This store has went way down hill, first no more customer bathrooms. Then they put Poles on their cart so you can't take them outside and it's wintertime in Oregon snow on the ground and I'm watching elderly customers trying to juggle 4 or 5 backs because these guys don't pay someone to go get there. When someone falls and breaks something and sues you I bet you'll wish you would pay them then. Then suff is $1 no no it is $1.25 no no it is $3 oh wait it $5. What in the world.

I was 86'd by them calling KFPD as I was checking out. They also didn't give me everything that I paid for. The officer told me I was suspected of stealing and that's why I got 86'd. I asked him to go through my stuff because I didn't steal anything. Just socks to be 86'd out of a place that I didn't do anything wrong at.

I love this Dollar Tree. The product is on the shelves instead of all over the floor. The checkers are nice. Lots of clean floors and lots of merchandise. Great selection too.

Our Dollar Tree has the friendliest employees. The store itself is always clean and you can get down every aisle without stock stopping you.

Barbara was a 10/10 very nice and on it management on the other hand is 1/10 she went to get a box for some glassware I was buying and the manager snapped on her and to take her break and leave and that the boxes were being used for something else. management need to be trained better and treat there associates with a lil more respect

Every time I come here the cashiers won’t bad my items and ask me to do it. I’m disabled. I ask them for help and they still don’t do it. Is there a no bagging policy ? Is this approved by management?

Most associates are friendly, some are not. The store is simply not stocked as well as every other Dollar Tree I've been to, nor as clean and maintained. But that is typical Klamath Falls.

Well I use to live here and I moved away. But one thing bout this Dollar tree in Klamath Falls is the lack of customer urgency with check out. What happened to customer satisfaction?????

This was one of the largest/biggest dollar trees Iv ever been in. The employees today were very nice be that they were all in the check stand as the store was so busy when I was there today between 300-330pm.There shelves were stocked and I found lots of items. The only problem was the store did not have enough carts for the amount of customers they had.Enjoyed the dollar tree shopping today.

Usually well stocked, but I have noticed they don't always get the same items when they sell out. Sometime they just don't get the item or get another brand. Friendly employees and a clean store.I have to update this from 4* to 2*. Price is $1.25 now which is fine if they kept the products stocked. They haven't had chest rub or dog biscuits for 6 months and that is the stuff I was trying to get so know those exactly. Shelves are bare in many places now. Staff is still friendly though.

Went in for a few simple things and ended up spending 20 minutes looking through all the books. They have an awesome selection of different cook books so I got a few for myself and a few for my sister. The store was clean this morning and well stocked. The only issue is that there weren't enough Cashiers so the lines were pretty long.

The girl who helped me was gracious, the shoppers just dropped things in the isles and didn't bother to pick them up. The people who work here probably deserve a raise for the b.s. they put up with.

not a very good place for customer service when you need the manager. Jeff wasn't able to be of much help. My husband tried to find something for his car, but if you don't mind not having any help since they are always so busy, this is a great place with super selection. The meatballs in the freezer section made us sick tho, so now we know to be more careful buying food there.

Rude staff. A manager here opened up a new register and told the lady behind me to get in line. She was the last person in line at the store. I only had 1 item and tried to get in line as well. Then the manager started yelling at me very loud in front of all the customers. Very unprofessional and rude. The only thing that they have going for them is that they sell cheaply made imported junk cheaper than Walmart.

Not bad for a dollar store. They have quit a bit of stuff that you'd pay like 16 dollars for whereas. If you just buy four at the dollar store you save 12 dollars. Employees are nice and usually will give quarters if you need them for laundry or what not. I would give three and a half stars but can't. Because wow some days it is ridiculously busy. To the point of shoving and tripping especially in the lines on those days. So expect a wait if you go on one of the busy days.

I am not much of a Dollar Store fan. This one is Dollar Tree and has been there for a number of years. They keep it clean and it's always busy. It is common to have to wait in line to check out, today was no different, about ten minutes to pay for $2 in balloons.So, depends on what you need if it's worth the wait or not.

Found what I wanted an then some. The Dollar Tree store is one place you don't want to go if your in a hurry. I always spend more money than what I planed for. Just love that store. Jeff is doing a great job(Manager)

I bought dishes from there . The cashier was rude when I told her she can use another bag so the bag wasn't heavy. Good lord she acted like she hated her job. I rather go to Dollar General instead. Worse customer service ever.
