I know it's about a month late, but a HUGE shout out to The Donut House for this special order!! We swing by once every couple weeks for a family 'donut day'. Every time, the twins ask for the tie dye donuts. These are not typically made daily, and we haven't been able to catch them on the day they are available. So for their 6th birthday, I called ahead and ordered 6 tie dye donuts. They were so sweet and even asked if it was for "those sweet boys who ask every time". I picked them up and they were so excited to give them to me and the boys were ecstatic to chow down! Thank you so much for being so kind and helping making their day special 😊

We had a list of what we wanted and we read it out to them and it was still wrong. We should have asked for a receipt or checked the box before driving off.My boyfriend joked that they gave us the wrong pastries because we didn’t tip. It was already $35 for a dozen, and the way they tactlessly ask for a tip rubs us the wrong way. But hey, that’s just the common business practice now. They want you to tip for picking up your own take out, they want you to tip for putting donuts in a box.The donuts themselves were excellent tasting but so are hostess from the grocery.

Apparently they ask for tips and add it themselves without letting the customer handle any of that on their end. I said NO thanks to adding it, yet a 15% tip was added without my permission. $26.60 for a dozen donuts is ridiculous. Not to mention, theres 2 different prices online and then purchasing in the drive thru was also different pricing.. Was probably overcharged.. Needless to say they're overpriced. Wish I took a pic, they looked nothing like the photos online. I should've stuck with Terry's.

What can I say I'm a real local who takes pride in local business who give the best to there customers every time never have any problems or anything else which is about exactly what you want from a nice place I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants fresh donuts that are so good you will wake up early just to get them! And ps they got biscuits and gravy now! So what you waiting for go get some!!!! I could only give 5 stars but I would give 20 stars if I could!!!!

Amazing place. Just found it this last trip down to CA from WA state. Klamath Falls is our halfway point when driving down. We will always stop going down to CA and going home to WA. The staff are super sweet, and their donuts are to die for. But I warn you to get there early because they run out of their best specialty ones, but they still will make you hot, fresh, glazed, chocolate bars, and others. Hope they keep it going!

Sure, the Donut House has great donuts but their hours are incredibly inconsistent. The last 3 times I’ve gone there they’ve been closed! And I go during regular business hours. No, they’re not closed because they’re sold out. Each time I’ve gone between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. You just can’t count on them being open when they say they are.

Today...Feb 25th, 2023FIRST time going to this donut place. Very nice gentleman that helped pick out donuts. ONLY to get home to eat them with my grandson and find a long hair cooked into the Apple fritter. YUCKI called to talk with them about it, a lady answered I told her what I found and that I had a picture if needed. And her ONLY reply was....thank you for calling.I have worked in the customer service business for over 30yrs and I can honestly say this was the worst customer service I have ever had, and especially being a food service. The VERY least reply should have been ....Im so sorry that happened.. EtcBut nothing.Unfortunately neither I nor my family will be returning to this business,:(I MUST edit this post and say. The VERY nice gentleman that helped me called me back and truly apologised for the mistake and offered me a replacement. That is great customer service and a great business. We are all human and make mistakes. Thank you, we will be returning as my grandson just loved the deer in the head lights donut, and I would recommend that for any youngster, thank you again.

They are never open. They claim to be open until 2pm but they are constantly running out of doughnuts after about 9am or 10 am. From the replies it seems the baker is always staying late to prep. If you are so successful why not put it back into your business. Get another baker or oven. Also way over priced to never be able to try them.

They have REALLY good doughnuts and pastries. The problem I have is, more often than not, they are either out of donuts and have closed, or their selection is extremely limited. Go there after 9:00 am expecting doughnuts? Forget it. If demand is so high that they are running out so early, why don't they make more? Very discouraging to go there looking forward to one of their donuts and find them sold out. Because of this, I can't recommend them and I am only giving them 1 star.One year later: I went back because I've really missed their donuts and they are located much closer than the doughnut shop I've been going to. I arrived there this morning at 9:05 am, and they were sold out of almost everything. Unfortunately, no improvement so my "don't recommend" stands. Green Blade Bakery, here I come!!.

Love the doughnuts. Great little place. They're always fresh and yummy. I do agree they are a little expensive. The ladies working the front are usually always friendly and helpful. However. The different rude responses I've seen from reviews and such, makes me shy away from giving the doughnut house my business. If you aren't satisfied, it seems you get attacked. Which isn't okay. That isn't how you run a business and get good reoccurring customers. Unsure if I'll be going back..

My favorite doughnuts are here! The raised ones remind me of my childhood favorite in the south. Hand made with grid marks and icing that’s thin and perfect. The maple bar is very similar and is my go to when the raised ones are sold out. If they’re still open in the afternoon you may can get a deal on a dozen!

Everytime we come to get doughnuts they are closed! I understand everyone is short staffed, but if you want to stay in business. You still have to run your business even short staffed! We came in to buy 4 dozen doughnuts and o they are closed I guess Fred Meyers will get our business again!

The donuts are wonderful, and I think fairly priced. I was there last week and someone was being rude to the staff and I was angry and embarrassed for the person who was trying to help the customer. Today I read a post about the owner sending flipping the bird donuts to a customer who claims he gave a fair review but who comes across as a whiny self entitled brat. I think what the owner did was a bit unprofessional but after the way I saw the staff being treated I understand and think its funny! I'll continue going there, the owner has humor and is refreshingly honest.

I have yet to try the donuts. Someday I will get to try them! I have 2 young children and run my own business so getting there before sell out is difficult!But the fact that people in this town are literally losing their mind over a donut shops is hilarious.I am so glad that an owner in this town has the balls to stand up to the HORRIBLE comments and flak hat they have recieved in the less than month that they have been open!!!I proudly support this business and the owner for defending himself and his business!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

While I do enjoy the donuts for the most part, (considering I very rarely eat baked treats such as those) I do believe that there should be a better way to go about handling criticism. I've spent a few months trying to get into cooking and what not, and have used whatever issues with my food as a way to improve the next time. I'm sure you will figure it out, just please treat others with respect if they are giving you friendly criticism. Also, while I do know you guys use fresh ingredients, the prices can be dwindled down just a bit. This town isn't meant for insanely high prices when it comes to food, which is why food trucks tend to do super well nowadays. Things happen, and I know that you will improve as a business owner as time progresses. Much love.

Doughnuts were very good. The service was just as good, and the price was beyond fair. We went in at 7pm and there was plenty to choose from and still fresh. Sometimes people only choose to point out the negative, well I choose to see the positive. Have no problem paying $12.45 for 6 hand picked, 2 milks and a coffee. The convinence of being able to go in at 7pm and still have a selection of doughnuts and 3 people that I could see working has its cost. Everything is going up in price, down to the fuel that it cost to deliver the ingredients to the store, wages to keep good employees, electricity to run the ovens/fryers etc..... Be happy we have another choice, one that has decided to try and please people with hours and inventory.

My husband had bought a dozen and while yes they are decent they weren’t anything special not worth the money absolutely not. 17 freaking dollars for 12 no thank you would much rather go to Fred Meyer or something. Not worth our hard earned money and definitely not after reading other review. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. Probably won’t last to long.
