So the one location downtown has made Improvements to their location... The rest are very tiny shops kinda off in the corner of very crowded parking lots. Sometimes the traffic runs out to the road waiting for drinks... they could work on making dedicated drive through lanes so people aren't just everywhere or parking in the roads because the lines so long

Slowest Dutch Bros in Southern Oregon by a long shot. I'm from Grants Pass and both times I've been by the Dollar Tree DB in K Falls, I waited 8-12 minutes per car ahead of me (due to the same girl serving my lane both times who is overly friendly and chatty with everyone). I understand being friendly, but having to wait 28-32 minutes both times for only 3 cars ahead of me each time is stupid. It's not a sit down coffee shop, I'd go to one if I wanted to spend my morning doing coffee.

The past 3 times I have gone my drink has been so sugary and sweet. The same girl always makes my drinks. I keep having faith in her with making my drink correctly but Im not so sure anymore. Sucks that this Dutch bros is the closest to my house. But this last time was the last chance. My drink was blended as well and there was hardly any ice in it. It’s mainly syrup :(

Always amazing coffee. Tons of sugar free options. I'm diabetic so that is a huge thing for me. Super friendly staff. I enjoy each and every time I go there. They really are the best coffee on the west coast.

Love it! Felt bad though, I had a big order and there was only one gal and she had cars backed up on both sides. All our drinks were perfect other than she forgot the soft top for one of them. Dutch make sure shifts are covered well.

Wish we had gone to a different location in town. The service was slow (a friend of a staff member in the car before us), the drink I ordered was my usual yet it tasted very different from the one I get from my hometown Dutch.I Love Dutch Bros, so hopefully this location was just having an off morning.

I LOVE Dutch Bros. The Double Chocolate Mocha, aka DoCho, is my usual. My daughter LOVES the Unicorn Blood frost. My husband likes the Mango Smoothies, but those are too sweet for my palate.With so many combinations, there's something for practically everyone.

They are always hooking up with bomb drinks and free drink any way you want it for your birthday 🖖🍻💯😎🍀also if you have not tried my favorite drink you totally should.I get the 9/11 with white coffee bean, white chocolate, and caramel with whip. The staff here always seems to be in a good position mode. No matter how busy they seem to be. They still keep the line moving while connecting with their guests.Kid-friendliness: They have a few drinks for kids that do not contain caffeine.

Ok, because of the prompt review and you addressed the issue immediately I will go ahead and change it to five stars.Please make sure that the employees focus on what they are doing because when I asked for intentionally to make the coffee extra hot it's shocking for me to see it completely cold and since it's a drive through it's difficult to go back and stand in line again.

So irritated with this place. I get coffee daily but typically go to the Campus Drive location, unfortunately they are experiencing a remodel that causes lengthy wait times. I decided to venture to this location and wish I had not. I have a terrible reaction to caffeine and cannot drink it. It causes me to be nervous, gittery and sick to my stomach, there for I always order a decaf. After confirming many times with the staff that my golden eagle was decaf, I discovered within no time that it absolutely was not. I have been crawling out of my skin since drinking it, throwing up. If the staff spent a little bit more time focused on the customers order rather than their weekend plans, they may had paid more attention to my order. I bought 2 decaf golden eagles to become sick off one and toss the other.

I would love to give Dutch a 5 star, but my coffee drink never tastes the same and sometimes my coffee tastes burnt depending on who is making it. I usually get a sugar free vanilla latte with almond milk. I usually will say I would like a straw and roughly 3/5 times I have to ask again before I leave. That may seem silly, but I would rather have someone listen to my order then try to talk about my day if you can't do both. When my drink is right, I love Dutch, don't get me wrong, but it has room for improvement.
