We love the grange. Everyone there is very helpful and pleasant but I want to give a huge shout out to Darius there at the Klamath Falls Oregon Store. Talk about going above and beyond for us! We live an hour and a half away and like to order ahead to make sure what we need is in stock. The system for some reason kept declining our card I contacted my bank and they said it had approved 6 times but nothing was pulled. I then called The Grange and got Darius, he was fantastic he got all the information I gave him and told me he would call me right back, and he did in maybe 5 minutes! All was good and nothing had been pulled just a computer glitch. He then took my order and processed my payment right there in the store. Once I got there he was the gentleman there at customer service. Just an all around great experience. In todays world of horrible customer service, Darius was a breath of fresh air! Thanks for the great service!

The chicks looked great and healthy and we got two they are so cute and pretty good customer service but my grandma left her wallet in the store and it was closing so when we went back they weren’t there and she couldn’t get her wallet so yea.

NOT EVEN SURE WHY THIS BUSINESS EXISTS IN KLAMATH. THE FACT YOU DO NOT CARRY AMERICAN MADE BOOTS AND HAVE NOW STARTED CARRYING BOOTS MADE IN CHINA AND MEXICO IS SORRY. I PERSONALLY WILL NOT BE ENTERING THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING AS THE PRICES ARE Extreme, PRODUCTS ARE MADE OFF THE BACKS OF CHILDREN. IF YOU NEED FEED AND SEED GO OUT 140 EAST BY SHIELD CREST.

Normally I love this store because they have a fantastic assortment of houseplants. But I was just in there yesterday and the way they are keeping the birds for sale is very abusive. Maybe do some research about caring for birds before putting them in tiny cages and not giving them any socializing. They are social creatures and need other birds.

Today was very frustrating as I asked for help in the dog section, the young girl that was working was cleaning out the rabbit area, she was not in the least friendly and was to busy to take time with some assistance. I was very relieved that Kate was there to finally help me, she is a kind person and gives great customer service, overall I always shop at Grange, that's my go place, but I will never ask this young girl for help again.... My experience in your store located here  in Klamath Falls  Oregon has always been an exceptional one. For 18 years, I've lived in this town and shopped here rather than the other stores because of my experience with employees and the store as a whole.Until today that is when I went to make a purchase of a planter that had an expired sales tag on it that ended on July 31 that still had not been removed like many other sales tags throughout the store. The cashier was happy to honor the sales tag  that I took a picture of and requested a manager to override the amount a difference of $35.00.However, when the assistant manager Darius came to the registrar, he declined to honor the tag and argued that it clearly says till the end of July.I asked, "You don't  want to make this sale to me and honor the sales tag?"He said no!I told him he had just lost a customer forever!He shrugged his shoulders with arrogance and said okayIn front of other customers, I took this man's picture and will also post my experience in our local klamath chat rooms.I also expressed to  Darius that he should  'DO HIS JOB' and remove the expired sales tags throughout the store since he's the stassistant manager lead by Example not by arrogance and authority!!I gladly spent $75.00 for the same planter @Coastal, then ever  shop your store again!!Good luck with your assistant manager Darius he's taking your store to new levels

They have a large selection of clothing, shoes & jewelry. Nice things. I did however buy four chicks and three died. They gave us a replacement for one of them but it also died. The one still alive is significantly smaller than other chicks we have of the same age that we purchased somewhere else because we didn’t want to keep buying chicks from this place when they kept dying. All of them seemed like they weren’t growing normally. They stayed really tiny & after a few days would just stand there in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the others doing nothing but standing in place & that’s a sure sign of imminent death.

Grange has THE BEST selection of healthy varieties of house plants! Always something new and the staff is fairly educated on their products. My son enjoys going in and holding the chickens and reptiles. Specifically familiar with the Klamath Falls location.

This store is a bright light in a dark desert. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I really like the garden center where they have the healthiest plants in full bloom. Everything you need for the garden as well. My favorite store in the area.

First, I simply have to say, I really like this store. From rabbits to cattle feed, they seem to have it all. If you don't see something, ask, they have a lot more in back. They have the best selection of loose hardware in town, next would be Diamond. Their western clothing section is excellent, as is their garden and garden tool selection. They have a terrific selection of dog and cat food, the best in town, at better prices than anywhere else.If you you're a Coastal fan, I truly am sorry. Try Grange Co-op, their employees are so much nicer and their prices so much lower. Unlike Coastal, these people want to help you. Customer service is really great. Great selection of plants, supplies, and other items. Employees offer a lot of help and suggestions for projects. Clothing is a bit pricey. Advise watch for sales or clearance rack.

All of the supplies, merchandise and customer service without the box store chain. I attempted to pick up a large purchase from the warehouse. The young adults were very rude and disrespectful. The young gentleman with the long blonde curly hair was especially disrespectful when delivering the purchase to my truck. Chastising me for looking thur the plastic seeking help for loading my vehicle. If there was anyone around to help me, after the young employees were radioed to provide help, I would have not had a reason to seek help. 🙁

Their prices are reasonable. The people they have that work there are great. I had to return some stuff, our fault. They looked up the sale printed a receipt, made the substitutions. Did it all while being very polite and understanding. I was very pleased.

I was disappointed to have come 3 hrs to pick up some above ground potting soil 3cubic feet and buy 6 bags, then get out to get them loaded after I purchased them to only get 2 out of the 6 bags they had on hand, I even had checked on line before coming over to make sure they had what I needed, I guess from now on I'll call in my order and be sure they set my order aside. Cause ordering online, or even checking online to see they have what you need in stock doesn't mean you'll get your order when you show up for it

Had a great time at the after hours Members only sale! They brought chairs out & hot coffee while we waited for the doors to open. Once we got inside, there was a wildlife conservation group with various critters & a raffle to be held later.We got $525. Worth of merchandise for only $400. (360 North Idaho Energy Logs)One of the managers even helped load my Jeep with some misc. items.Love my fellows at Grange Co-Op!

My family and I go in the Grange at least once a week. We always need something for our little farm! Amanda is always super helpful. She always listens to our shenanigans (because we always have one happening) and gets us on the right track to finding what we need. I couldn’t be more grateful for someone as helpful as her. Especially during the crazy times!

Where to begin... Great value, good selection, great service. We had been to another farm supply store earlier in the day and found almost every item we price at a lower price here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, very nice people. We will most definitely be back.

I love being greeted upon entry, and it's great that it isn't hard to find someone if you have a question. They have feed for all your animals, as well as any equipment you might need. Their supply of medicines are awesome too. I tend to get so entranced with their selection that I loss track of time. Need a weed eater, they have it. Need a chain saw, yup, they have them. Need bird seed, hay, grain, this is the place.

Great place to shop, especially for off grid folks! Great prople there! They have clothes, shoes, a garden shop. Check it out! We go there for our chickens food and treats! They have things for every animal!

I go to grange probably about every three days or so. I rarely ever have a problem with anything I get from them but if I do they will absolutely fix it however they can. The Grange staff are wonderful and so nice and professional.
