For my pack of dogs, I always come here no matter what I may need for them. If it's to get them a dog house or dog beds which they have all kinds of or if it's just to spoil them and get them their favorite treats. Pet Co is the place to go. Great customer service as well

Items are always difficult to locate. I have to spend quite a bit of time locating anyone on the floor to help me. Usually it is one young man-actually, almost always. I observe several women working-but one can never find them when one needs help. Never on the floor, and then suddenly they appear in the cash register area.

Great groomers! Very efficient, my dog is usually a nightmare when it comes to having to get groomed, but he liked it here and wasn't a problem for them. He came out looking great! I'd recommend again and again! Usually he takes upwards of 4 hours for a grooming but they did it in one and a half!

Right away I have to commend Petco. The store staff is so kind and everything is really well organized and well kept, but what I appreciated the most is that there was NATURALLY clean neutral air through out the store. There was no insane overwhelming odor of air freshener to mask the odor or unkempt animals and cages:-D Bravo I am thrilled to come back and adopt one day. Excellent environmentally pet friendly, people loving place!

Just stopped in for a look around with the kids. Everything seems pretty tidy. No awful smells. Lots of products for animals. My kids loved the fish and the hamsters. They were really hoping for rabies, but maybe they had fewer animals with Christmas getting closer. Groomers were taking care of a pup. My kids liked watching that. There was one kitty they got out for my kids to pet which was nice. I thought the chameleons were really cool.The little goldfish were less than a dollar if you're looking for a cheap pet! LolOverall a fun little stop for my kids to see some different pets.

I'm so freaking upset and disappointed at the Petco here in Klamath falls because I asked to fill up 2 gallon jugs of water for my dogs considering we are homeless in with suburban with our two dogs and they said no we don't have a public bathroom I asked if they had a hose they said no not for public so so disappointed and very low self-esteemed at the moment and Disturbed because I thought Petco was for and about helping pets but apparently not this one in Klamath I didn't ask for anything else but a little bit of water to fill out the 2 gallon jugs that I have and then they referred me to a wonderful place next door which is a new market which they let me fill up jugs and very friendly

The prices used to be expensive, but they managed to lower their prices to be competitive. Amazon is many times cheaper, but the convenience is nice. A word of advice. Download the app and use the barcode scan feature. The store is more expensive than online and the store will price match the online prices. You will save a lot of money that way and it's easy.

The clerks don't seem to be knowledgeable about their products . Came here looking for a broad spectrum worm killer for my cat, and they wanted to sell me three tablets that only killed tapeworms for $30.

I needed to go in to find some new cat stuff. The store was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because their shelves were basically empty where all the collars are supposed to be stocked.It cost $24.86 for a pack of 2 collars, a cat toy on a stick, a laser pointer, and a little pouch of wet cat food.

Petco sucks. Wife bought a fish and it died two days later. She took it back in the same container and no refund. They wanted a sample of the fish tank water. What the hell do they think the fish was floating in! I mean it's a fish, these guys make so much money already why not just give her another one?

The person in the fish department was completely rude and unprofessional. I left the store feeling disrespected and judge by some one who obviously doesnt know what he is talking about if there was any other pet place in town I would be going there..but on a positive note my fish are doing great even our one eyed oscar we named pirate!!

Always a good experience. We adopted our daughters hamster here about a year ago, and we always have a good time checking out the lizards/fish/bunnies/hamsters. Large selection, and their staff is very friendly and highly knowledgeable. Thanks, Petco!

I love love love the vital care premier for my cats and now my fish. Discounts are amazing for the order online and pick up in store as well. Last few times I’ve been in the staff was informative and helpful especially regarding my new saltwater aquarium fishes. Only disappointed that I don’t always know if my online order was completely fulfilled until I get to the store. Sometimes items are not reflected in online inventory accurately. Do wish they carried more saltwater aquarium supplies in store but I understand why stores are moving away from so much inventory

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. My pug now is eating food that is appropriate for her size. My cat is always satisfied with the toys from there as well as the cat nip spray. I find Petco has the pet items we need in stock in our CommUNITY when all of the other stores are constantly out. Petco is the only place to be trusted to have the things that help your pet's needs to be met.UPDATE: Food is still great however, dog harnesses are very limited. Cashier was friendly. Just disappointing some supplies are not available especially since a huge competitor is about to open in town. Please get more dog harnesses that are appropriate for breeds like pugs, with the airway issues.

Items I needed were not there, knowledge of staff regarding fish tanks is a complete joke, staff acts like you're not even in the store - no greetings, no offer of help, no nothing. Even cashier was rude & just snatched the item from my cart. I really HATE going into this store, but it is literally the ONLY one in my town. I try to only shop online from better stores.

Have frequented Petco multiple times. Employees are always friendly. Just brought home my 2 female Bettas and decided to test their water. Totally happy that everything was in acceptable limits! This shows they do care and take care of their animals. I'm sure I will be back soon!

I love this place, they always have what I need and a lot of stuff I don't, but I buy it anyway. The cashiers have always been awesome and love my dogs. Definitely a place where our pets go.

Petco grooming is always a good experience for my dogs (as far as I can tell from their behavior). The associates are friendly and helpful, and scheduling is usually easy. My doggos are always clean and happy after a grooming appointment.

This PetCo does not carry all of the selection that a store in a larger city. Also, there is often not enough staff to help customers. The staff is friendly and always greets you. But often the stock is low or out on cat food.

The app never seems to work to get the discount when you order online and pickup in store, and they don't honor their own app if it's down or is malfunctioning. You have to call customer service and see if they can help fix the ongoing app issues. Plus, the food and treats have gotten so expensive that I prefer shopping at chewy.

very poor experience with curbside pickup this week. I did it for the first time and the experience was horrible. I had to go in the store and get my order and carry it out with a shoulder injury and whiplash. due to the fact that the associate was still on the phone with me which I hung up on her. so I don't know who she was talking to, I told her what I ordered and she was argumentative with me on something else that she kept thinking I was saying when I gave her my order five times.
