeds the national pet supply stores. As well, the associates really seem to care about the pets and the company says they continually educate their workforce on product knowledge. That's really cool and makes me feel better about shopping there as a customer.

Mud Bay is an awesome little shop that has high end organic stuff for animals at a reasonable price..I took my dog there & she loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful with every question I had regarding what was the best option for my dog who 7 and had seizures.. They were very polite and respectful as well as generous with the treats, my pup was a happy girl.. definitely recommend this spot

Well lit, spacious, and clean. Always well stocked with a huge selection of products, especially grain free cat food.They always have pots of fresh catnip, even in January. The staff are friendly, helpful, and generous with free samples. Prices on par with most other specialty pet stores.

Our first experience with Mud Bay was today and we were delighted with the staff, the products and the great advice. We felt no sales pressure and the prices seem very fair. We were offered samples to find which treat our dog prefers, which was extremely helpful to us. Mud Bay has a nice selection of coats, too! We will be back!!!

Okay, I can not praise this place enough. Every single time I come in I find a new reason to love it here. Exceptional service and a knowledgeable and passionate staff. It is truly a dream come true. Every time I go in they send a little treat home for my pup (whether she is with me or not!). They simply go above and beyond. When I wanted to switch up her wet food I received sample cans, I have never heard of any where doing that! Love. Love. Love. Go there. Super friendly people, bring your dog in and they'll shower the pup with love and treats. They know their stuff, too, so don't be afraid to ask any questions. They have a rack full of common pet concerns and brochures you can look at. My puppy loves coming here!

This is the only place that sells the dog food i feed my puppy. The sellection of treats are awesome. The staff are always super knowledgeable on all of the products and they are always very friendly. It is a little pricey but completely worth it! I always highly recommend them especially when i see someone buy trash food from a grocery store.
