Fluffy's takes nail trim as walk-ins. They took me right away and were super accommodating. My dog is a five year old corgi who is very anxious about nail clipping. No problem, Megan said that she's just vocal. What a nice lady. I made a wash and blow out appointment because theses folks are the best.

So happy I took my little dog in this morning for a nail clip! Great to find an alternative to his vets office. So kind and efficient. So much cheaper to! My little rescue is pretty fearful especially of his feet being messed with but she put him so much more at ease that in two painless minutes he was all done and he was even so proud of himself I had to stop and get him a new squeaky toy. Thank you so much!!

I give him a 5-star rating due to the fact that my dog is very picky on who touches her. We took her down to get her nails done and they did a great job. The nail trimming is cheaper than any other place that I've ever been to. I recommend anybody to go there.

Fluffy's has always done a fantastic job on my pit/mastiff bubbles no complaints at all she is squeaky clean smells good nails done perfect. I live in bend and still take her to fluffy's that's how much I love the service here . Thanks fluffy's

Took my bear coated Shar Pei in for a BBS. She did a wonderful job and I really like that the dogs are kept up front where mine was laying peacefully. Very nice groomer...

We moved to La Pine six months ago and found Fluffy’s for our two Labradoodles. Jennifer has done a fabulous inclusive grooming on both of our 12 year old doodles. She listens to our directions and pays attention to the dogs’ needs as well. You can tell she just loves them! They look like they could be in the show ring!!! So glad to have found Fluffy’s!!!

I took my 5 year old Labrador Retriever to Fluffy's PROFESSIONAL Groomers late last year, they bathed her, clipped her nails, and cleaned her. They did a beautiful job. However, taking her in just 2 weeks ago, I discovered that after her coat relaxed they had cut her mane...it is completely gone . They cut her mane!Her attitude has changed and she is aware that it is gone. She was traumatized by their actions and they did not care how I felt about it, nor did they offer me a refund .When confronted about the cut, they denied it and they discredited my opinion of their services. All the while they had their phone out recording my disdane. I hope they got good video. They'll need it.They love putting scissors and sheers to a pet. They did not have my permission to cut her in any way except her nails.I do not recommend these people to groom your dog or they will come out looking like hell.Penny is home and I am doing all I can to make her comfortable with her NEW look.These people suck!

This is a great place for Pet Grooming! The owner is friendly, the staff are nice and professional, and they do a great job on your pets. Go to their location on Highway 97 in LaPine Oregon directly across from NAPA Auto Parts.

I have two cattle dogs that shed constantly. I had them both shaved down and they looked adorable. Both happy when we picked them up. Friendly staff and highly recommend.

I love them. They are the only ones who groom max my maltes. He has to have the hair around his eye shaved. Vets do it but other groomers are scared to. The couple at fluffy’s love him and him them and they do a wonderful job

I have 2 cats that are fussy when you touch their nails. It took them only 4 minutes to do both cats with no problems at all, even with a strange dog in the room. Great prices too!😍
