They took my pug in as a walk in to get her nails trimmed and filed as well as her glands taken care of . Price for nails clipped and filed is $15 (only $10 for just the clip) and the glands was another $10 so very reasonable prices. The staff was welcoming and friendly as well as the shop cats. They take great precautions to ensure that dog flu going around won't be spread. They clean up after done as well as disinfect waiting area after each pet has left that area. They have an open area so when you come in, you can see the grooming being done. This place is absolutely paws down recommend by me and my Sassy pug.

First time in and chulos first cut they helped me right away thanks to the lady that got chulo in he needed it really bad lol Loved chulos fresh cut and he smelled amazing😍Now he really looks chulo🤣 after and before :)))

This place is awesome! I absolutely love how they interacted with my very scared dog, they were quite understanding, and took their time to make sure he was feeling safe. They truly seem to care about all the animals, and I love that they let them roam and don’t keep them all locked in kennels. Everyone is always so friendly and is happy to answer any questions you have. I won’t be going anywhere else in Klamath!

I told them to shave my dog. When I got him back his tail was cut horribly and they didn’t shave him at all. 60$ for them to give my dog a bath a cut his tail. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My Missy had a spa day and she loved it. She talked all the way home. She smells so good and a pretty purple bow. She gave a high five when asked if she loved her bath. Now she is napping. Thanks GettaGroom!

My senior cat had a nail actually piercing the pad of one paw. Called this business, and they took her right in. Clipped her nails and, even though they were extremely busy, took the time to also clean up her fur a bit since she no longer grooms herself. They explained to me that senior cats don't shed their nails...which I did not know. They also have a juvenile member of their family who provides some of the best customer service at the counter that I have ever seen! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

For my fur babies, Gette A Groomer is the best place for them. I brought my older kitty to them and they did a wonderful job. Our miss kitty loved her cut. She pranced about for about rwo weeks, showing off. Last week, my youngest pup met a skunk. We all know what that is like.😁. The wonderful groomer got the smell out. We all can breath again ☺️

Terrible customer service. The worst cut I've ever seen on a dog of any kind. It was completely uneven. He did not smell clean. I had to wash him the following day and finish his cut because his head was almost entirely ignored. When I did this I found that 2 of his nails were crushed and bled as soon as they hit the water. I understand that happens sometimes but no one said anything when we picked him up. I will not be going back and I don't recommend anyone take their animal here.

Had a cancellation so got me in right away. Very attentive to the needs of my dog. Very accommodating and fairly priced. Will definitely return to get my dog groomed here. My dog looks great with his summer haircut as a Lhasa apso/ shitzu mix

Not a friendly place. Does a good job grooming my dog but don't expect a smile or hello, good morning when dropping your dog off. The people there are so unfriendly that I'm almost to the point of finding another groomer. Customer service DOES matter.

Couldn't be happier! As a full time RV'er and traveller, it is hard to get my dog groomed on short notice with a new groomer. They got my baby in within 3 days and did a marvelous job. He was happy playing with the other dogs and not stressed like he usually is at a groomer. They cut him exactly as I asked and I am thrilled. When coming back to the Klamath Falls area, I will definitely use them again!

I took my puppy to this location and they hardly took any fur off and charged me $50. I called and let them know that it wasn’t what I asked for and the girl who answered was very rude and said “I don’t know what you are complaining about. She got a good hair cut” I told her the way she was talking to me was rude and unprofessional and she said “well good luck finding a new groomer!” I let her know that I was going to be giving them a review and she let me know she didn’t care and told me to go ahead and do it. Her tone was completely rude and defensive the entire time. I can’t believe the disrespect. Now I know why I haven’t heard anything good about this place.

Couldn’t get into our regular groomer. Brought our dog down for a summer cut and wash. Dog has small nicks. Dog hated experience. Dog came home with bad haircut, smelled like poop. Not even sure they got washed or were kept around a kennel with poop in it? Dog loves going to other groomer in town, yet this groomer said dog was horrible. Never ever again. Zero stars.

I have never given a bad review of anywhere before. I am just so tired of the poor customer service everywhere I go these days.This place was just the straw that broke the camel's back! I called to say that I needed an appointment to get my 15-year-old beagle nails trimmed and a bath. They said they could fit me in at 11:30 today, even though I wanted a later appointment. I said I can make it work and got there at 11:30. They then went on to tell me that it would be about 3 to 4 hours for the bath and nail trimming. I was not aware of this nor did they tell me when I made the appointment. I did not have that kind of time to spend with my two littles in tow. I told her I'd have to call my husband to see if he could pick the dog up and she said that she could make it to an hour and a half if need be. I said that I could make that work and left the dog. Over 2 hours later they were finally done. They had the audacity to tell me next time I rush them it would be an extra $30 charge. What happened to customer service even if it was going to take longer if they would have just apologized for the misunderstanding I might have understood or have been honest about the fact that it was not going to take an hour and a half I could have called my husband like I was going to. They charged me a total of $50 that included $10 for extra brushing. I had told them to leave that part out if it was going to help the time not be so long. When I had booked the appointment they told me the extra brushing would take a little longer that's why it was more money but then when I told them not to worry about it since I was in a time crunch they said oh it doesn't really take any longer.When I told them I wish they would have told me how long it would take they said well you should have asked. I said well that's not very good customer service next time maybe you should let me know. She said well you just should have asked next time we're going to charge you $30 if you rush us. I said well there will be no next time I don't plan on ever coming back. She said well you hadn't been here in 2 years anyway we don't want you to come back.I am just appalled that the customer service is so bad. I had just told a friend how nice they were last time I was there and that is why I was using them. Like the lady pointed out though it had been a couple years since I've gone to them. Mainly because of covid and my dog doesn't need much grooming I only go about twice a year.All that to say I will never go back there. I can't stand how rude people are these days. Not looking in people's eyes not being considerate of others.I do have to say I called double c, and they would have only charged me $37. Plus they had a nice place for my dog to play and rest instead of a small little cage to be held in while he dried. They also apologize and said that it would be a longer than normal wait about 3 to 4 hours because of how busy they were. I didn't have to ask they just told me!

I called and asked to get my two dogs in. 1 is a yorkey poo who gets matted very very easily and hates to be groomed. They have groomed him several times before and know what they are up against. The other was a goldendoodle puppy (5 months old). They told me they could get them in at 11. I dropped them off and they were not done until 5:30. I hate thinking of my pups in a Kennel for that long. I wish they would have told me they were full instead. This has now happened the last 2 times I have used them.

Friendly staff. They quoted me a different price on the phone then in the store but they honored the price they first quoted me. My pup was very happy and clean. They even gave him a cute little bow tie!

Just clipped my Bella's nails. Did a good job however they have what I'm guessing is their own big dogs running free and allowed to sniff around the others that are harrnesed. The attendant kept telling her to be still while other dogs were around her. This frightened my little dog. I won't take her back, I would rather pay more than have her frightened.

I made an appointment for my three dogs, all large, long-haired, double coated dogs. I asked for two of them to get a "low maintenance trim." They came back SHAVED. My Malamute/Kelpie and my great Pyrenees got shaved down to the skin. I swiped my card for $204, and THEN the dogs came out of the back room. I tried to negotiate and get at least some of my money back, the owner called me a liar and a dog abuser, and refused to give me any kind of refund for something I could've done at home for free. Three words: unprofessional, uneducated, and just plain rude.

First time using this groomer and I am very pleased. My dog was extremely happy and looked amazing when I came to pick him up, he was not in a cage he was roaming around the building with other dogs, which made me happy knowing my dog was able to socialize with other friendly dogs. Thank you!!
