I used to go when it was downtown all the time. But after it moved I hadn't gone back. Well the other day I had some things to do around the area and I noticed them in their new location and decided to go in the store. It was a nice setup, the staff was happy and seem to enjoy working there. The product was good and fresh. The sales were fantastic. Just an all in all good experience.

There are lots of choices of breads, rolls, buns, Danish, some donuts, cooler w/drinks, cookies & more. There is always a discount section. The gal that is usually there to check you out is really sweet & personable. A card they give you is punched & when it's filled you get 5 choices from the discount rack free. I think they just count the points from stuff bought off the discount track. I may be wrong on that but it certainly a better deal you'll get @ the stores in town.

Love this place! The ladies who work there are always so kind! Every time we go they give my kiddos free cookies, it makes for a very enjoyable experience for my kids. They recently raised their prices but it's still very reasonable! Plus the employees are so great it really makes it worth it!

Its a good thing this outlet store is a bit out of the way, or it would be empty all the time. Loved the Franz outlets for years. Variety, fair prices, and very nice and helpful people.

They have a great selection of what i grew up calling day old bread.. the prices are very reasonable. We buy a lot of bread and put it in our freezer. They also sometimes sell bread and bread products by the shopping cart, for animal food. The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. We have always been glad we went there.

This place is awesome! They have the best jams I've ever tasted. They have super fresh bread and extremely friendly people. The more bread you buy, the more bread they give you for free! My wife loves to go here! You will love it too!!!!!

I like that this place exists. Its nice to have a bread outlet. The prices are super cheap for quality items that you fin s in the other grocery stores. Dates are still the same, long enough to be eaten, yet not have to be eaten that day or right away. They do have a same day date shelf for even cheaper. And surprisingly, at checkout, if you sirens 10 dollars you get a free item, who doesn't love free baked goods? Will go back.

I loved this place! They have so much variety in delicious bread, jams and jellies, chips and other salty snacks, a couple beverage coolers and even a selection of beef jerky!I felt like I wanted to buy the whole store when I went in! The place smelled so good!!

Shayna is super helpful as is the manager. They are always available to help when asked. Shayna deserves the next Managerial job that comes up as she is truly the heart of the store.If you need bread in Klamath falls, go to the Franz outlet.

Franz u rock i love 2 go 2 the bakery i go 2 town once a month an get my bread i allways spend less than 20 dollars an man i get so much it fills my medium sized freezer all kinds of deferment breads i have a husband an 2 teenage boys an if any one has teenage boys u know how thay can eat it last us all month an some so i give franz a must go 2 store cuzz there is no way we could make it without u guys thank u guys so verry much myrna scott
