Love this store the staff is generally an upbeat set of people singing along with customers to music playing as well as courteous and helpful ensuring an enjoyable trip which I do often to my local goodwill! Loving the new discount program 50 and 75 off! Nice!

Goodwill here is so expensive. You’re better off buying everything on Amazon Brand New but, they do have some stuff reasonably priced. I just never seen a jacket priced at $79 dollars at any goodwill store. Anything that has to do with cups, pans, coffee mugs, how decor are good priced. Clothe and shoes are literally priced new as of your buying from the actual retail store

I have good things to report about this Goodwill! Starting with the nice staff, clean store, and plenty of rotating options! I see a lot of complaints about price, but if you shop the weekly deals (green tag, red tag, etc.) then you're bound to find incredible deals. The quality is pretty high here too. It's rare to find something stained of damaged beyond use. Overall, I give this location a 5/5!!

Sizes of clothing are not in designated area. Junior & Misses sizes are together. I found it frustrating.

Had a great time walking around with my family and shopping for good clothing and shoe finds. Friendly staff and loss prevention was on it today. They saw what we saw, a lady stuffing a bag and they nabbed her on her way out. Good job guys!

Wonderful staff, cheerful, well-hired/trained/super-helpful, from the moment you walk in the door. I make of point of rolling carts in from outside - always acknowledged! Prices? Think instead: Value, selection, and pleasant surprises. Just like the vest reads, every picture tells a story.

I’ve been going to this store for years. I have to say that in 2019 I really started seeing improvements in customer service and just the overall morale of employees these last few years. The prices are fair and the store is always neatly cared for. I would recommend everyone shop here for all your needs if you had a bad experience in the past try again things have really turned around this is my favorite Goodwill to shop at now.

I only shop there when they have their 50% off color tag. Their clothes/shoes are higher priced than other thrift stores these days. Sometimes you can find stuff you want at a pretty decent price. Goodwill before Covid-19 used to be open until 8:00 pm. Since that time, it's only open until 7:00 pm. Goodwill employees are nice and helpful.

Very good selection for about anything you need for the home, women's, and children's clothing are great, however the men's clothing not great!! The prices used to be very reasonable, however, not so much now. These are 2nd. hand items, and should be priced as such!!!If you get a chance go to the place beging the Goodwill, the selection isn't as great, but the price for cleaning is per pound, and blankets and such are only $2.25, great deal!!

This place does NOT sanitize after every visit. The carts r dirty and staff does not seem to care about their shoppers. Nice to people they know and awful to those they don't.The staff in the back are quite helpful.The As-Is dept I'd eeh ok. Go in and shop with gloves on. You may get stuck with something unkind.I should rate this

I went to that as is part of Goodwill today. They were so nice in there. I don't go there enough. I bought a few things, excellent prices. And then when I brought my car back the clerk smiled and looked at me and said thank you for doing that I really appreciate that. Good people, good prices, got to go there.

This place has great women's designer shoes and leather coats at awesome prices. Lots of thread and yarn at low prices. They have more women's clothes and very little for men. They have furniture, but it is overpriced. They have kids bikes and toys. Something for everyone, quality items and super friendly staff.

The few employees i did interact with seem to be on some sort of high horse for which this allowed them to justifies loking down up on me.I use to spend alot there . every month spending there. I will never go in there again and ill be tellin all my contacts on social media about my bad experience at the goodwill......

I loved the homestyle kitchen atmosphere. The food was great. Steak and eggs were perfectly done and the hash browns were crisp. It was very affordable too. Will definitely come back.

Got up to the register and was asked if I could take the hangers off the clothes and hang them up on the rack behind me, after cashier rang up the clothes, they were tossed to the side, not bothering to even fold them. After paying, I had to grab my own receipt and stuff my clothes into my bag! They might as well do the Walmart thing and have self checkout. The cashier didn't do anything except ring up my purchase. Pathetic customer service 🤦‍♀️

Very nice GW store. We have been to a lot of GW shops and this is most definitely one of the better ones. The staff was very nice and helpful. We ended up going in twice over a 4 day visit. I will say this, like most thrift stores it can be hit or miss with what's in stock. Last year's visit was a miss, this year was most definitely a hit. The staff keeps the store clean and relatively well organized.

I went to drop off some really nice clothes and the girl stuck her nose in the bag and said they would not take them because they smelled like cigarettes. She was just rude!! Do these people wash their clothes before selling them? If not, I will never purchase anything there again. They ask for donations and you give them expensive tings, and they are too lazy to wash them?? Screw goodwill! There are plenty of other places that appreciate nice clothing donations. Not shopping there ever again.

This customer service is great. I only give 4 stars though because they have jacked their prices way up. Somethings are ridiculously priced. The stuff is donated so why is a dress $15 simply because it says LuLaRoe and it's got snags all over it? You can get that stuff on sites for half that.

Very low inventory, and a very slow check out process considering the cashiers DO NOTHING NOW fmbut stand there screaming at the people in line, the customers do all the work. The people working there are horribly rude nowadays, that says everything about their management.

I always give this Goodwill a 5 star rating. They work very hard keeping the place clean and well organized and the staff are the best. They are great ambassadors for the mission that Goodwill is there for.

We needed dress shoes on the fly for a school concert, between the great parking, convenient store layout and short checkout line I doubt any store in town could have had us back on our way with just what we needed faster than they did. Thanks!

This store is overpriced for the product. Who is authorizing the prices, such as $6 for a used towel? Used shoes $10? Many people were complaining in store. Someone needs to have a conversation with management.

I've been to Goodwills all over the country from VA to TX, NV to FL and the Klamath Falls Goodwill was the best. Found LaCoste, Hollister, Tommy Bahamas and more. Some items still had new tags. Was very happy with my purchases. Wished I still lived there (now in So. AL).

I was asked to leave. Was told all shopper's had to wear masked and gloves. I had a mask on but no gloves. I look at the other shopper's they had no mask or gloves. So I left. Will never go back to that store ever.
