The store is overall great but the customer service at the gun counter is poor. I was in today intending to purchase a gun but could not get assistance. One guy was helping a customer and the other was just chatting, never acknowledged us, and did not seem to be wrapping up the conversation. Ive had this happen before. We left, I'll buy it at coastal. 12/27/23.

Sportsman can beat anyone's price, because their customer service doesn't beat anyone. I purchased a firearm online. I went to pick it up, it was no longer in stock, the manager refunded my money to a closed bank account. I still had money to purchase a different firearm and I stood there waiting for help for too long. I spoke with other customers and was never helped. The woman at the gun counter with the cowboy hat was colder than ice. She never even looked at me and I was holding a new born baby. I left with a phone number to their customer service department so I could sort out my own refund. I had to sit in the parking lot fornone hour talking to sportsman's billing department. I went there to spend at least $1,000. I drove 445 miles to shop there for a prepurchased $600 pistol. I left with nothing but a phone number. I'll take my business to a smaller, more professional gun shop. There's a little mom and pop shop called Parkers down the way. I'm sure they will appreciate my family's business for generations to come. Best deals , worst service. What good is a great deal if nobody wants to sell you the deal? Still haven't gotten my refund. Got an email that they tried to cred the closed account again. Now I have to deal with their phone department and the wait is 60-70 minutes. I will never return to this place

They always seem to be out of what you want. Even if it's in stock the selection isn't super great. Other sportsmans are o k but this one is definitely not the best.

A place you could spend an easy hour or 2 in. It is filled with some of the best of the best. Friendly staff willing to help and knowledgeable on their products always make the discussion more meaningful.Be leary of the nightcrawlers if you're a fisherman. The product says there's a dozen in each container, 3 of the containers we bought only had 6. Complained to Customer Service. Haven't heard back.

We were headed out for a weekend camping and fishing trip. I bought night crawlers worms to take along. They were chilled in a Styrofoam cup, supposed to be a dozen in each one. When we got ready to fish and opened the 1st one, there were only 6 worms. I opened the other 2 and found they also only had 6 worms. Ripped off. I've filed a complaint with the store.

I'll definitely remember this place. Forgot all about it. I was able to get everything we needed for our adventure which included camping, hiking trails and then spelunking. The prices can be a little high. But the added convenience, and quality of the equipment we purchased was worth it.

Great spot for local sporting good needs. My fiance shops here frequently for our fishing and camping supplies. This was one of my fathers favorite spots as well. I enjoy shopping here, as well. They have a pretty good selection here, it's a good place to shop for outdoorsy clothing too. Great benefit to the community.

Several workers walked away from me when I still had questions. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other then answering my questions even when it was clear that I was buying over $100 worth of camping equipment. There was only 1 other customer and they weren’t being helped either. Reasonable prices, The entire staff needs training in customer assistance.

Good selection of products. Service on the floor is good to help find what you are looking for. Service at the gun counter is consistently poor. Arrogant staff that is not interested in helping customers.Edit (16-Jun): I called the number and left more details with the person who answered that call. I did my part to identify a problem that is with a team not an individual. I hope for your other customers you can fix the culture within that team.

My name is Mel. I'm retired and spend as much time as possible fly fishing. During the month of May I have made several visits to your store to buy odds and ends necessary to ready myself for the Summer's fishing season.On one of my first visits, I met one of your employees, Glacier, who was patient with my questions, quick and thorough with the answers as well as going an extra step here and there with suggestions. He made me feel like I was the "only customer in the store." To say I was impressed would be an understatement. This guy is the whole package. When I walked into your store, I just needed to buy a few things. What I left with was, of course, my things and a whole lot more. I left knowing that whatever I needed, this was my go-to-guy. No stuttering, no need for additional assistance, no misinformation. You tell him what you are doing and what you need and boom, he understands the question because he listens and then delivers.Quite frankly, Glacier might possibly be the most efficient retail person I've ever met and I've met many in 74 years.

Great layout. Easy to find things. Clean restrooms. Very friendly staff answered all of my questions which were quite a few with patience. Will definitely visit again next time I am up in Klamath Falls.

Went looking for a lightweight camp stove. Found a good fairly lightweight unit that will be good for short hikes. Staff is friendly and prices are about average. Good selection of clothing. Store is organized well with each section laid out well. They also have and indoor archery lane.

Always have a hard time trying to get help here. Most employees walk around but usually end up saying this is not my department and go get someone else. Good thing I know what I want and looking for. I wish they spent more time with customers. It's are only decent sports store in town and dislike I have to order online or travel out of town for items.

I've only been here once and I'm not a Hunter or fisherman but I love the store. The staff here are very nice and I did need to findone to ask a question about earmuffs. They didn't have any but they have so much other stuff it was overwhelming but Awesome!!!❤

This store being closer to me gets my business 99% of the time. It has great sales, carries name brands and you can buy online from their website to have it delivered at the store so you don't pay shipping charges. When certain ammo and guns come in they don't stay on the shelves very long because Klamath Falls has a large population of hunters, a hunters and fisherman's paradise.
