My first time in. Absolutely loved that the staff immediately explained everything I needed to know about finding everything I could want. I loved the the art work created by their team and enjoyed the naturally colorful vanilla bean I came in searching for.Thanks again for the great service ladies!

Today, the counter helper gave us a shrug, a real shrug. There are two products that are dissimilar in color, taste and these are bleeding together to make pink white chocolate macadamia nut something with a hint of strawberry taste. We notified the worker, had a shrug, and some odd excuse about swirls. Well, Swirl-friends, said worker...shrug, no service from this one.We will be back, for sure, but know to not ask a reasonable question and expect an educated answer.

This place has great frozen yogurt. It's rather expensive. Filled a tub moderately and was $12 without any toppings. You can get twice as much frozen leftovers at the discount but not as good as the soft serve. They have no sugar options usually.

They've got the frozen yogurt you came for and they've got the toppings you said you would try to resist (good luck). They also have a welcoming atmosphere and cool employees. At this place, "You Are Welcome Here" isn't just a saying. Relax and stay a while. Ask for some crayons and coloring books--it's not just for kids! ;)

The best frozen yogurt I have ever had. They always keep flavors fresh by switching flavors every few weeks. This helps you to want to come back to try the flavor updates. Their flavors always complement each other so if you want to mix and match you can.Really good customer service and their shop is always clean.

The vanilla bean and death by chocolate were meh. The vanilla bean wasn't even vanilla bean flavored but rather just plain vanilla. The alpenrose on the other hand was delicious. I've never had a frozen yogurt flavor I did not like at other shops so I'd say this shop's flavors are hit or miss. The topping options were fun.

Wonderful atmosphere. It was a steady busy the entire time we were there, but things still moved smoothly. The staff were all very friendly and made for a great visit. Great flavors and topping options. My son enjoyed the experience and came home to tell his siblings all about it.

Great staff and a clean place. Their chocolate flavor tastes amazing and they have a huge variety of fresh toppings. I was not a fan of their strawberry flavor frozen yogurt, and they do lack in flavors of frozen yogurt. Overall a nice place to stop at though.

The selection of flavors varies, however, they always have a good mix of healthy and more dessert-style flavors. Topping selection remains the same but there is a massive variety ranging from fruit to cookie pieces to caramel syrup...you go in and you get your cup, choose at least one flavor (and divider if necessary) then you pick any number of toppings. If you’re like me and you like a whole bunch on your treat it’s a little pricey but it’s well worth it. Delicious, clean, and they’re actually knowledgeable about what different things taste like. One guy in particular seems to legitimately enjoy thinking up the flavor selection and explaining the different choices. Steven the owner is really cool.They even have water bowls for the pet dogs outside!

One of my favorite places to go! The staff is always so friendly and bubbly and the place is always so clean. Their flavors cycle so you never know what you're going to get when you walk in and I love it.

It's a nice place. Sometimes there flavors are good, sometimes not. They have a large selection of toppings, fruit and candy. The down side is that they charge by the weight. I filled their small cup with three different flavors, a moderate amount of toppings, and the height was slightly above the edge of the cup. The price was $8+, the total for 5 people, 3 adults and 2 kids, was $30.63.

Wonderful experience! Believe it or not this was our first frozen yogurt experience! We loved that we could sample the flavors. The topping options were endless! So many choices! Nutella? Boba? Mochi?! Who knew!The staff working there was so fun & patient and made it really fun for my kids. I think this may be the favorite part of their vacation. 😂Additional notes: they offered vegan/dairy free and sugar free yogurt & toppings. Not to mention, doggie yogurt! Would definitely recommend!

Great place to get yogurt and have fun doing it. Variety of flavors that change periodically. Typing selection is pretty extensive and includes fresh fruit as well as the normal sprinkles, etc. Staff is attentive and everything seems to be kept very clean and organized. The pricing is by the cup rather than the ounce, so you don't have to worry about surprises while paying because you put the extra scoop of M&M's on top. Highly recommend!

This place is the best! I’m visiting my grandparents from out of town and this place is the perfect place to meet and visit with friends and family. The owner is so friendly and you can tell he really cares about his shop. The yogurt is delicious and the toppings are super fresh and really tasty!But probably the most incredible part is how he genuinely cares so much for this community! He has started something called “SAFE” which stands for Safe Area For Everyone. He has also gone to other shops on Main and given them the option to participate in creating a SAFE space for anyone who might need one. This is someone who truly cares about his town and wants to see it (and its members) thrive! Klamath needs a space like this — I can only hope that the people of Klamath will take care of Lighthouse Yogurt just as much as he is working to take care of you!Edit because I forgot to include this the first time: He was so sweet with my grandparents who couldn’t figure out how to work the yogurt machine. He came around the counter and helped them sample different flavors and fill up their cups! Truly so kind and made a huge impression on my family.

They had great flavor choices, and let us taste test them before ordering. No scales, just one price and fill your bowl as high as you want. My favorite part aside from the amazing yogurt is the biodegradable spoons that they give you too use, they are dishwasher safe, and they are not the flimsy little things. Amazing place! Going back very soon!

We are so lucky to have this place downtown. A million options, customer service that always greets you with a smile and a sweet recommendation! It's always clean and it's right around the corner from the pocket park - so you can have delicious froyo and a gorgeous spot to eat it!!!

Fun friendly staff. Unlike most frozen yogurt joints, this place doesn't make you weigh your cups. This makes it extremely affordable. And try their sipping chocolate, it's absolutely amazing!

I love the rotating selection of frozen yogurt. There's a large selection of delicious toppings and I love love the sipping hot chocolate. The owner is amazing and I love each and every visit to lighthouse. And the store always feels clean and welcoming. I am so happy that Klamath Falls has a frozen yogurt shop.

Very friendly owner and great frozen yogurt with a variety of toppings. It's also part of a downtown business network called SAFE that gives children and teenagers a safe place to go if being bullied. It would be nice if there were more yogurt flavors, but that could be said about almost any yogurt shop. Overall, it's a boon to the city.

It's always fun finding a new place in Klamath Falls. We found this place completely by accident and it was a lot of fun. The staff was very energetic, and the prices were really cheap. The best part of frozen yogurt is the fruit and topping selection, and Lighthouse's selection was both vast and fresh. I can't wait to go back.

I should have known better in the midst of COVID, but my cravings got the best of me. Unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning after eating here just before closing (aka toppings had been out for probably a while). Also, overpriced compared to other, better frozen yogurt places. :/
