My husband and I love this store. The furniture is high quality. Their service is best in class. Legacy staff are attentive, positive, polite and so good to work with. From the owners, sales staff , and the delivery team, Legacy treats the customer well. We keep coming back and haven't even considered shopping for furniture elsewhere in Klamath Falls. Our first experience with Legacy, when we first moved to Klamath hooked us into being return customers.

I am 70 yrs old and have shopped at stores all over this country. I was privileged to be introduced to Legacy Furniture in 2012 by my dad who knew the owner Ken. I met my salesman Matt S. and have since become friends. I have not shopped anywhere else since. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel like family. The product is outstanding and holds up for years. I have sent everyone I know there to see Matt and buy furniture. So far I think everyone has made a purchase. The delivery staff is also top notch. My mom and I drove up to Legacy Furniture in klamath falls to look at dream cloud mattresses and met Matt Skinner. He listened to me when i told him what i did and did not like about my current bed and the couple I tried out in the store. He steered us to the perfect beds for my mom and me! Thank god for people who actually listen to their customers. My experience was stellar and if you’re shopping for beds or furniture, you must talk to Matt at Legacy Furniture!

Great place! Was looking for a chair and a half recliner (to many pets). The salesman was excellent in knowing about the chairs. I was looking for a love seat and Garret was so helpful. He sent me a few photos and helped me pick everything out while I was at work. He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend going and seeing him. Yos and Nolan juat delivered my couch, not only did they give me a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way, they were early, quick and so nice.
