ZERO STARS! Avoid this nightmare puppy-mill front at all costs. I stopped in Puppy Love a few months ago looking for either a French Bulldog or Pug puppy. Soon as I walked in the door an employee asked how she could help me. I told her the two breeds I was interested in, and she said she had neither at the time. I looked to my right and there was a pen with 4 puppies and 2 signs. One sign said French Bulldog and the other said American Bulldog. Three of the puppies were clearly Frenchies with their erect bat ears, so I pointed them out and asked if those Frenchies were for sale. She copped a bit of an attitude and said those are all American Bulldogs, and yes they are for sale. There was another customer in the store and she was holding a French Bulldog puppy that she had just purchased, believing it was an American Bulldog. She told me that she wanted a large sturdy dog for protection. I tried to tell her that her new puppy was a friendly, clownish Frenchie who was going to be a very small adult, rather than the large fierce protector she was hoping for. Unfortunately for her she chose to believe that the employee knew more about it than me, despite the lack of AKC registration. I could see that most of the puppies were being forced to spend their time crowded into small cages with no room to play, and many of the puppies were lying in unsanitary conditions. No decent breeder would allow their puppies to be kept in these conditions, so I asked if the owner inspected their puppy suppliers to make sure they were responsible, ethical breeders rather than puppy mills. She proudly replied that all their breeders are "local", as if that was supposed to mean something. Then she suddenly got too "busy" to speak further with me. As much as I wanted a Frenchie, there's no way I would ever support the tragedy that is going on at Puppy Love. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Praying this place gets permanently shut down asap and brought to justice for their unethical practices.

My family was looking for a puppy to be a companion for our nine year old border collie/black lab mix Terra in her later years. We started talking to puppy love through a craigslist post. Ended up getting a great pyrenees/border collie mix for $825 using the payment plan, her name is Luna. We didn't have to pay anything up front and as long as we pay it off within the time limit there isn't any interest.The puppies are kept in kennels similar in design to large hamster enclosures, but it wasn't cruel in any way and was very clean. They all seemed happy and healthy. Their are mutts starting around $200 ranging to pure breds up to $3000 which is more then I'd pay but it's a diverse selection. Comes with initial shots and some future shots included plus a free leash/collar and starter kit for the first week of food.Professional owner and enjoyable experience. Would recommend even as someone who isn't for pure breds just because that's not the focus of the shop just options available there. Thank you for Luna! 💜✌️

We have adopted two puppies from Puppy Love now and we are beyond happy with our puppies. Our experience was welcoming and they answered all of our questions. They do care for their health by having them checked by a vet with a overall wellness report, previously deworming them and keeping them up to date with there current vaccinations. They also sent us home with a puppy care package bag filled with food, puppy pads and a little collar to complete the adoption experience. Both of our puppies were well cared for and clean from Puppy Love. We are grateful for them being here and connecting us with our newest family members.

This is an absolutely abhorrent place. Opon opening up the door it reeks of feces. The puppies in here are in small cages like they're hamsters; the dogs from here are 100% from puppy mills, they are mixed designer 'breeds'. I guarantee you plenty of the puppies that left this horrible place left sick. If you don't know what puppy mills are PLEASE give it a quick search! Buying from this place is supporting HORRIBLE practices. There are signs all over the walls saying 'ethical breeding' this 'responsibly bred dogs' that, this is all false. You are blatantly being lied too. No pedigrees, parent dogs got no OFA health testing, 0 AKC registration (not that AKC registration can tell you if a dog is wellbred). No dogs here are ethically bred, I'd promise you my left foot that. Please please do NOT buy from this place. This place needs to be shut down. The living conditions of these dogs makes me sick.

Owner is VERY unknowledgeable regarding dog breeds. On one occasion, I heard her say that 'different colors of Boston Terriers have different personalities'. Which is absolutely untrue, personality has nothing to do with color. This store is entirely for profit and nobody in their right mind would sell a puppy to someone on a whim without insuring that the purchaser will give proper care OR if the puppy is unable to be cared for, no return policy for rehoming as a puppy or adult. Most puppies in this store come from puppy mills and if you look at her website, she lies about the breeds of her puppies. The 'grey border collie' was actually a Bull Terrier/ Border Collie cross. When these puppies are unable to be sold, she changes the breeds or posts them on craigslist for a HIGHLY reduced fee than previously in store. Please, if anything don't feed into this store. Without revenue and profit, both the owner and the puppy mill breeders providing the puppies won't be able to exploit them for their own personal interest. I guarantee that half these puppies will end up in the shelter due to people not knowing what they've gotten themselves into, and having the wool pulled over their eyes with the 'cuteness factor' of the puppies. Please find an ethical breeder or adopt!! Either way, you'll spend less than getting a puppy from here.

Do no get a puppy from this Astableshment, I'm 12 years old and I've wanted a puppy to be my lifelong bestfreind for as long as I can remember and after months and months we found the dog that matches my energy and If I could give 0 stars I would, we adopted a pure bred golden Retriever, great dog but he has coccidia and Giardia he had blood in his stool, the first few days we had him and has excessive Dirreha all around a very unhealthy puppy, thankfully after my mom and dad have spent over a FORTUNE he is on meds, knowing my own puppy who I am supposed to sleep with could make me I'll is something I would have never expected. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE MORE CREDIT THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE. Why is it fair that people can't sell a broken car to someone without telling them, but puppy love was allowed to sell me a sick puppy without me knowing? Makes me sick to think that this is happening to other families to... 😡

Adopted a German shepherd/Husky mix. As soon as we got her home, we discovered she had worms in her stool, ring worm on her body and was severely malnourished. It’s heartbreaking how they prey on good people who love animals. I had almost $1,000 in vet bills the first month we had her. And I have to pay this terrible store monthly for a year.

Terrible place, they said the puppy I bought was a mini blue healer Australian shepherd mix, which he is not. He is a kelpi mixed with something. They make you sign a waiver that prohibits you from going after them for wrong breed. My puppy was sick right from the start due to the food he was eating that they gave us. I will never go back to them ever again. They are pretty much a puppy mill.

The owner and staff are friendly and kind. They really care for their pups and answer all questions about them. Everything is kept clean, Everytime I have gone in there someone cleaning the pens. I told them what kind of dog we were looking for, they called us with a match a half Husky half rottweiler. We got our sweet girl Bean, it was love at first sight. She is the best puppy ever so sweet and smart.Prices are reasonable and they offer financing. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. They helped heal our broken hearts, Puppy Love is wonderful.Edit: I have had my sweet baby for a year now and she is the best dogo.. I could not imagine my life without her. Puppy Love gave me the greatest gift I could ask for. The animal shelter denied me a dog but Puppy Love came through for me. My baby is loved and well taken care of. She even has a GPS tracker I pay monthly for. Just because my yard is not fully fenced in does not mean my baby has a bad life. She lives and eats better than most of my friends.Thank you puppy Love for giving me a forever best friend

The owner was very nice . The puppies looked healthy. There were mixed and pure bred pups. The cages did resemble hamster cages, but they were clean.she had one pup in there that she said was a border collie but it didn't really look like a border collie.it was grey and white with blue eyes. Overall it wasn't a bad visit

Oh My goodness, my grand daughter and I visited the puppies at Puppy Love it was refreshingly loving. Nice to have hand sanitizer (required) to protect the puppies. My grand daughter found a little puppy and after sanitizing her hands she got to visit with the puppy in a safe enclosure. I really liked the observation enclosures, glass on the sides to keep innocent children from poking at the puppies (who could blame them) and full screen mesh doors on top. What an awesome place, top notch, great memory for me and my grand daughter.

I am surprised when I see 1 star reviews from this AMAZING and wonderful GIFT of a puppy haven. Julie is such a blessing to this community and has a kind heart and true desire to find ONLY THE BEST FOR HER PUPPIES!! She is so helpful and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help make a connection with these precious babies and their new families. These puppies are adorable but the conditions for them are terrible. They are shown in glass cases. Some I feel are to small for the puppies. They do shy away from people or don't move at all. When I went in I saw some of them sitting on wet saw ships, and some had small piles of poop. Not sanitary for the dogs. Not to mention they are horribly over priced most of the puppies in there are in the $2,000's. The cheapest puppy in there was $795. When we asked a couple questions about the dogs the woman working was super stuck up and rude. Will never go there and support that business. Those poor puppies deserve better.

Be careful of this place. They have cute puppies but between me my son and a friend all our puppies have been sick. Bloody stool, kennel cough. They say they will take care of the puppy and call their vet but they do not they get in the fridge and give you antibiotics.BE CAREFUL!!!!!

This is someone selling puppy mill dogs. Even mixed breeds. Puppies are kept in disgusting and sad conditions. Who knows what happens to ones people don't buy. Has a contract that makes buyers only claim guardianship which means this store still owns the puppy and can sue.Positive reviews are fake. There is nothing positive about this place.

I feel so sorry for you if you can walk into this store and not feel angry/sad. The fact that they are in ferret cages with I’m not even kidding HAMSTER WATER BOTTLES and wood chips in all their food. I walked in there with the lady not realizing someone came in and all I hear is her yelling in the back part at one of the puppies. I sat with them for 20 minutes and they whole time they stayed in one spot shaking. Never in my life have a seen a 8-10 week old puppy absolutely terrified especially for that long. This place should be illegal and shut down immediately. Please do not buy from here even trying to save them don’t support their business.

Today when i went to the store to see what “puppy love” is. The store was already closed but the puppies started barking as we approached the door. When i looked through the glass, they all looked very sad. They were too big for the cages. And not to mention one cage had 2 of them in it. Very sad. Hopefully they stop this cruelty.

All puppies were very clean and very happy .people coming in to visit were playing and interacting with all of the puppies they were very well socialized with. Staff were very knowledgable and stayed busy keeping food/water refilled as well as cleaning of cages. All puppies have had vaccinations and are cared after by local vet who provides all medical documentation upon visit. Wr love "puppy Love" we have needed somewhere that offers this type of interactions witb puppies available for adoption. Thanks everyone at puppy love

I learned about this place last week. Immediately when entering who im assuming is the manager was very snarky. The responses were the same when asking questions. I asked how long they were in the, literal large aquarium's. I was told they are in them all day and are not taken out to be interacted with. They are mixed breeds and very overpriced. Some of the puppies were not up to date on there vaccines so we could not touch them. They had two pyrenees puppies in the case that had no room to move. Very unprofessional and unethical.

This is so disgusting that Klamath Falls allows a place like this in our town. The dogs are too large for the cages they are in. There is nowhere for them to walk around . These puppies are being mistreated by LIVING in a shoebox.Someone help these poor animals. 🤬🤬😡😡😡😡🤬🤬😡😡🤬Apparently the good reviews are from their friends. Or they have no compassion for these poor babies! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO SHUT THIS DOWN.

Walked in and the smell was bad. There were two many puppies in each cage/ box area considering the size of the pups. This place should be better regulated in housing and care. I would recommend not visiting

We loved being able to interact and play with all of these sweet puppies. We were able to let all of our kids play and interact with each individual puppy so we could be sure their personalities would fit. Very clean and happy.

Advertise purebred dogs with no documentation to back it up. Out to make a fast buck out of mixed breed dogs (mutts) . They are cute but it is a horrible way for ANY puppy to live. Looking for a mixed breed dog go to the shelter. At least you won't pay $2300 for it!

No ethical breeder will go through a pet store to sell puppies. I have been told by my friends that they won't give any documentation, they dont tell who the breeders of the puppies are and they will not take any puppies back. The are also falsely advertising the "local" breeders they are getting puppies from. Along with the puppies sitting glass containers that would see rabbits in at a feed store.

I took my granddaughter to "puppy love " and the owner Julie was very kind to her, explained that she needed to sanitize her hands before holding a puppy and talked with her about animal safety. We love going there and seeing the puppies 🐶

Went in with my daughter a few days ago and the lady can’t seem to answer any questions regarding any of the dogs wanting almost 3000$ for dogs that are clearly mixed. Would not recommend
