In the last 16 months we’ve lost 4 fur babies-2 dogs and 2 cats. All of the staff at Tracks to Heaven have been kind, compassionate, caring and so respectful to our dear babies. I cannot say enough positive things for and about this local small business and the folks that operate it. Our Rhona, Agnes, Monte and Snip were taken such good care of and returned to us quickly. Thanks to all. You made 4 heartbreaking times easier for us to go through.

It’s been almost a month since my fur baby had to go to heaven and I just want to say that when I went to pick her up at the local vet I never imaged the kindness and detail with which I was given her back. The bag was filled with helpful and kind resources to get me through the pain. Resources I have all around my house. Thank you for your kindness and heartfelt items during this difficult time. I never expected it and am so grateful this business has such a kind heart like this. The wooden box I have my baby’s cremations is beautiful shiny and clean. Very thankful for their work.

I very much appreciate the kindness and compassion my mom and I received from Tracks to Heaven , especially from Sierra . My cat Romeo passed away on a Saturday, and although he was old and we knew it was coming , it still was very hard to accept he was gone. I wasn’t really too sure what to do in the moment, and we did not really have a place to bury him. I called Tracks to Heaven and left a voicemail not thinking we would be able to be helped until that following Monday, but about 20 minutes after I had originally called, my phone call was returned by Sierra . Sierra was very compassionate with me and told me she could meet us Sunday morning . It was very hard for my mom and I to deal with the process, but I am grateful for how prompt we were helped and I will always remember the kindness we received in laying our beloved kitty to rest. We received him back in about 3 days , and it was definitely emotional, but I am very happy with our experience. Thank you again.❤️‍

Everything was perfect. My boy was handled with so much love and care, and it helped ease the pain of losing him. Butch passed on a Saturday evening and we were still able to bring him in early the next day which alone took so much stress off our shoulders! The paw print is BEAUTIFUL! The keepsake collections is enormous and diverse. Each time I use their services, I like to get several items. This time I bought a small glass standing footprint that also contains a small amount of ashes. It is beautiful! Everything is packaged with care in cute boxes. The cremation equipment is spotless and you may tour it as they explain the process. Tracks To Heaven is a real treasure for the Klamath area.

Was not expecting more than my pup’s ashes returned to me in a plastic bag in a cardboard box. They went above and beyond and put her in a wood urn, which is more care and thought than my father received when he passed away. They also included snipping of her fur, self care instructions after losing a pet, guide to helping children deal with grieving a lost pet, a magnetic picture frame, a pa key of rosemary, a death certificate, and a memory book that can be filled out. Thank you for your tender mercies. Thank you for helping me honor my 16 year friendship.

The people at tracks to heaven are so compassionate. It takes a really special kind of empathy to do the work they do. When my beloved Bowie passed I wanted to do something different for him. This was my first time cremating a companion and while losing a pet is an unimaginable pain, they helped eased the burden ❤️They were very respectful from the first message all the way to coming in to take our lil guy home. Thank you so much for the beautiful work you do, I’ll never forget this experience 💞Other thing to note: we did pay upfront but the woman who helped me told me about payment plans without me having to ask which was an incredibly kind gesture. With how tough times are and how quickly I know bills can start to pile up before and after a pet has passed on, I know in my heart they would work with anyone to make sure their wishes are met. They’re angels on earth, I can’t say enough about how amazing they were

I can not put into words what tracks to heaven did to make this process easier for us. My little Shih Tzu was my whole entire world. She was loved so so much and they made this unbearable process beautiful. Even though they are not open on Saturday, This amazing lady met us on her day off because that was the only day we could make it to pick up our sweet girl and she lived 30 minutes away and took the time out of her day to meet us there to pick up our sweet girl. They gave us grieving support and a book where we could write and put pictures of all the special times we had with our girl. There was a piece of paper about the Rainbow Bridge 🌈 🐶 and it made me feel at peace. Our girl was taken care of with the utmost care and compassion. I would recommend Track To Heaven to every single animal owner out there. They were so sweet and calming over the phone and knew exactly what to say and had so much empathy. This was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. My dog was my world. If you love your animals and much as I do, this is the place to go when you need compassion, trust, and empathy. I can’t thank Tracks To Heaven enough.

In 2020 i lost my heart dog. The one that had been with me through some of the hardest days of my life…. Losing him tore my heart wide open and felt like i lost the love of my life. Tracks to heaven made the experience a little less painful and helped me bring my boy home in a beautiful box urn. They sent home shavings of his fir and gave me some beautiful keepsakes in the package. I cant thank them enough for helping take care of the boy the took care of me! Thank you!

We had our pet cremated in another location due to him passing in another town. We brought his remains "home". Andrea helped us pick out a beautiful box and bullet for him to rest in. Part of Benelli now travels in the bullet in my son's pick-up as he did for many years. Andrea is kind, and compassionate and I am now trusting her to care for another beloved pet.

I would like to comment on the post Debbie Warner left regarding her pet being "cut up". I work at Tracks to Heaven and I've been using their services for several years prior to that. What she is referring to is literally that we do a fur clipping before cremation. That's it. A small cutting of hair. The bodies are left intact and treated with the utmost respect, and the pet owners are treated with compassion. If there is a legitimate complaint, the owner will do everything she can to make it right. I just wanted to put this out there, as there is an insinuation in that post that we are dismembering or mutilating the pet's bodies, and nothing could be further from the truth. Google should remove her review as it is untruthful and misleading.

I expected to have my pet cremated, as a whole, not cut up per this woman's discretion. When I addressed her she was extremlt unprofessional. I was up all night over this, called the woman back and said I dI'd not want to pay for the premium price. She has ruined a time that should be for healing. She said she wouldn't return any money and hung up. I am in process of reporting her to better business bureau and will spend how every long it takes to be sure her business is closed for mishandling the dead. Even if it takes decades.
