First off this isn’t about service or the coffee.. but the lime rockstar/ rockstar swap for the new branded BRIGHT human energy drink … they lack any flavor and the bland isn’t good when mixed with flavoring .. used to get multiple rockstars a day now just going to mix my own at home .. guess it’ll save me $$$lol yay me but boo bright …😔 and yes we’ve had a few different flavors we tried giving the new drink a chance it just isn’t good ..

It's been awhile since we got drinks from The Human Bean but today was the day. We experienced friendly service and really enjoyed a Mexi-Mocha and a regular Mocha. What a delicious treat! They even have an App you can download to pay for, and earn rewards for drinks.

The fact this place tends to only hire "hot young girls" is pretty insulting in 2023 to the "hot young girl's" and women in general. I thought we were past that, and considering the majority of your customers are women , you may wanna rethink that unwritten hiring policy. Ya know, hire hot young men instead duh!! !!

I like their real fruit smoothies, especially the blueberry pomegranate. I have them add protein powder and whip on top. It gives an added pick me up.

I’ve always gotten fast, friendly service here and live their drinks. I definitely prefer the human bean’s espresso to that of Dutch Bros.The Human Bean makes fresh drinks every time no matter the season. There are also a few non dairy options which is great! :)

I love their Rockstars! They always make mine perfect! My only issue is that when it's not busy and I'm waiting to order behind someone, the batista talks/flirts with that person for 5 to 10 minutes while they keep looking back at me and they just don't care that I'm there. I understand being friendly and having a convo with someone but it's kinda cruddy to make someone wait for that long because some of us are busy and just trying to get a drink before we gotta be somewhere. But 4 stars because I love their drinks

Top three favorite places for drinks. The employees are so nice and fun to be around. The drinks here are immaculate. The Italian sodas do be making me a lil bit sleepy but I don't mind. Overall I recommend coming here.

We were passing through on a road trip fromLos Angeles to Seattle and stopped by here for some coffee. My soy latte was absolutely delicious and when my boyfriend saw the Rockstar smoothie on the menu, he had to try it. He was not disappointed! The baristas working were so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend stopping by here for your next coffee (or energy) drink fix!

Went there for the very first time today. I had my normal drink: an Americano. What I DON'T like is when a coffee house establishment makes their espressos ahead of time (I don't care if it's 15 seconds ahead), which should never (I repeat: never) be done, regardless of how busy it is; they should be made to order, period. I was pleasantly pleased to find made-to-order is Human Bean's manner of making drinks with espressos. Here here!And as to taste and quality, very good! I really enjoyed the drink, I and I think HB will be my go-to place from now on.

I love human bean! But when we pulled up at this specific location I noticed that the water that they put the spoons in to rinse off was purple, we asked her to replace the water and remake my drink and were given some attitude about the water. When given our drinks we went to pay and she said not to worry about it, and that was nice tradeoff.

Normally LOVE Human Bean. The only drink I ever get is the Caramel Hazelnut Mocha. Unfortunately, this barista managed to make one that did not taste like any of the countless others I've gotten in other locations and towns.

I love the Human bean chains as they place a chocolate covered coffee bean on top of your drink. When I last went here they were busy and rushed, felt hurried while ordering. Overall it was an ok experience.

Somethings happened to the coffee here... We have been Human Bean customers for over 15 years. We visit as a treat when we come to town to see family in the area (we don't live near a HB). On our recent visit (we went twice hoping the first time was a one off situation) the "coffee" was more like sweetened skim milk. It was watery and I would never have guessed it was supposed to have espresso in it:( too bad. We won't be going back.

Online it shows the human bean opening at 4:30am, I am at the this location at 5:35am and it is completely closed with no store hours located on building. What time does this one location open 🤔 island time? Not professional for a business

They have the Ghirardelli powdered white chocolate which is my favorite! Plus they have awesome staff, really friendly and they remember your drink if you're consistent!

Their smoothies are absolutely incredible.. i have an addiction for the strawberry banana in particular. the people working there are always quick, polite and charming.
