Called in a refill a couple of weeks ago for 2 refills, they did one so I had to request them to fill the other and told them I would be back in a few days so no rush. I was told it will take 20 minutes and they keep them up for 10 days. Came back 2 days later and was told it was in the fill box and wanted to know if I wanted it filled. When I finally got that taken care of I run into another problem today. New prescription tried to pick up last week and they said I couldn't pick it till the 15th and it would be up for 10 days. Came in today and was told it was in the fill box and wanted to know if I wanted it filled. Once they even messed up by giving 2 different meds in same bottle. Does anyone there know how to do their jobs?

These people are Very rude!!! I have been waiting for a month for a prescription and I called this morning to check on it and was yelled at and degraded by the pharmacist, I do not appreciate being treated this way and it was not the first time! I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!! Absolutely disgusting service!!!

They carry my daughter shots insulin and I've nvr had a problem they are very nice .and the cashier idk her name but she has been there for years older lady with white grey hair she is so sweet

I find the service at The Walmart Pharmacy in Klamath Falls to be expedient and efficient. Unfortunately they changed their app, I found it much easier to log on to a dedicated pharmacy app and have trouble logging in from the general app. I do appreciate the text and email reminders and updates.

I went to pick up 7 prescriptions at Wal-Mart yesterday. I was waiting outside in the pickup parking since I have cancer and don't want to be around others. I called the pharmacy, told them my name, etc. I was transferred to a Hispanic female who obviously is unable to type. She told me she needed to type the info into the computer, still fine. But after telling her FOUR times my birth date, address, driver's license number, she finally got outside. As she came up to my car, she said, "Don't ever talk to me like that again"! I asked her how did I talk to her and she wouldn't answer me. I will find another pharmacy where they employ competent help.

Usually have no complaints, however today i attempted to pick up my wifes perscription(as she currently can not drive). I got to the line, which as per usual was fairly long, and there was a lady that kicked me out because the pharmacy was closing in 7 minutes. I get kicking somebody out if they came to the line at closing time or after, but BEFORE closing time is rediculous even if the line is long. Some of us dont get off work in time to be there at a certaib timeframe, so have a little give for the us people that need to get their spouses meds!

Worst pharmacy ever…. I have had the hardest time getting my medication from this pharmacy, not once, not twice, but EVERY TIME. I am finally switching pharmacies because I am tired of the poor customer services, no one answers the phone, my dr. Can’t even get ahold of them to get something approved through insurance. They HANG UP on you, and I can’t even get ahold of them to transfer my medication to another pharmacy.

serious health problems for 40 yrs, i have seen a-lot. This is one of the best Pharmacies i have ever used..the town needs them. This place is over run and needs a drive thru immediately. Why is there no action taking place? This is the worst wal-mart i have ever seen. Hands down.. the Pharmacy and all of its staff are Professionals, and are over whelmed with clients from other failing pharmacies..Keep up the Good work Klamath wal-mart pharmacy!

NO STARS for the Walmart Pharmacy. We went in to drop off a prescription. We were told we had to stand in line just to drop it off. The line, as usual, was around the corner. Nope, not gonna happen. We took the 'script and went elsewhere and had the prescription in hand in 35 minutes. We are now in the process of transferring recurring prescriptions to another pharmacy that has its act together. Walmart, you need to step up your game!!! BTW, do you even read your reviews?

I called to refill my prescription and they didn't answer but instead sent me back into the call queue. I pressed 0 again and somebody answered. I said I would like to refill my prescription please and he snorted, asking me if I've tried the online service yet. I said no and that I didn't have my prescription number with me. He very rudely stated that I am in line and behind several people and was going to put me on hold.Here I am now, 8 minutes on hold so far.

Wal-Mart pharmacy has text 3 times too mamy saying the prescription os ready to pick up. We drive to the store and wait in line for 30 minutes, just to find out there was an issue and it hasn't been filled. I told them it cost me money to drive here. I asked about delivery per the sign that says ask an associate. Two of them were incompetent, couldn't answer any question and they gave up and said call the 800 number. I am taking my business elsewhere as we have multiple options in this town.

Doctor sent my NECESSARY medication to the wrong pharmacy and THIS pharmacy refused to transfer the script to the right one because it was never picked up once in Klamath. So in other words they threw a fit over not getting the sale and now I'm without my daily meds over the weekend. I will NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN!!!

The most disorganized pharmacy ever !! People standing in the pickup line nobody waiting on customers totally ignoring us then they say that’s the drop off line . The drop off line is one aisle over we were all standing in the pickup line clearly marked ! God for bid we stand in the mobile line that’s where she was! Plus all I wanted was someone to unlock the cabinet for nicotine gum. My mom is who is dying of cancer tried to get a rx filled we came back 3 times then finally said we don’t have it. Two horrible experiences in 2 weeks I will never ever shop at another Walmart !! Thank god for Fred Meyer !!!!! I’m writing a complaint letter about how awful your service is !

Love these ladies! They are so sweet & caring to my daughter & I! Yes, it's frustrating when they run out of a prescription & I have to come back the next day but it happens to all pharmacies!

WOW!!! Dropped off my prescription and came vack hours later and they chose not to fill it because I have no insurance. Um yrah I put that I had none so fill it. Hours later I come back it is still not filled. Then they say 20 more minutes so 2 hours later I call and it is still not ready big surprise. Finially I call and it is done!!! Woo hoo 9 hours later!!!!! I go to pay and use my good RX coupon and they refuse it because it needs to be presented when I dropp off my prescription not when I pay to pick it up. WHAT?? How does that make ANY sense?? Why didn't anyone ask me if I had a coupon and tell me I had to use it now when I dropped it off and that I cannott use it when I pay?? Why is there no signs?? This feels like a trap. False advertising. I then said screw this place give me my prescription back. They said we can't because we already filled it. So you have to pay full price our price or you get nothing at all. And I had no choice. Part of that money was my rent money and I am calling corporate today that was the dumbest and worst experience I have ever had to endure in a pharmacy. DO NOT GO HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Went there to fill a prescription today (6/9) at 1:15 PM. The pharmacy was closed, and there was a waiting line out the door. Their hours didn't say anything about being closed for lunch!

It's a Walmart. It looks like every other Walmart. It's always packed. I don't expect much so I'm never disappointed with them.
