This store always goes above and beyond for me (and as I have witnessed, other customers) and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years! If you haven't tried out the print department with ANY project, you should. I use them very frequently in my job (Marketing) and they are always quick to respond, quick to complete the order and offer assistance whenever needed. 5 stars for the Klamath Falls, Oregon Staples Staff and Especially the Print and Marketing peeps!

Cranky employees in the printing department. Wandered through the store. Found a few things. The checker at the exit checkstand was kinda pleasant. Something has changed in the last few months. They use to go above and beyond. Last 2 times they didn't ask for my phone # and were rude. Don't they do rewards anymore?

It was 7:33pm when I arrived at the store and I was asked to leave without being helped with what I needed. The store says online it closes at 8, so I’m a bit confused as to why I got turned away when all I wanted help with would have taken less than 5 minutes. I haven’t heard of a store that closes a half an hour early with no explanations.

All of the staff that work here are very friendly and helpful! I like to utilize their email and print services since I don't have a home printer. The whole process is simple, quick and relatively cheap (depending on what and how much printing you're doing). They have a great selection in store for shopping and they always have everything I need!

I usually ship from here so that I don't have to wait in line at the post office. It's so much more convenient and closer for me. Plus even if I get there after pick up times I know that it's secure and will go out the next business day. And all of the staff are very helpful.

Staff is great. This review is for the price gouging mailing services at the store. Send a 3-day delivery document via UPS here and pay $40! Or send the same thing down the road at other stores for less than $10. Staples, either remove this "service" from your stores or find a way to offer it without making a joke of yourselves. I won't shop at your stores for anything now.

I have come in to the store on multiple occasions. Every time I have come in I have always been greeted by the staff with a smile. Always been asked if I needed help finding anything, (Granted though I always know where and what I am looking for; shows the staff is attentive to their customers.) The staff is very friendly and helpful, also on one occasion I used the printing services and loved the product and quality that they delivered. I will continue to shop here for sure for those few items I need here and there.

I went in today to purchase a few items that were on sale including a paper shredder. I could not find it in the section for shredders. I went to look for an associate for some assistance. I saw two associates assisting a young lady. One of them did notice me waiting but did not acknowledge me and continued talking to the young lady. So I walked away looking for someone to help me. I noticed an associate hurriedly walking so I quickly said "excuse me, might you be able to help me?" He stopped and with a heavy sigh said "with what?" Now, when I asked the cashier for his name (Curtis) and mentioned he was rather rude, she apologized and said they were busy. But as I looked around the store, it was rather quiet and I told the cashier that. Needless to say I felt Curtis was rude and could of shown better customer service!! I think this is a good place for UNDERCOVER BOSS to visit!!!!!!!

I went in there today to buy my first laptop. I had the pleasure of working with Michael and Brian throughout the duration of my purchase. They were so helpful and very good to work with. I will definitely go back and ask for Michael if I ever need help.

I've tried 2 days in a row to get one thing printed and the people there are extremely overwhelmed and have zero customer service. I yearn for the days or cities for that matter where customer service is top notch. It seems everyone thinks because this is such a small town and there isn't much competition that you can treat people like there needs are unimportant. I don't mind waiting extra, but when you tell me that you cant do the job because you have a lot of people ahead of me makes me think you just don't want to do anything at all. I understand stress, and I understand working alone, but I've never once made a customer feel like they were imposing or that they should just do it themselves or go somewhere else cause we are just too busy for you. Very sad that Customer service is dead in Klamath Falls.

Called for copy job last minute Sun nite, emailed file then raced there to pickup. Copy dept woman stayed late to make sure job was right, then didn't charge since registers closed. So nice! Will go back for final printing, very good quality color even on plain paper. She saved me a lot headache!

I went to the photo print section for some help with my father's Memorial Service and "Cierra" assisted me. I apologize if I misspelled her name. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The entire staff of the copy and print center act like they are doing you a favor by even bothering with you. I have been turned away from the counter and told to go find someone else on more than one occasion, even when it was an issue regarding a fax. The day before yesterday I dropped off 14 pages to be scanned onto a thumbdrive. I was told it would be at least 24 hours because there were 14 other customers who had dropped off things to be scanned but they would call me as soon as they were ready. 29 hours later I finally call them only to be told that my order was just sitting on the counter waiting for me. I get the thumbdrive home and only 9 of the pages have been scanned. Unacceptable service and rude staff.

Great products, great service. Dirty bathrooms. I went in last night to purchase a computer. They had to do downlaods and instalations so i had to come in the next day to get it. No biggie. I went to use the ladies room last night and it smelled so foul i literally threw up!!! One pitiful half used roll of tp for both stals. Fecal matter on the toilets. Told someone last night. Came in tje following day at 2pm. All they did was move tp from one stall to the orher!!!! Seriously, guys?!?!
