We were fortunate that there was an opening due to bad weather cancellations for our sweet Aussie. Shelley went above and beyond and did an absolutely fabulous wash, coat blowout and trim, mat removal and nail trim. So grateful for her expertise and skill. What a beautiful job. We took my friends daughter's Rottweiler and st Bernard dog here. He's easily 100+lbs and super hairy. The owner was super friendly and easy to work with when we needed to change our appt date. The amount of hair she got off him was unbelievable! He looked like he had lost at least 30lbs an he was so soft and clean when he was done. We will for sure bring him back here. Oh and the price was very reasonable....

We LOVE this place!We are seasonal workers nearby in the area for the summer, and found this gem of a groomer. Our Ava always seems to be super excited when we pull up and she smells so nice when we pick her up after her appointments.The store is very welcoming, with some seating available, and happens to carry our favorite collars!They do only take cash or checks, so make sure you have that available.Highly recommend this rocking groomer!

She was friendly, honest, paid attention to detail and worked to get us in. It will take awhile for Skittles to get to know her, but she seems well equipped to handle his individual personality. Both his sweet side and quirks. Very happy. UPDATE. I was wrong about this woman. If you don't mind prices changing at her whim, by all means go there and allow her to tell you how hard it is to trim your dog's feet therefore it's $10 more even though she did not do the groomed poodle feet. I had checked her reviews before first going there and was puzzled by the many different locations in different towns and state. I guess I now understand. I would groom him myself than ever put up with her again.

They do an awesome job and clean everything, body wash and conditioning, ears( my veterinarian what'd $45 just to clean ears) toe nails cut and filed smooth all for $40.I was very pleased with there work. I highly recommend them & will be returning.

Our family has been using Muttly Crue dog grooming here in LaPine, ever since this business was opened a couple of years ago! We cannot be happier with the results we receive for our three Bichon babies! I personally cannot recommend this grooming business enough! I am so happy that we found Shelly (the owner) as she does Such an amazing job with our dogs. Our 11 year old Bichon is not only old and a bit cranky, she also has an issue with her back, so we appreciate the gentleness that is used while grooming her. Our two younger Bichons have been coming to Muttley Crew since their very first Puppy Cuts! The price of grooming here is always reasonable, even if for some reason our dogs have a few matted areas. Shelly has helped me personally with home-combing tips on maintaining a beautiful coat, as bichons can get matted quite easily.

Shelly is a awesome groomer but there’s one thing she needs to learn and that is forgiveness. She got way too mad when I couldn’t make it to my dogs appointment and I did apologize. So she text me and said because of scheduling difficulties she couldn’t groom my dogs anymore. What a shame because I and my dogs liked her.

Just moved to La Pine a few days ago. And my dog broke two of his nails and was bleeding. I called Murrley crue and she was able to get us in same day ( and I might add I called last minute not long before closing ) she was friendly and amazing! We were lucky enough to be the first client of Muttley Crew Grooming. We took our little Harli there to get her nails done. She can be a little restless, but she went right to Shelley and all went smooth. Any "pawrent" would be lucky to have a top notch groomer with such experience. I’m in Sunriver for a few weeks and called around to find a groomer for my 3yo standard poodle. I was placed on a waiting list at this groomer and she called me within a few days with an available appointment.This lady has got the fastest hands in the west! She had my wiggly boy done in TWO hours. Ears plucked, nails dremmeled, wash and full cut. He looks great and has gotten many compliments. I’m definitely looking her up every time I’m in town, she does fantastic work.

This place is one great place. My husband and I plan to take our 2 poodles twice a month to Muttley Crue. The owner knows her way to a dogs heart and how to comfort them in a time of stress. She’s been grooming for more years than I’ve been alive, so I feel very confident in leaving Stevia and Miko with her. Thanks for opening such an outstanding business.

My Cooper was rolling and rolling in a dead rat unbeknownst to me until I took a further look. My regular groomer was unable to help I called here and she welcomed me to come in right away she had had a cancellation. gave Cooper a quick bath no need for grooming he just couldn't sleep in my bed after rolling in a dead rat. She was very kind and thorough and good with Cooper my best friend.also very reasonable!

This shop is so clean! It never smells like a wet dog some how 🤔 The staff is friendly and fun to listen to as they banter between themselves and it's obvious that they take pride in their work, even with difficult or nervous grooms. Great with puppies too, so patient with them!

I have taken my Lasa Apso to Shelley for years and they are so excited to see her. And that alone speaks volumes because the groomer before Shelley our dogs were alway nervous and shaking but not with Shelley she was amazing they always looked amazing from their haircut to their nails to cleaning their ears Shelley took care of it all she did and amazing job we were always amazed with her work and our dogs loved her you could not ask for a better groomer and her eye for detail she is amazing.
