Do not go to the petco in Klamath Falls for dog grooming!! We took our dog in to get groomed before we head to Arizona so he wouldn't be so hot. He was on the table for maybe 20 minutes and then we were told he was done. They trimmed around his toes & gave him a bowl cut above his eyes. THATS IT!! So not only does he look ridiculous, he's also gonna be miserably hot in Arizona. They didn't touch his whole body or head. Even small, specific things we asked for weren't even done such as his ears or tail. When we questioned why they didn't do more like we asked them to, they claimed he was too difficult for them to groom. Which is funny because we watched the whole time and he was doing great. Definitely got scammed.

I have a short hair dachshund Jack Russle mix dog. I have received great service here. My dog typically gets a bath and a nail trim. Prices are fair, service is great and they take care of him quickly! I love I don't have to wait all day or drop him off for hours.

Honestly they usually do a great job with my pryness but the last time I took her in they refused to blow dry her as to not “ stress her out” but I blow dry her at home, so when she came home from her “ de she’d “ she ended up blowing her coat out all over the house witch is what I was trying to avoid in the first place, never paying for a “ de shed “ again waste of money .

The groomer Beth was amazing and truly a godsend! My sheepadoodle was extremely matted after a major ear infection and traveling cross country from NYC to visit family. I wasn’t able to get on top of them and called Petco out of desperation. Beth was very kind, understanding and non-judgmental. She was able to squeeze Pippa in that weekend and worked so hard, SUCCESSFULLY, to remove all the mats without shaving her down. I checked in midway and Pippa was so tolerating it so well which speaks volumes of her comfort level with Beth. Honestly, the best grooming experience we’ve had.

our dog was so happy and relaxed and all the dead skin and flakes have gone and improved with the upgraded shampoo and the deep brushing. will be back for a bath every month and every 3-4 months for a good deep cleaning and brushing. :)
