Why do these dutch bros bother having 2 lanes that merge if you're going to force single lane mentality anyways. To the point of being rude customers. Seems as if this dutch doesn't care about the decades Ling culture dutchbis known for. Sign says choose shortest lane and merge. Not first come first serve. But this location took it even further. Customers were merging and an employee came out and made a car move. Stupid ridiculous. Even worse when I suggested taking the sign down since it doesn't apply to the employee at the window she laughed.

Fast and friendly. I loved the recommendation for flavoring my almond milk with the pumpkin pie spice flavoring. The baristas are so energetic and positive to everyone. Also love my pink 'Be Aware' hydro flask type mug I got. The beverage options are limitless and it is amazing for those of us with dairy allergies!

Always friendly and great. The broistas are quick and knowledgeable. They remember my order 99% of the time (I throw in a random change occasionally).Even when they are super busy, they are fast, friendly, & accurate with my orders.I work next door so they see me and my co-workers often!

They were super nice but I ordered an iced tea with peach flavoring and they put a tea bag in with iced water....this picture is 2 hours after I got my drink and how much tea there actually is to it

Quick service even when they have a line. Had a new worker the last time we went, and they are the reason I'm leaving this review. They were delightfully friendly. They made sure that our orders were correct(as one would expect from new hires). Even expecting that, they were remarkably thorough in reviewing the order without it being a problem. We order coffee(iced and hot), freezes, and smoothies. All of which are always tasty and ideal temperatures.

Me and my family had a great experience here. We were leaving the smoke and fires in California and decided to visit Oregon. This was the first place we stopped on our way in. We were trying to figure out what to order and the staff were very helpful. When the really helpful staff member started to charge me, what I can only guess is the manager quickly jumped in and said not to charge us because it was our first time there. I didn't realize there were more locations and told them I didn't think I would be back through to get more coffee from them, they said it didn't matter and it was policy. Then I tried to give them cash as a tip for their generosity, they said they can't accept cash as a tip because of COVID policy. I left feeling a little guilty enjoying the delicious coffee, but also with a lot of respect for the company. I can't tell you how many more times I stopped at Dutch Brothers once I realized they were all over the place. Great coffee and even better staff.

Not that they don’t have great drinks and great customer service, but today the 4th they have no stickers. Said wow! They go so fast! Her response was that a lot of people that don’t purchase anything at Dutch Bros come at the beginning of the month and buy up all the stickers! How is that fair!! On the fourth of the month drinks for my whole family and we can’t get a sticker!! Really ridiculous. It’s a corporate issue and hopefully they will fix it. The stickers are great, but it really stinks that they are never available to a paying customer.

Every Dutch Bros I've been to here in Klamath has always had awesome customer service! The drinks are really good, sometimes they'll taste mildly different from the last time (sometimes depends which one you go to & who's working) but always a 10/10 experience. The workers are really friendly & outgoing. They'll ask you how you're doing and how your day is going etc., If they mess up your drink or anything relatively close to that they'll remake it with no hassle. Not only that, they're usually pretty quick. At the very most, no more than a 5 minute wait.

Dutch bros is awesome. It's no surprise you can't go far in town before seeing someone's dutch mafia sticker brandishing the side of a car or bumper. Not gonna lie, it's a bit pricier then their competition depending on what you order, but the energy drink holds together and in my opinion tastes better than other places and is worth the price difference while other items like smoothies are better elsewhere. You really gotta try it to decide for yourself per item, but I like it here. Not gonna lie, I get some drinks at their competitors but for most of their menu items, dutch bros wins the majority of the time.

Love their coffee. It is one of the things I look forward to when I come to the west coast. I like that this location has a walk up window, I drive a dually truck so it does not fit in drive thrus. Their coffee is so smooth, full of flavor.

Good drinks even better staff they are very recommended in my opinion. I'd get drinks here anytime. Love trying the new ones and they give a free drink while it's your birthday. Can't say much else except it's always good to go there.

First time at Dutch Bros coming up from San Francisco with my family! The guy who took our orders was so kind and helped us pick out drinks! Will definitely come back again.
