I ended up not buying a vehicle from this dealership, although they did have a decent truck for sale, they were playing hardball on price. Between the abrasive sales woman and the arrogant sales managers (Not all, one particular sales manager) I was losing interest in the truck solely based on the customer service experience. It was a month of back and forth negotiating on a price. The sales woman kept stating it's a "Unicorn" "won't find a truck like this ever again". When I drove up to inspect the vehicle in person I found major issues needing to be addressed mechanically, when I brought it up they rolled their eyes and my concerns were dismissed. My first impression was that they don't care to put you in a bind as long as they make a sale. Going to be a pass for me. Luckily while on a test drive I spotted the same truck at a different dealership. I ended up going to the Toyota dealership a couple doors down and purchased the same model truck only a year newer, higher trim and for less! I highly recommend Lithia Toyota of Klamath Falls to anybody who feels their car buying experience is falling short at this Jeep/Ram dealership. I hate leaving a bad review, but there was no part of this experience that was pleasant even in the slightest.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership- I wanted to avoid all the issues that came from going private. Boy, was I in for a surprise. First, I set up a test drive via email & phone but when I get there the day of, it mysteriously was on the back lot for "repairs". Then my gullible self gets talked into buying a different car. Now, that would be fine except this car won't pass smog & the mechanic shop said the check engine light had been turned off. I tried for weeks to contact them (I live a few hours away) but NO ONE WOULD ANSWER MY CALLS. When I did finally get someone, they straight out lied to me saying that it wasn't their responsibility to fix. A few months later I get a call from them asking why I haven't registered it- because I was saving to get it fixed! The only reason why I got any satisfaction from them is because I threatened to sue them (and I'm not some sue-happy type). This made them come get it, it took a month and a bit to fix, they brought it back, all good, right? Wrong. I've now had my vehicle back, smogged and all legal for a few weeks AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN. Yes, I bought used but come on. Never buying from these people again. The lack of service, and the lying, and avoiding my calls was outrageous.

We can't thank Rex Barry and Simon Smith enough!!! My husband and I came in looking for a trade, we had a 3500 dually that was simply too big to fit our needs and we wanted a smaller truck. We'd seen a GMC listed on their website we liked, and Rex took us straight to it. Too many sales people talk too much while a customer is looking over a vehicle (I push all the buttons making sure everything works lol), but Rex let us do our thing and was there for questions when we had them. Working with Rex was fun; he was very friendly and professional, he didn't beat around the bush or try to push us into anything, and he bent over backwards to get us into the truck we fell in love with. Simon Smith took us through all the finalizing paperwork and he was also very pleasant to work with, very nice conversationalist!! We will be going back to Lithia Jeep Chrysler Dodge when it's time to buy our son his first vehicle, they had the best prices in town for a dealership and the customer service experience was on point. Very happy we went there for our truck!!!

I was in contact with Rafael and Scott over the phone for about 4 days before I made the 7 and a half hour drive down to come get the car. They were outstanding salesmen, answering all my questions and providing me with any documents or information I needed! After they were done helping me, we went to Mike Cheeseman to finish all the finance paperwork and to finalize the deal, he was just as excellent! Took really great care of us and gave us an amazing deal on an extended warranty. I would 100% buy a car from these guys again, thank you so much for making my first car purchase an amazing experience!

Very nice and clean dealer. Coffee bar is free. Nice snacks are free. Card vending machine for extra snack options. Then even have free jerky strips. Parts guys are very nice. The young blonde lady that greats you is very knowledgeable and will escort you to wherever you need to go. Prices for parts are expensive but service makes up for it and the cleanliness is top notch

Drove up to look at a Camry and was met by Rob. We looked at 4 cars that kind of matched what I was thinking and my budget.I didn't feel pressured and felt that my questions were actually being met at face value.After test driving the Camry we once overed my Mystique.Then, when we walked in Rob showed me the coffee machine. Great local dealer. Decent inventory for this day when many dealers usually have used these guys still have plenty of new inventory as well. Randy was a great salesmen, no high pressure!! And he made sure to go threw all of the features out selecting had to offer, and there is allot of newer features I've never seen before on a vehicle at this price point. Financing was easy with no upsale for things we didn't want or need. Plus our delivery went quick and easy!! Thank you Chris the GM for taking such good care of us!! Overall extremely happy with the purchase!!

Bought a truck from them last fall and it has required a new transmission(within 3 months of purchase), new struts and a new transfer case. They were incredibly poor at communicating while they were servicing the transmission and continually extended the amount of time it took them to complete the replacement because they couldn't keep staff. I had to call multiple times a week to make sure they were ordering parts correctly, because on more than one occasion I was told that the parts were ordered and they actually never were. The truck that we purchased is absolutely a lemon and we have had to pour money into it to keep it running and safe for our family. I will never trust this dealership again.

0 stars or negative stars. This place will rip you off. I bought a 2019 vehicle from them and it was broke down in less than 3 months. I took it to them and the held my car for over 2 months while I made payments on a car that I couldn't even use and then they threatened to keep it. DO NOT BUY OR GET YOUR VEHICLE FIXED HERE DO NOT!!!! Super bad, they are there to rip you off, now I'm paying on a 20k dollar vehicle that I don't even have or can drive.

I’ve made a career out of guest and client services so I don’t leave reviews lightly nor do I use them as a forum to simply complain so the following is simply a recap of my experience.I should first start off by saying that I am an out-of-state buyer and was prequalified through Capital One Auto Navigator. The process of financing could not have been easier. The two salesmen (I believe one was named Chris), I worked with were responsive all the way up till they received the signed sales documentation from me.First off, the vehicle was delivered to me as I am approximately 8 1/2 hours away by car. There was very little communication during the day of delivery and I had to reach out a couple different times to establish an ETA. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the delivery driver left the wrong documentation with me which then caused an emergency on the dealership’s part where I now had to rearrange my schedule in order to digitally transmit the documentation back to the dealership.A few days after the vehicle was delivered I noticed damage to the undercarriage towards the front passenger side (I’ve attached photos). I am certain this did not happen during my driving of the vehicle. I believe it happened during offloading from the flatbed or was pre-existing though I will freely admit to not inspecting that part of the vehicle upon delivery.I reached out to the dealership for a copy of the limited-warranty agreement which I then never received. In fact, I have not received ANY documentation at all with regards to the purchase of the vehicle and the only reason I received my plates was because my local department of licensing contacted the dealership directly and intervened on my behalf.The only reason I am not leaving a 1-star review is in all fairness, customer service was excellent right up until they had my money. It’s unfortunate but I suppose the used-car salesman stereotype exists for a reason. I could not be more disappointed with the way I was treated through this process being in the guest services industry myself.

Absolute garbage. Took my jeep in for an alternator, and now the hood doesn't shut, and the automatic windows and doors don't work. I was warned to take it in there was vehicle suicide, and I made the mistake of doing it anyway. I'll call tomorrow and complain, like my uncle who had a similar situation. And nothing will be done, like my uncles situation. My friend Rob went in for brakes, now the backup mirror doesn't work, and his truck has a scratch down the side that looks like Freddy Krueger got in a fight with Edward Scissorhands and the Ginsu knife guy was the referee. If you have another option, take it. For the love of God, Lithia what the hell are you doing. Just because they took junior high school shop class doesn't mean you have to hire them. And I'm pretty sure competency isn't illegal in Oregon. Yet. But a change in the name of Lithia service department to the Joe Biden memorial pick n pull and auto repair shop is apt at this time.

My review is 3 parts 1 the sales team gets 5 stars, the service advisors get 0 stars, the people in the service department that actually do the work get 4 stars. The service advisors need some customer service training or to be replaced, your short staffed problem and lack of parts availability is your problem, not the customers.
