This was my first time going to a Fred Meyers and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a nicer version of a Walmart Super Center. One stop shopping! Lots of parking, groceries, household goods, and many other services. This location was well stocked, clean, with a nice ambiance and helpful employees. Just got a few things as I was passing through but they seemed to have good prices. Apparently they are owned by Kroger. I would shop here again and recommend it to others. This location has a gas station and there is a coin laundry next door. So if you’re an RVer this would be a great place to stop. No overnight parking though.

Fred Meyer usually has what I want at a price I am willing to pay. Fred Meyer has a great Fuel Rewards program too! 👏 For the past couple of years I have enjoyed $1.00 per gallon of gas because of Fred Meyer's Fuel Rewards. Fred Meyer has weekly digital coupons that save substantial amounts of money.

Love this store. Food section is huge and it has everything else you might need too. Use the app to find out what isle has what you are looking for. Better than walking around looking for it. And the app let's you clip coupons.

Putting your HOT FOOD in plastic bags is super gross. They end up rubbery and soggy. And I've repeatedly asked for the bags to not be closed and my requests go ignored

The store looks so nice since the remodel. There is so much selection and a wide variety of grocery and clothing items. Friendly employees, spacious aisles, and very neat and clean.

At first I thought this store was great, but today I encountered an extremely rude worker that wouldn't let me have my items, after I had already paid for them at another checkout while my freinds were still inside. I decided to go back and find them because I couldn't get into the car without them. When I found the people I entered the store with, it was time for us to leave, when this lady stops us and asks for my receipt, so I kindly state that I no longer have it, and that I threw it away outside.The worker then confiscated the items that I bought, then told me to leave the store. She was not willing to listen, and was not very professional in the slightest. Never going there again.

It was a good day at Fred's. I hate their buy 5 get $1.00 off each one. They are usually out of 1 or 2 of the items and screws up your shopping list. Today they had the 5 items I wanted. Got my favorite checker Kevin. Didn't have to wait in line very long. The most important was there were no trip hazards in the aisles.

A one stop store it just about has everything. This store is nicer than Wal-Mart super center. When I come to Klamath falls it's a must to come here for restocking...Great customer service.

Store is always clean and always has what I’m looking for. Associates are very friendly. And if your shopping, you can swing in to the fuel islands to top off your tank before you head home or grab a coffee inside at the Starbucks inside!

The electronic department mislead me about the price match policy by saying that the electronic items only match with the local shops. However, according to their policy, they have to match other online retailers such as Amazon and Walmart. Same Samsung tv was 1599 while they were selling for $1899. Not honest. I asked the manager and who didn’t not have me this information as well, his name was Denise, I believe.

Waiting to check out here usually takes less than two minutes. Sales associates are very helpful and always available. They also have a wonderful rewards system that allows for discounts on fuel or rebates on their quality products.

Expensive, app has more bugs than a zoo, can't get reception in the store, sale items not in the digital coupons, qr codes don't work, sale items are always sold out or sometimes never come in (no rainchecks), can't see where to park no stripes left, I dread Fred. Also watch those slots, they put sale and much more expensive stock in the same case. Also the coupon price doesn't always match the register price, so a good long wait in the customer service line is often necessary. Worst store ever

So much better than Walmart, where the last time I went the ENTIRE pork section was empty. I mean, wth? I've never seen this at any store and I lived in Eastern Europe. Freddie's always has everything a shopper needs, and then some.

I love Fred Meyer (the renovations are gorgeous!)... BUT... it's not a very accessible place for folks driving on the electric carts. Whenever I take my mom there, who has limited mobility, she loves driving the electric carts because they give her the freedom to go where she wants... the only problem is that she can't access all the places she wants to go because there are too many shelves/displays in her way. She told me today, "If I could just get around the store, then I'd buy more!"So, I hope this review reaches the manager of Fred Meyer, because I invite you to take one of the electric carts around your store. Try to access the jewelry display in the women's section. I had to move three different display towers just so my mom could get close enough to even look at the jewelry.Your store is so wonderful, and you've taken such care to renovate it and make it a pleasant experience. But it shouldn't just be beautiful... it should also be accessible!

So my biggest peeve with these guys is haviing to buy 10 of or 5 of or 2 of or more and having them match up only to find out wen u got home u still missed it somehow other than that employees there always a plenty nice sales and coupons if u apply them correctly.

I've been a loyal Kroger customer for over 30 years. I've worked for them as well. This particular store has the worst customer service. The store is always out of carts and when I asked an employee to help me find a cart they suggested I go look out side. I had an arm full of groceries and had to put them down. I just left. Went to Walmart where I received excellent service. Guess it's time to switch. Who knew.

Just tried to get a fill up. The nozzle kicked off and the attendant said my tank was full. I said the tank wasn't near full and He said because the nozzle kicked off my tank was full. I thought I was the owner of the vehicle and know pretty much how much fuel it needs. Usually they ask if the gallons on the pump readout sounds correct. Left with only half a tank. Whatever happened to the customer being right! Wife and I thought he was rude.
