Been in a couple times, both times I was greeted with friendly staff, and was asked if I needed help finding anything (both times I needed help finding things, the staff were very quick and pleasant in helping me). I got what I needed both times and got out quickly! Can't complain. I have called one time to see if they had something in stock, and they answered, were friendly, but didn't have it in stock. There was no worries because it was not a commonly stocked item that I even really expected them to have, but it was worth a shot. At least they answered and were nice about it! Anyways, I'm happy, and I know my coworkers love this store and the staff! Will be coming back!

It is nice to have a store in Klamath Falls, Oregon like Riteaid. I had a great associate named Heather help me check out. She did her job like so many don't these days. She deserves a raise! What a good shopping experience I had. Thank you.

Always a terrible experience, from refills not being available after being called saying the prescription is ready to necessary meds not being available. I have removed all my prescriptions to an online system, however there are times that my doctor needs me to take a prescription the same day he sees me. Of course I knew the prescription would not be ready, so I waited for the call, which I finally received on a Saturday evening before Labor day, to late for me to pick up...and the pharm was closed on Sunday and Monday (for the holiday), so I figured I would come on Tuesday to pick up on my way out of town...lo and behold...there was a note on the door that they pharmacy would be closed until Wednesday....and so here I am, over a week without my meds...Good job rite-aid! Once I get my meds, be sure I will be transferring to another pharm. Never again Rite-Aid.BTW I did ask my ask my Dr. office not send my prescription to Rite-Aid, but there was a bit of miscommunication and this situation has only reinforced that I will never use Rite-Aid again, and if my doctors office sends to this pharm again, I will call them right away to move my prescription to my preferred pharm. Here us hoping to they are opened tomorrow as I only have a few days to pick up my meds before they are re-shelfed. Super bad business practice.

Excellent customer service by a pharmacy tech who is originally from Redlands, CA. The store was clean and well stocked, but I specifically needed allergy meds while traveling. He was the most engaging and caring employee I’ve encountered in a long time. The store itself is spacious and not cluttered. Call ahead if you need a specific product to ensure that the item is in stock. Ample parking, easy in and out. The outstanding customer service from the pharmacy tech is the reason why I am reviewing. He more than earned five stars. Och tamale.

I understand that they are busy, but every time I've tried to call them I get stuck in a never ending loop of being put on hold and then eventually hung up on. Every time I've tried to get a prescription shipped to me, it somehow never gets sent and I have to hunt down my prescriptions. They're incredibly unorganized.

We needed to buy some emergency pen needles to tie us over till Wednesday. The lady in the pharmacy told me they were $60 for 100 pen needles when they normally sell for $7 to $9 bucks for 100 pen needles. Rite Aid is a greedy corporation, price gouging 850% is unnecessary. Corporations like rite aid are the problem with this country. Do better.

Clean store, slow pharmacy don't answer the phone. Some friendly employees. The guy who works in the pharmacy is very Rude I called the other day about my meds and he said that it was too soon. Very snappy and wouldn't let me ask a question ❓. Hung up on me.

They make so many mistakes it is unbelievable. Today they let me know they were out of a medication and wrote down exactly what to ask for at pharmacies in town to have it transferred. I found a pharmacy that carried it and requested the transfer. They sent the wrong prescription. I had to drive back to riteaid to clear it up and didn’t even get an apology. They make mistakes and don’t care.

They never answer the phone, multiple times have told a whole line of customers "it should be ready by 5, that's what I'm telling everyone" and then they text 20 minutes later that it's ready. Forgetting to dispense all medications when ready and screwing up med schedules. They really either need more staff or all new staff. Expensive and run horribly.

Don’t answer phones don’t transfer medications and have them ready when they promise you. Will shut the metal gate on you in the middle of transactions without telling you why. Do not respect or value customers time or anything else for that matter. Takes days to actually get anything done and more of the customers time and effort than theirs. Go anywhere else.

I moved to this pharmacy because bi-mart changed and I really wish I thought about a different place because I have never felt like I haven't mattered this much in a pharmacy before. Forget calling in your proscriptions they will not answer for 20 minutes and when they do, ask what you need fast or they will hang up on you and you will have to sit through a 20 minute wait again. Please do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacy or be prepared to be annoyed everytime you need them. I really expected better from this pharmacy :(

I have never stepped foot in the store but I needed a prescription transferred while on vacation. I called them for 1 hour straight, first the message says we are on lunch call back after 2pm. Called back and the never ending recording!! Really terrible for a pharmacy!

Pharmacy opens late and lingers around even though customers are waiting. Didn’t even put in their tills until 10 05!! Or even roll up their doors until 10 after!!! Consistently opens up late. Rude and staff lacks basic empathetic skills. Still had to redo my prescription and still not done here!! Unprofessional!! Took over 30 minutes even though I was first in line!!!

Been using them for almost 2 years. Kept hoping the store would get better. Even give them 3 extra days to fill a prescription they can't get it done, always is extra trips. They don't answer the phone for any reason. Worst store I have ever used and I have been all over the country

I had a Rite Aid pharmacy in my old town and they were AMAZING. They communicated with me if things were going slow and they were NEVER rude to me. I've never had a prescription done in less than 3 days with this place, unless I go in and end up forcing them to do it while I'm there. Not only that, they are so rude of you try to politely inquire about a prescription. They act like you're in their way, and it's honestly making me consider switching pharmacies. I can't wait 3 days for a prescription that I need NOW for a freaking broken bone. But, here I am.... waiting since Thursday. I'm in so much pain, and I think I'm switching after this. It's not the first time, and they're never nice when I go in. Don't rely on this place if you're looking for a pharmacy.

This place is a joke. They told me "should be ready by 5, that's what we're telling everyone". Received a text saying script was ready to be picked up, but it was 2 days later when I finally got my meds, because they lied, and they are not open on weekends. I am in the process of filing a complaint with BBB.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy can't confirm a appointment. Then isn't even smart enough to ask if you would like to make an appointment. It's as easy as that. But with the likes of that management and staff it is to hard for them. This establishment at this location could be ran better by a rock in my driveway. Oh they put up their sorry to hear that b.s. Nothing changes. No options for negative stars. -5 Stars in my opinion.

I have called about ten times this week since first going in store to fill out a transfer request. No transfer update and I’m on day 5 of a medication withdrawal and no one answers the phone I try multiple times a day.It’s even a transfer from a different location in the same company and there’s been no follow up in nearly a week. The phone just rings on repeat before looping back to the same keypad options list, you can’t even get on hold. Absolute joke.

The worst location! They deserve 0 stars. We dropped a prescription Thursday afternoon and we’re told it would be ready at 8 pm. We received no notification it was ready so we did a follow up call to the pharmacy and we’re told over the phone he had two prescriptions that had been there waiting. Fast forward to Sunday and according to the pharmacy clerk at the window they didn’t even touch the prescription until Saturday. We waited 45 minutes in the drive thru only to be informed nonchalantly that “THEY FILLED IT WRONG”!!!!!! We were asked to come back in 20 minutes. The line is wrapped around to the street and they close at 6 pm Sunday. The service at this location is not only unacceptable but potentially dangerous! My husband has had to go without prescription pain medication and antibiotics after surgery. This is completely unacceptable and not the first time we have had major issues with getting our medications at this location.

If I could rate them at 0, I would in a heartbeat. I waited 4 hours for my medication to be ready, after having to come back 4 times because of some excuse about the label. Turns out, they had it in the wrong basket so I was waiting for nothing but their ignorance. Then, the dark haired female pharmacist had the nerve to look me up and down and give me the dirtiest look! I decided to not speak up and call management instead. Huge mistake. He couldn't care less about my wait OR the extremely rude pharmacist. This isn't the first time this has happened either. But this time I WILL be calling corporate AND switching my pharmacy. The customer service here is pathetic. No wonder they are rated so low. Good job to the horrible pharmacist and manager for losing yet another customer!

I was shocked to see the bad reviews. Now I know why. Made an appt for flu shot and did all the paper work. If the pharmacy is understaffed and stressed...sorry. Still not a reason to be short and ill tempered with customers. Will not be a customer again. No need for a reply.

Edit 5/16/2023 This pharmacy still won't answer the phone. It hasn't improved much since the worst of Covid times. There are still periods of dire staff shortages, so the default seems to be to not answer the phone. If you've got mobility problems like I do, you can't even count on the drive-thru window anymore. It seems to be permanently closed. So, if there's a problem or I have a question I have to drive there and hobble into the store. Honestly...it's awful what's happened to this pharmacy. I suspect part of the problem is corporate's refusal to raise wages for the vet techs and clerks.EDIT 1/17/2020: They're more prone to mistakes in the pharmacy for about the last 2 yrs._________________________________________Sure, the pharmacy is overloaded with orders and waits can be long, but in the years I've been going there I've never had "unprofessional" or "rude" staff that some 1-star reviewers have mentioned. However, I absolutely hate their 1990s phone system!They have great makeup and hair care sections, selection is huge. The little money I'd save shopping for the same at Walmart is not worth the hassle of shopping at Walmart!

Had 2 prescriptions to be filled. One was pain pills for having a couple of teeth pulled. Prescription was called in about 9:50 am. Went to Rite Aid Pharmacy at 10:20 am and was told the prescriptions would not be available till after 1 pm. I tried telling her I had to get a ride, but she just turned around and left!!Obviously not customer friendly. Will not go back!

This is honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in any of the 7 cities I’ve lived as an adult.They constantly fail to follow up if there’s an issue filling a prescription.They’ll go weeks letting you wonder what the hold up is, instead of calling or texting that there’s a problem.The staff shouldn’t have any sort of a job interacting with people, as they’re constantly rude and unprofessional.Prescriptions get deleted entirely.I cannot wait to move.
