We have never had a problem with Ed Staub & Sons. Our propane is always delivered on time. We rarely see the driver in the winter but when it's warmer and the dog is out they are very good with him and always make sure the gate is locked. Once the gate was frozen shut from the snow and we got a call from a man in the office telling us that they couldn't make the delivery but would keep trying. I really appreciated that because we were out of town and wouldn't have known. Thanks for what you do, snow and all!

So these guys are by far the most flexible, knowledgeable, and not to mention friendly but professional people in this business! I’ve had an emergency situation with my propane and they not only came out to see what the issue is but they thoroughly investigated the situation to make sure it’s nothing serious. I had my first delivery of heating oil on 03/24/22, Carl Davis was very professional, he worked around the structures that were blocking the oil tank and was able to fill my tank quickly and efficiently. It was a very easy process and he even explained to me the average usage for la pine households so I have an understanding of how much oil we will go through.

I chose to use Ed Staub & Sons La Pine because of their already fabulous reviews on Google. I didn't even check price because I didn't want to deal with bad service from anyone else. Which the competition had about 2 stars compared to Ed Staub's almost 5 stars. They were professional and thorough from the beginning. Even though we had to deal with a snow storm that slowed down our progress, they were right there as soon as they could be. (It wasn't an emergency.)
