Excellent experience for my dog. He had been traumatized at another groomer in town. The people at Grooming Tails were gentle and took time with him to make him feel comfortable and safe. Excellent experience for me too. Very nice and caring people. They made me feel comfortable about leaving my baby with them. Definitely this will be my baby's groomer from now on.

I used them for my lab. She's gone now but will use for my standard poodle. They have always been kind & gentle with my furbabies. They are great @ the grooming, prices are comparable 2 other groomers. They do it all.

We took our little Pomeranian here because we weren't having any luck keeping her the way we wanted her to look since she knew how to work us and wouldn't sit still long enough to get the job done. The work performed here was incredible and we are so happy that we chose to try Grooming Tails. We now have a lifetime groomer in this town as we recently moved here from another state. I didn't get a picture but she even had a little Easter scarf on which was so cute. Don't hesitate to trust these folks because you won't be disappointed!!

Very kind and friendly people. It's very easy to drop in to get our dogs nails clipped. We occasionally get a full groom for our dogs and they come home beautiful.

If you value your pet do not take it to grooming tails salon. My little dog was injured twice. It was terrible that she had to suffer at the hands of a bad groomer. Now her new groomer has to deal with the trauma she is going thru caused by a bad groomer. And in this economy it was a real hardship that I had $800.00 in vet bills to heal her.Never again. Please talk to your vet and get a recommended groomer. Yes I did tell the owner and was assured that it was not the groomers fault. Like a fool I believed her. And that time it was a worse injury to her front left foot. The first question from the vet was where was she groomed. Both injury caused a severe infection. So now I wonder how clean is her shop.

Every time I took my dog there they would tell me that something was wrong with my dog, so I would leave there go straight to the vet and they would tell me that she had nothing wrong with her... I stayed with them for 6 months and finally found someone else... she never tells me that my dog is sick or anything like that... she has been going there for the last 2 and 1/2 years. I will never use them again.

Before and after. She even smiled for the photo! She was so happy after everything. She looks so cute Im so happy. Alot of places never quite get her coat shapped just perfectly. My girl is older and prone to seizures due to stress and didnt have a single one. Will deffinatly be back.

The folks at Grooming Tails are a true blessing. Always friendly & courteous, and always have a snack for my pups. They do a great job sanding down my basset’s thick nails and only charge $5, no appointment required. :D

The employees were all very friendly and polite. But that's about all I can say that was positive. The 1st time I took my yorkie-russel in to them, they did a decent job. However, I rated it low because the 2nd time I took her in she only looked "groomed" for the 1st day. By the next day she looked like NOTHING had even been done, and I had to take her to a different grooming place. Not to mention they told me they "couldn't cut her hair down due to her breed, and her hair would grow back patchy if they did shave/cut her". I ended up taking her somewhere else and they were able to do exactly what I wanted with cutting her hair down. They told me the information given to me by grooming Tails was incorrect. And low and behold her hair grew back just fine, no issues, no patchy-ness. I feel like they were being lazy and didn't want to do extra work so they just said they couldn't do it. I will not go back to them &do NOT recommend them.

They did an AMAZING job on my husky! And they made time to see her in their busy schedule without us having an appointment. My dog looked gorgeous for my wedding thanks to theses guys! Definitely will be taking her back into grooming tails to get groomed!

They love animals and this spa is a monthly treat for my girl Georgia. One time her heart stopped and the owner revived my little Pug with chest compressions and mouth to snout resperations. IF THAT'S NOT LOVING CARE NOTHING IS. Originally I was going just for her nails... I would walk in and they get to her immediately... Fast service for only 5 dollars! Now that I know they are such caring people and I can FULLY trust them, I want to support them by getting Georgia full service every month... Plus she comes out so clean, soft, and fluffy. Full service includes shampoo, nails, cleaning ears, oil gland reduction. They have more services than that package too. If there were not only five star rating, I'd give twenty stars!!!

After our first grooming experience, I made a standing appt every two weeks. Great service, and my little dog looks the best she ever has. Her nails were meticulously groomed, her fur was shedded, trimmed, and her skin conditioned extra upon my request. She smells so good after her spa day, and she wasnt traumatized. I feel so fortunate to have found this pet groomer!

Amazing! Simply perfect. The groomers are always very polite and my dog came out smelling/looking amazing. They call you when your pet is ready and you can walk in or make an appointment. Love it here, wouldn't take my dog anywhere else

The owners are so awesome! I have a Chihuahua mix that hates his nails trimmed! Every time We go in, they clip them and he’s done before we know what happened! 👍🏻 he doesn’t even have time to fuss! And only $5.00

I trust very few groomers with my two rescued Newfoundlands, one has spondoloysis down his entire back and he is very heavy 175 lbs. and the other has arthritis in her front joints and both are now 6.5 yrs olds. I had two other Newfoundlands raised from puppies to 8 and 9 yrs old and alwys was aware of the need for special trreatment to these large sweet fur babies. This is by far the best groomer I have ever trusted with any of my big babies. Worth every cent to get special treatment and taking their time to let them rest in between processes that takes the whole day but gives them the best in coat care. They use a special cleansing method that washes the undersides of these big babies. They leave happy and clean and beautiful. Highly recommend this grooming business over others I have used.

Our 70 lb. Samoyed had a record breaking winter coat this year (wishful thinking on her part). Usually she sheds faster after her Spring grooming but not this year! Annette did a fabulous job! My vacuum and my back thank her so much. Raygen looks amazing!!

My little dog was silky soft and not stressed out when I picked him up. The first time he went there. The second time I took him there he had diahreea when I picked him up and was depressed and had blood in his stool for 4 days.
