I just don’t know what it is about this location. They cannot get it right. I have taken my coffee back repeatedly because it’s terrible and it makes no difference, the next time you go it’s just terrible again. Always fail to put any flavor whatsoever. No matter what I order I end up getting just coffee and milk and it’s so bitter. I get it, it’s my own fault for going back, I ONLY do for the convenience of a drive through. I usually go to the one in Albertsons as I’ve gotten maybe 1 bad drink out of the hundreds I’ve bought, those girls actually care about the product they serve. I think this location is the exact opposite. Out of all the times I’ve went, I think I’ve gotten a good drink once. The managers always reach out to apologize but when you pay $10 for a cup of coffee the staff should be trained to get it right the first time, people shouldn’t have to get their drink fixed every single time.

Went here for a drink, decided on the white chocolate iced mocha. First of all, the cashier that rang me up was very friendly, and was quick so I did not have to wait. I was greeted soon as I walked in. Got my drink within just a few minutes, and if you like iced mocha, white chocolate was definitely delicious! Good food, drinks and atmosphere, all around pleasant experience!

I would highly recommend a stop over at this Starbucks if you're in Klamath. Amazing staff that's attentive regardless if they are busy working.And a shout out and Thank You to Tyler for the delicious warm chocolate chip cookie😁 The cookie and your smile just made my day😁Y'all ROCK and are awesome!! When pulling up to this store they immediately made us feel unwelcome and like a nuisance. On a road trip with my family of 5 and Starbucks is a necessity for me as a 12 year partner. I have not had very good experiences so far on my week long trip and this was the worst of all so far. Do better homies. Visited at noon on Saturday July 22nd.

I went to Starbucks and two of the girls were the sweetest things! Salem and Evelyn! Evelyn helped me know what to order and makes the best cup of coffee, I spilt my drink, Salem came and helped me clean it all up and made me a new drink right away! I would highly recommend asking for either of these girls, they are super sweet and make the best coffee! I will definitely be stopping by every time I go through town.:)

I always get mobile orders at Starbucks, and they are usually readily available to grab or they are called out.Unfortunately, this morning the entire staff was in some sort of meeting. They were all talking to each other for at least 10min.I’m really disappointed in the lack of time management. We get mobile orders so that we can leave quickly. Having your entire staff on hold sets everyone up for failure.

I went in for a coffee that my daughter usually orders for me so I didn't know exactly what it was or how to communicate it. Beth took my order and gave me the most personalized and over the top customer service that it makes me want to come back for her to make my coffee again and again. She helped me through what I was trying to order but the most outstanding part was her thoughtfullness and going the extra mile based on the things she learned I wanted. That is a rare quality. Excellent customer service by an excellent lady. Thank you, Beth.

I haven't had Starbucks in 4 years, (I was addicted.) It was with great happiness as I walked thru Starbucks door. The people there were very nice, the store was clean! They made my custom drink, and it was so good. It really made the day happier ☺.

Needs to improve in friendliness and the seating area cleanliness. The seating area the last few times I have been in have had food on the floor and on chairs and table during non rush times. Staff seem to not be as friendly a d welcoming lately either not sure if it is because it is new people that are being trained but something just is not up to the usual Starbucks standard at this location lately. Maybe they are just having an off couple of weeks. The orders were good just the service and the facility was lacking. So give it a chance maybe they will improve.

I LOVE STARBUCKS! I was a STARBUCK ADDICT. So I haven't had any for about 4 years. So you can imagine my delight as I walked through the door. The people were friendly and the space was clean. The coffee was very good 👍🏼. It lifted my spirits for today. I would recommend Starbucks to anyone who may need a lift!

Fast friendly service. All the baristas make an effort to get to know you,your likes and are eager to answer any questions you have about products. The shop is always clean and welcoming. Even when very busy about 9 in the morning and at noon,they make an effort to make you feel welcome and a valued customer.

Ordered online, waited 20 minutes past when the order was ready. The order sat on the counter the whole time and I had to flag someone at the front counter to get them to check. The crew seemed more interested in hanging out then filling orders. If you have to come here use the drive through, not the app.

I came in on December 1st. About 10:30 Place an order and was told that they will not accept any hundreds I'm looking across the counter there was no sign saying they would not accept $100 bills also a business being open since 6 AM at 10:30 should have change for a 100. Lee watched the person in front of me pay with a 20 and you know many others had also. After telling you're telling the person I had nothing smaller than a 100 and I had no debit card to use they told me they could not help me so I asked to speak with AA manager a manager supposedly came out and his name was Chris and he also informed me They could not take a $100 bill I told him I would have to take my business elsewhere and that it was very unprofessional of a business to not have change for a 100. During the entire exchange nobody ever looked in the till to see if there was even change. Lead just denied for having a 100 Very unprofessional as a business had to leave a bad review
