The fitting rooms not having an attendant is a joke, takes forever to try on anything. The bathrooms need an attendant to open them. Other than that good experience.

I find it very frustrating when the prices on items aren't easily seen. I saw numerous items in the home items such as rugs, kitchen items etc that did not have prices on them. Or I had to put down what I had 2 lift the "heavy item" (planter pots) upside down 2 see prices. I saw a rug I wanted 2 buy;there were 2 of the same kind & neither one had a price. I know normally this would be a small thing but I was in a hurry & 2 go up front 2 find a sales person to come 2 the back to price an item would have taken more time than I had. I was a bit rushed. Otherwise I like the store & what they carry.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!!!! I love the awesome variety of merchandise that always changes. I'm very petite so I can always find clothes that fit, and every day is like a treasure hunt. I have found the most beautiful things to decorate my home, and my favorite purchases are their really cute and cool coats and motorcycle style jackets. I have gotten almost all of my coats there, which I get compliments on everywhere I go, and all my jeans are from there too.One of my favorite things about the store is how clean it is, it has a great layout, and the employees take really nice care of it. I'm very proud of our store. The one in Medford is dark, cluttered and has a really weird layout. I won't even go in there. We have limited shopping options in Klamath, so we all really appreciate when they keep a well stocked inventory. Besides that, it's always a fun place to be. Here are some of my favorite purchases:

One of the nicest Ross stores I've been in!It was organized very well, with no mess and clutter. This team of dedicated employees deserves recognition for their hard work and their performance in the store.The spacing of the shirts was very perfect making it extremely easy to look through items. Your staff is great and go above and beyond.

Love these guys! Love this Store! Quality name brands. Cool finds. Great location. Friendly service. Strict return policies but hey, so long as you know that you can't bring back stuff you have worn more than a short period of time to try them on at home unlaundered or walk around in the shoes you just bought for a day or two and expect a return or exchange. Lol. If you walk ANYwhere outdoors with a new pair of shoes don't bother. They are yours now. They have fitting rooms so use them wisely and give these staff members a small reprieve. They work hard. Put stuff back where you found them for the next guy and so we can get in and out cause if they get busy putting stuff back all the time or keeping stuff that didn't get purchased or returned items up front till there is time to put it back, well....that's the customers doing and if there is something you wanted that is presently out.....chances are it is on that said rack hidden at the front desk cause someone with no manners left that item or returned it and is sitting in wait until it can be put back where it belongs. So try it on, check it out but please put it back on the hanger or shelf if you aren't going to purchase it. Try on a jacket. Don't like it? Put it back. Decide wether you are really going to buy it or not. Don't wait till the last minute and decide not to and leave it in the front. Someone else may want it and won't see it cause someone left it somewhere it doesn't belong or has left it up front or with the dressing room attendants and they can't always redistribute items back fast enough. Just be courteous of others yo! Make a tha world go round que no?

What a difference a year makes, friendly service is back! Great job getting the right people in. A year ago I gave this a poor rating due to unfriendly and unhelpful staff. No longer, been there three times and excellent service each time.

Klamath Falls Ross DFLThe employee working/standing in 'dressing room area' refused to help me when i came out from trying on clothes. She told me, "Oh, you have to hang the clothing back on the hangers, not me, sorry." When there was still people behind me waiting to go in and coming out, while there was only 15 minutes left in the store, she was just standing there totally unhelpful. It was lazy

Obviously a great selection for clothing. I was able to find my wife 3 shirts and a dress that she loves. Very organized and if I knew the different types of shirts women wear I'd have had absolutely no problem at all. Definitely worth shopping at Ross.

Very clean and organized! I saw quite a few shoppers messing things up, I finally told some of them to put it back where it goes as we're all adults. Cashiers were all friendly and got people in and out so there was never a long wait in line.

Limited selection on clothing it's usually the same stuff that has been there for a few weeks. Now merchandise wise it's a treasure trove. Found some pillows that helped my neck feel better.

I bought my girls a ton of clothes and when I checked out I had not gone way over my budget. I love that they reuse their hangers because I have no need for those them and that's really environmentally friendly which is always a plus in my book. The guy who rang us up was really polite and helpful.

Shopping was pleasant with no interruptions. Well stocked which is rare at times previous to today (6/27/2019). Bathroom was "okay". Check it was quick. Purchased 4 items and very pleased with them and cost. Will b back on a Thursday.

Great selection, organization and helpful employees. It can be hit or miss as far as finding Jean's that I like (size 16) but sometimes I get lucky. Otherwise, I love Ross and their huge variety of household items, clothing, etc.

I like this store. Located right behind Holiday Jewelers. The staff is friendly, the changing rooms clean and always serviced. They take care of their restroom too. Some people complain about their inventory not being consistant, but that is the point and how they keep their prices so low.I can just about always find something good at this store too, not bad for a really tall guy.

Came in to buy luggage, we couldn't figure out the combination. We asked an associate and she was able to get our luggage lock figured out, but none of the locking ones have keys. Great service!

I'm going to say the best ross that I've visited in the United States hands down. From clothing to fragrances & home decor it's definitely a bang for your buck. I just wish they had a better selection of athletic attire but, you can't satisfy everyone 🤧

They have unusual stuff - I like the clothes - even tho the prices seem to of increased lately but the staff act as if they need to be a certain stiff way or else they will get into trouble - and I don't like the "welcome to Ross" as you walk in makes me feel like everyone it's there to stare as I make my entrance. They need to be more at ease I feel.

Ross is a great place to shop...good deals on many things besides clothes...but clothes, you can save a ton of money over other places...just be prepared to have garments that may be cut a little off...like T-shirts for example..but I've only gotten a few irregular ones over the years..usually have trouble with her on bottom of shirt..it is a resale for Dept stores after all....so just look at what your buying,to make sure quality is good. That way you don't have to go to the trouble of returning...oh and awesome deals on SHOES!!!!!

Have let you can say about Ross everybody knows what Ross about clothing and fun items and cute clothes cute shoes things for the house always finding new and interesting stuff in the store I believe that the staff has some issues with attitude mostly not being very customer service friendly and it seems like they have to put on fake Smiles but maybe I'd be the same way if I had to work retail again not my favorite thing to do but I do enjoy shopping at the store.
