Very mixed review on service. Bought three phones from two ladies working in the store a year ago and had excellent service from people who had great customer service attitudes. Stopped by today to buy more product and the guys working in the store had no sense of customer service. I left without buying anything. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service - would have had me running to Medford to simply unlock a Verizon sim card on a new iphone. - The store on S. 6th complete opposite - was more than happy to help me & no FAKE $39.99 charge for NO SERVICE. The owner of this store better wake up to his employees antics!

The girl who worked on February 19th alone deserves a raise. She has great energy with her customers and despite being there alone she made sure to help and talk to all the customers. She was very helpful getting my phone set up while helping other customers along the way. Made the experience easy and enjoyable despite the wait. She deserves a raise she was amazing!

Having issues getting my account unlocked so I could pay my phone and watch off I was helped by Von. Extremely knowledgeable employee who made the frustrating experience become a non issue in a matter of minutes all while explaining clearly and thoroughly how to unlock my account and in the process found ways to shrink my bill. I am thankful for my experience in this shop and I will be making it my go to store for any more of my Verizon needs. Thank you Von!

Just have to say that Tyler, Sara, AJ and Danielle provided me with the most excellent service the other day.I had a communication problem with my Fold 3 that they solved after 6 hours on the phone with Verizon they solved in minutes. Great staff.

This store is amazing and fast. The gentleman helping us get my granddaughter a new phone was very knowledgeable and broke down the bill for us. However, the lady he was working with brought her dog in and it ran up to me after jumping a fence she tried to position between the door. Last thing I’d expect in a phone store.

AJ was a savior I really goofed and she pulled strings and worked with me for hours to recover all my pictures and contacts she was good at multi tasking with so many customers and being the only worker in there. so much nicer than the other Verizon store.

Because of logistical and computer difficulties completely out of their control, a quick phone pickup turned into two days of pain for us and for the staff. Despite this, Von was unfailingly polite, helpful, and creative in trying to find ways around the issue. He's a gem; hope he gets nice raises!

Third time was the charm to find this place open, however the rude manager and associate refused to help us in any way. Came in for help ordering a replacement phone, and they couldn't even be bothered to look at the account. Wouldn't have even gone to this one In the first place if Verizon themselves didn't tell us we had to for troubleshooting. Wouldn't even look to tell my DISABLED wife if she had the protection plan, and are incapable of asking a question without being ignorant.First day, hours say 11-6, shop is closed at 1130, store didn't even open. Day 2, stop in at 215, and again closed. No note saying when she would be back, just closed.Do not waste your time going to this useless store that cannot even be open when they say they will be. Cellular sales on 6th had every issue we needed help with within 20 minutes of these jokers being rude and ignorant to customers that HAD intended to buy things when we were done. Now I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this store, as it us absolutely useless as it is never open.

I came by the store today and witness what was the manager yelling at a Rep in store in front of other people. I’m not sure what the altercation was about but with this manager is seems to be a repeated thing. The Rep sounded like they were just making sure it was being done right and that way customers didn’t have to wait on a mess up. I don't know how many of you have witnessed similar encounter, but I do know it's not the way one should represent their respective company to customers. When errors happen, they should be discussed out of the customer's sight. It's important to work as a team and it’s super disrespectful and unprofessional.

Treyvon, (a lead or shift mngr at least) started my experience off with a knowledgeable and easy going attitude, which I was on board with. Danielle was being trained and clearly with Trey's leadership skills and Danielle's determination, it was easy to see, why they have a good team here. I would highly recommend giving the crew here a visit for any accessories or phone plan needs. Top notch!!

Treyvon fixed what more than 10 people couldn't fix dealing with agents online and on the phone for 3 days. I spent probably 15 hours dealing with online and phone agents! Went into the store and Treyvon fixed it in maybe 10 minutes... #superhero! Best help ever!!!

This store is quick and doesn't have you waiting forever like south 6th location, which everytime I've been in there they talked to me like I was dumb they're rude and always trying to push things on me. Not here they even recommended products out of their store and really helped me instead of jusy trying to get me to buy anything and everything there was no pressure to buy things I didn't want aj is so knowledgeable and Danielle really heard me out. I couldn't even get a word in at south 6th. I will definitely be coming here from now on

Brittany did an awesome job yesterday. She got my husband and I switched over quickly and was very friendly. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. She will be the only one we will go see whenever we do anything regarding our cell phone service.
