The last 3 times I have ordered from this location I was given the wrong drink. It is my fault for not checking before I leave the drive-thru but it is really disappointing to get to work, only to have to throw away a $5-7 drink because it's flavored with some kind of syrup. I always order the same thing, iced oat milk latte. I am hypoglycemic and cannot have drinks with syrup. I went this morning, I was literally the only one in the drive-thru on both sides. I know the staff weren't really paying attention because I had to repeat my order 4 times, but even then I do not understand how my order can be messed up not once, but three times now. From now on I'll be testing the drink before I leave (despite it being borderline dangerous now) but really I shouldn't have to.Update on 7/26/2022 (The next day):So I went back there this morning and guess what? They got my order wrong, again. Small oat milk latte. I do not understand why that is so difficult! I am just going to keep adding until they get an order right. At some point ya'll got to be a little embarrassed of yourselves. It's coffee. The person who made my drink this morning didn't even bother to redo it (like I would have wanted) instead they told me they would refund the difference back on to my card. I don't have high hopes that is actually going to happen since literally pouring milk confuses these people. But we'll see.Update on 7/28/2022:My order was never refunded back onto my account. Why am I NOT surprised?! Should anyone ever need to use my testimony to show there is a pattern of irresponsible and dangerous employees at that location, and no corrective action was ever taken after complaint after complaint, please feel free to reply below.

I live by this DB location so I go there occasionally but honestly I regret it everytime. My coffee generally is flavorless, I ask for coconut milk and get just regular milk. When ordering today the girl was basically guessing what I wanted without letting me finish. I used to love this place but honestly thos location has gone downhill. Id rather go down the street to Human Bean or all the way across town to the campus DB location.

I love the stands on Washburn and by the Dollar Tree. They are consistent with the drinks they make. I don't order the same thing all the time, and no matter how long it's been since I ordered one drink it will taste just like it did the last time I got it.

We go here regularly. Almost never get orders wrong. Does happen on occasion, but nothing major being wrong. Coffee is a great temperature, tastes great, and the service is always friendly.
