If Dutch Brothers is promoting young people to work there and to become owners one day, the music played at the LaGrande Dutch Bros - the lyrics were inciting drug use big time... demeaning women's body parts big time. I would take a listen if you're the owner.Smoking dope, yo, and got more blow... did not honor your brand, your employees, your city, or your customers.We love the barristas and your coffee. Can't tolerate the disgusting and influential music being played.

Do not go to this Dutch Bros. Employees here like to give themselves tips without consent or knowledge from the customer. When buying coffee here, I was told that it would be $3.50 at the window by a gentleman with an iPad (card reader didn't work) at my vehicle. When I got to the window, it suddenly became over $6. I said that that's not what the first gentleman said, despite it being the same coffee as I was the only person in line, and miraculously it was suddenly back to the original amount. If you're going to give yourself a tip and try to be sneaky, do a better job. I reported this associate to corporate Dutch Bros and not a care in the world was given. I can't imagine how much their employees literally steal from unsuspecting customers. Horrible behavior and given that corporate didn't care, I imagine this isn't a new phenomenon. Skip this location.

I honestly prefer Dutch over the other local coffee places. Although they always seem busy with long lines you rarely have more than a 5 minute wait no matter what. The service is always good, the coffee is great, but atmosphere is up to you. Since it is drive thru only it doesn't really have an atmosphere to think of, other than the music they play.Kid-friendliness: They offer an assortment of children sized drinks and even cooler options that won't scold your child's tongue such as their Not-So-Hot Hot chocolate.

I rolled up early morning I was surprised that they were open there was nobody else open in town let alone any other cars just a couple of dudes chilling maybe a couple of coffees and gave great service I was really impressed and I mean come on it's Dutch Brothers it is the best coffee stop out there hands down I don't care what anybody says Dutch Bros for life

Only 2 of them, the guy was hanging out the window visiting the entire time we waited, while the girl was trying to hurry too much. Added too much caramel in one cup. Like an inch on the bottom, she asked for caramel around the cup. Forgot the creme on top. Mine was supposed to be blended but not enough ice, tasted like caramel milk. Had bigger chunks on the bottom. Love Dutch Bros but most likely won't return to this location. Which is the only one within 50 miles

Our orders were so sweet we couldn’t finish them. It was like they dumped flavoring and didn’t even care how concentrated it was. Also low key rude. I normally love Dutch Bros and all the ones I have gone to have been fantastic except this one. Don’t know if I want to pay that much for bad customer service and terrible drinks.

Great experience! I felt like getting a treat but I was not sure what to order. The young man who served me was very helpful. My drink was really tasty- lots of flavor but not too sweet and not too expensive either.

Very nice and easy place to get a drink.I will say there is usually about a 2-6 minute wait time until I'm able to order, but this is not bad for a coffee place. Also, the music is always super loud, I mean like really loud; I have to almost yell my order, and the employees seem like they're bothered by it as well. That's the biggest problem though, just obnoxiously loud music.The employees are always super friendly, patient, and helpful. It's Dutch Bros. so, it's gonna have a huge selection of drinks, and new flavors all the time.

Dutch bros is amazing! I love all their drinks and how they act more like friends than workers. They always ask how you've been and they remember you. They always have smiles on their faces and the coffee is amazing and they will make it however you want it! Only place we go for coffee or fun drinks anymore!

The service was great however the drink was not. I ordered the caramel pumpkin Brule and ALL I could taste was mocha. If I should order it again I will be sure to tell them very little mocha then maybe I just might be able to taste the pumpkin.

Love their coffee and especially their cups with the lids that allow you to drink it hot! Got the hot pumpkin Brulee, it was great! This from the author of The Reckoning of Rance. A story of greed and family inheritance gone wrong. It is set in modern time and on a ranch in Texas. I hope you get a copy and please tell everyone you know about it, because this struggling writer needs all the advertisement you can give. Thank you ahead of time for you doing so and if you are ever in this town, look up this little coffee shack, I personally believe it's the best that's going, around.

Still great coffee but customer service not as good as before. More socialization between employees than with customers and I felt more as an inconvenience. I can say I'm grateful to have my job and always enjoy a customer to help keep business open.

I was a customer at the Dutch Bros location in La Grande, OR while there attending a church conference at Lighthouse Pentecostal Church and received friendly service plus good coffee. What was even better was the service did not end there...after arriving home I noticed I did not have the receipt which I need for business record keeping. I called them and the girls there went the extra mile to help locate the receipt in their system and then because I do not live there they actually sent the receipt to me so that I could print it off here at home. What a great bunch of employees who went above and beyond just selling coffee and offering friendly service! Thank you all for your efforts and generous help!Travis in Yuma, AZ

Whoa. Although the staff was friendly, the music was so loud that we could barely communicate with the girl taking our order. The biggest issue we had was that a few of the employees had their masks either all the way down or only covering their mouth. Was not covid friendly!

The coffee is good here but every time I have came to this place I have had to yell over the music to some tightly clothed girl to place my order. Some times repeating my self more than twice. This is the only Dutch bros I have had this issue with. I not very impressed with the employees professionalism at this store.

Probably the worst Dutch Bros I've been to, and I love Dutch Bros and frequent them often. Unfriendly girl at the window, long wait in a short line. Won't be back to this one unless I'm absolutely desperate.

Been to this location numerous times and easily over half the drinks I order aren't even close to what they're supposed to be. Three Black Forests blended on three separate occasions and never taste the cherry even when I ask for extra flavor.Just got a Billy Jean breve (white chocolate & coconut) and taste no coconut and very very little white chocolate. More like a bland vanilla latte.It's bad enough I had to pull out the Karen card and get a hold of corporate. Hope the college kids making those drinks do better in college than they do making drinks.
