A huge store that had all I needed. This is defined one of the biggest stores I have seen so far.I had trouble finding my stuffIn this big store but staff were very helpful in finding my stuff. I got all my stuff and walked out the store in less than 20min.

People who work here act like they have chips on their shoulders, and LP are aggressive with following people. Isn't a friendly feeling environment especially when everything is getting out into locked cabinets and there's never anyone around to assist and when you do, hope multiple items you may need are in the same area or you will be there awhile! We try our best not to shop here.

We went to the store to get some supplies for living off grid while building our Dream cabin and cutting down a lot of trees! So it took a lot of time it was fun the people were nice and we found what we needed!

Went into walmart to buy milk of magnesia for a client. It's locked up of course...I waited patiently for a worker to unlock it. I had 2 different workers at different times state " I don't have a key" and they just kept walking. No customer service whatsoever . No " I'll find someone for you " nothing. Finally I find someone to help and they lock the item in a security box and tell me it will be waiting at the self checkout closest to where I was. I went to checkout and the item was no where to be found. 20 minutes later, the other self checkout had it. I understand dishonest customers are the cause for heightened security on laxatives and other items, but the customer service in this store is atrocious. I'd rather pay more money at another store than feel like an absolute inconvenience at our walmart. This store has gone down hill so bad.

Everything is locked up. You have to wait for ever for someone to come to help you if you ask someone for help you get not my department.and even when you do grocery pickup. There's nobody here to get it for you.

Worst store I have ever shopped in. They have everything in the store pretty much locked up and you have to wait for an associate to come open the cabinet door for you. Well your waiting for ever and associates are walking by and don't have a key and when I said screw this I walked out and up front was 10 to 15 associates doing nothing so im customers that are there shopping taking my business to Fred Myers. And there online shoppers are rude because they are more concerned about their basket than helping them

I would give this place a zero. Went in to use the bathroom and get something to snack on while driving to Portland from California. We ended up not buying food because the store was a mess it was 10 pm. We left the store parking at the end of the lot to see if we could find something to eat that was open again it's now after 10 pm. The parking lot cops saw us and followed us through the parking lot pulled in beside us and said nothing rolled around to the back of our vehicle for about 3 minutes then got out knocked on the window and asked us what we were doing. What why is that any of your business. We are having a conversation. He says oh I thought you were parked for overnight. What makes you think that my husband asked because of where you parked. Since when is it a crime to park to look up something. Did I mention we were the only black people in the store or area. Back to our hotel with nothing to eat. I hate Walmart and their nasty employees.

I pretty much get run over by workers when I try to shop there, constantly feel like I am dodging out of the way so I don't get hit. I used to buy my makeup and nails here, until they started getting locked up (now I go to Ulta and they have better quality anyways). I used to buy Tide here, now we shop elsewhere for that too. Now, it looks like I'll be shopping elsewhere for clothing too. As mens socks, underwear and pants are locked up now too. AND NO ONE IS EVER AROUND TO UNLOCK ANYTHING, EVER! You see someone walk by and they never have the keys, and don't bother with the push button. It takes 20 minutes or longer to get someone there to unlock things... Every time you need something. Walmart won't need to lock anything up after they have gone out of business because no one will want to shop there anymore. Horrible!

I had an amazing time at this Walmart all thanks to an employee named Shay. She was extremely helpful regarding looking for certain items and she even recommended me the names of some books to read! We need more people like Shay in this world. I have never had such an amazing time at this Walmart store before this one.

Theft of service, false advertisement, discrimination, rudeness, theft, waste of time. All this can be yours for the walmart plus customers. I paid their price, the delivery is now over 8 hours late. Thier corporate employees wanted to use a coupon to "fix it" and the store wanted to be rude. Don't waste your hard earned money here. From 8 hour oil changes, to not providing services paid for and even to belittling employees, you self respect deserves better.

Over 2023 this place went downhill. All the employees are rude and very unhappy to be there. Overall, the store is still Okay to shop in, just don't expect to get anything locked behind the cages ( which is most of the stuff someone would go to walmart for ; cosmetics to tools and small appliances) the employees get upset if you ask for them to open it.

Dont use the WiFi here. Unless its because i got a new phone, they now make you log in with the email and password for logging into the walmart app. Why dont I just give the hackers my personal information! And! Dont try to sell me on they do that for extra security. That is a load. You can no longer call this free wifi.

Customer service is very rarely open during normal business hours and once again they were out of all bags and not just 10cent bags but even the more expensive ones so no way to carry groceries to your vehicles.

Clean and stocked. A few checkers are open all the time which is great. They have two giant self check sections. Easy returns and customer service.

Everything is locked up now. Nobosy around to ulock the cabinets and Self check outs are all closed down so you have to wait to check out. No eggs on the shelf. . Really. !!!Getting worse every time I go. Prices are ridiculous.Inflation, price gouging and service sucks.

It's always busy, and during the holiday season they definitely don't have enough workers working. They have plenty of checkout stands, but never use them. Long lines could be prevented, but it is always the same, doesn't matter what time of the day.

I stepped out of my car to smell the worst methane sewage smell I've ever smelt. Seagulls were flying above us as if we were going to get robbed, and the store isn't well organized.

Food from the Deli was fresh, hot, and a great choice for lunch as the service was fast and accurate, and we got everything we ordered in the bag.I know everyone knows how important that is when on lunch!Thank You Wal-Mart Deli

Not only did I have a pick up order, but I ran in for after few items. (Which turned into a cat full!)The customer service was excellent on this visit. Two different team members seen my need for more shopping bags and provided them to me with a smile.I needed help on more than one item in self check and a team member came to my rescue and helped me promptly numerous times.This store did recently changed their product layout, so navigation was a bit precarious on this visit. However I did eventually find the items I needed with the help of a few team members.All in all this was a good shopping trip at this location.

I heard a manager practically screaming about an employee having headphones around their neck to their manager. Terrible selection and terrible management.Those employees aren't doing as good a job as they could be if this guy wasn't breathing down their necks waiting for something he doesn't like to happen.

It's one thing to lock up all your merchandise because you decided you trusted your customers to check themselves out and it backfired on you. But for the love of God employ enough people so you don't have to run all over looking for someone. It takes me an average of thirty minutes every time I need to get merchandise that is locked up. Way to go Walmart. You always find a way to make customers pay for your mistakes.

Wide variety of products to choose from. Now with nearly everything locked behind glass, it can be a little annoying having to wait for someone to actually show up and assist with grabbing you something from behind glass.Prices have also gone up on everything it seems like. They don't provide grocery bags, not even for curbside pickup. And self check means you have to do all the work, but at least we're not standing in long lines anymore, I suppose.

Where do I begin on how this place is literally the worst Walmart ever. The cashiers suck (not us). They all lack customer service skills. Everything is locked up. They NEVER have bags in stock. The parking lot is a total mess in the winter (not plowed). The employees are rude to customer as well. Avoid this place. I would recommend driving down the road to Fred Meyer as it is the better option.

Low prices employees not very helpful finally a COACH came along and helped with my problem as I was getting a little upset that no one knew how to handle the situation we had. No bags available and I travel over 100 miles to shop.
