I have never been to this store, visiting from Arizona. I was impressed with the store, and there were two people who helped me find what I needed. I think her name was Nila, I hope that's right. She took me to where I needed go. Very friendly and sweet. Thank you for the good experience. Thumbs up!

Great prices, usually busy, but the self checkout machines are the worst! Get rid of the scales when I'm bagging my items. Oregon is one of the states that charges for bags. I choose to bring my own. Weighing my bags doesn't mean I will use all of them and many of my bags don't stand up. Figure out how other states use self checkouts because your clerks are slow and self checkout is slow.

ATM fees are minimal and prices on Tobacco are good. Plus I can get my favorite milk called Ripple and bulk granola with dried cranberrys as well as freshly made peanut butter on the spot.

Always Friendly and Courteous. Got a Champagne cake there for Christmas ,they decorated it so nice. Never had a bad experience ,been going there for many many years.

Full scale grocery store, complete with a on sight bakery, fresh produce, local meats, bulk grains and other items, and a complete health food and healthy living products section. Clean, well staffed, and friendly hometown atmosphere.

I had no idea how many cake options they had. Extremely happy with the Kansas City Chiefs cake they made for my son's birthday. Not only did it look amazing it tasted great too!

We went on a day they were having a meat bonanza sale and it was so busy! We got cooked and seasoned prime rib for a great price, and it was so delicious. They had a great selection of coffee and spices. I appreciated the selection of sugar free chocolate.

Produce is pretty good, organic and health alternative section is fantastic, meats are good and reasonably priced.The selection in the rest of the store is fairly generic and not the best option in town if you're looking for a specialty, higher end or imported item.Everyone that works here is either very friendly or at minimum, courteous.

I was told while walking in 2nd time here it was the people at Sherms Thunderbird K Falls that brought him in to shop. 100% True they must have shipped all the nice people they could Find to this location, But I think price is also great Thanks Sherm's! Been going to this place all my life!!! I love the fact that alot of the employees are still working there for well over 30+ years. Their prices are still very decent & there's always someone who's willing to help you find something or help you reach the item that's just out of reach. Plenty of parking, wheelchair ♿️ accessible, and yes, they can help you bag your items if you are disabled. I love that!!! It helped me greatly!!

I was a devoted customer at this store for years until recently. The employees at this store used to be the friendliest in town but over the last few years things have changed. The cashier's that used to be really nice seldom speak to me now. And the beer chick has an indifferent attitude when I ask her about stocking my brand. The more that I ask her about it, the less of it that gets ordered and stocked. All that while raising the price of it. I suppose they're like most big stores now, customers are a dime a dozen. Maybe I'll find a store that doesn't treat people like that but I doubt it will be around here.

Love the customer service. Love the affordability of shopping here. I love the natural foods section. I love their organic line Wild Harvest, that helps to make organic food affordable. I like their Everyday Essentials brand as well, it helps to save money without compromising the flavor when feeding my family.I love the cleanliness of the store even the bathrooms.I love how the courtesy clerks are making sure the cart returns are clear so that you can have a cart as soon as you get to the entrance.The management treats customers like family and are very proud that Sherm's is part of the commUNITY and it shows by the different local charities they donate to or participate in.

Sherm's is family owned, offers great prices on food. They have a good natural and organic foods section, always fresh produce including organic. Meats are always topnotch, and often local meat is available. This is my go to store. You will have to bag your own groceries, but you can ask for box out help.

Great selections on everything. Prices are okay. Some things are super cheap and others are a little high. I think the big can of menudo is like $25 when they have it for $15 at other markets. But the selections are huge & store is very clean & the customer service is awesome. Everyone is really helpful & friendly.

*I GET IT*This store, like most stores everywhere have alot of theft.This makes all the employees profile every single person that enters their door. Sadly It's the same at every store in our area 😪.If Sherms had an online order and picked up, I wouldn't go inside for my shopping. I have stated this directly to the cashier as I cashed out!CRIMINALS MAKE IT BAD FOR US ALL!

Sherms is the least expensive grocery store we have - the only down side I would say is that you dont want to go when its close to closing (11pm) just because they are unloading their freight at that time. But as you can see they do sell about everything under the sun!
