Consistently the absolute slowest Dutch bros I have ever been to.I could drive to a different Dutch bros and order and receive my drink faster than this stand can get through two cars, in fact I just did.Each car takes them 3-5 minutes, which is absolutely baffling when the stand isn’t busy and they don’t have a person outside taking orders.Actually astounding. I already told myself I wouldn’t go back to this stand after waiting 25 minutes in line before, and thought tonight “well I’ll give them one more go”. Lo and behold, I waited ten minutes and saw one car leave in front of me.Never wasting my time in line at this stand again. I will drive out of my way just to avoid how stupendously slow they are.

Okay I love going to Dutch Bros but today I had 2 bugs on the lid inside my drink! Who knows I may have drank the 3rd or 4th one. Hopefully no other customers get bugs in their drink.

Love how friendly and quick the service is. Love the drink recommendations as well. Drinks are always the best. I love the dairy free options and sugar free as well.Kid-friendliness: The not so hot options are wonderful for the kiddos hot chocolate. I love that they also have smoothies too for kiddos to enjoy.

I love Dutch Bros. The drinks and service is fantastic and so consist no matter what city or state you're in. Whenever I'm traveling I love to see that big white windmill because it always means a good cup of coffee. I especially appreciate how up-beat and friendly the staff always is. This store is just as fantastic as I have come expect.

Today I ordered a sugar and spice drink with a shot of pumpkin. This drink given its name should have been sweet. Instead I got a cup so bitter it tasted like ear wax. Most of the other shops can do it right why can't this one. Maybe because they are to busy joking around instead of handling the customers orders properly.

I love Dutch Bros. Many others do, too because the line was several cars deep on both sides. The affable "Broistas" (do they have a separate term for the female or non-binary employees?) always ask about my day in a tone sounding like they genuinely enjoy the small talk.Since Dutch Bros launched their app, I like the ability to pay hands-free. Also, collecting points for free drinks is nice. When I went recently, I pulled up the app and found a half-price item was loaded on as a special bonus. Free and half-price drinks? Heck yeah!

So stopped at this Dutch brothers one of the young male kids have drinks to driver. Sat and talked to them for like 5-7 more mins just sitting there then they drove off. The since of being effective and aspect of service seems to be lacking here. 3 cars and it took 20 min to get to window.

I've almost always had a great experience at Dutch. However the last two times I've been there, the customer service was severely lacking. The guy was rude the first time, the second time I tried to pay for the customer behind me and the girl wouldn't let me. She did offer to let me get her a gift card instead. I bought my normal drink and she didn't even scan my phone for the points. What's the deal guys?

I cannot say how much I appreciate this location and their stellar customer service. They not only know me by car they know me by drink and flavors I want in my various drinks. They are a blessed crew and deserve all the praise that is said on every review website that describes them. When I don't go in for a while I do truly miss them as they signify that they miss me and I feel at home with all of the baristas. When you go to visit you will not be a customer, you will be treated as a small part of a family!

I ordered a frost eariler today. I specifically asked for them to use heavy whipping cream instead of milk.To maintain some decorum for myself, I won't explain here why I know they used milk. If you didn't have any on hand you could have said so! I would have ordered something else.

I mean, its dutch bros so you know it should be good. But this particular place is very inconsistent on how well a drink is. I've had coffees taste like water with a hint of coffee flavoring and syrups. And I've had coffees that make me want to come back everyday. Service is normally great as well.

Visited this location (my first time having a Dutch Bros coffee). The baristas were really nice and seemed to genuinely enjoy making the drinks. The young man taking our order was super friendly and helpful. If I lived in Klamath Falls, I'd be a converted daily customer! The whole experience was awesome, even for a visitor from San Francisco passing through.

Always a treat to visit Dutch Bros! One of the highlights of an already awesome trip. Typically, great service with good coffee and delicious energy drinks, they also offer delectable hot chocolate (that doesn't taste like it was ran through a coffee pot— looking at you, Bar Stucks) as well as "Dutch Soda" options for kiddos. Dog friendly as well!
