They have the items I was looking for, the Kershaw small machete and a target stand. I figured I'd be spending at least a $100, but I couldn't get any help at the gun counter. I waited a little over 25 minutes but no one ever showed up. The only person I found was busy at the front counter. No toys for me ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

Used to love them, then they won’t fix a mistake their rep made and now cost me money over a puppy vaccine after being told for years we do the 6 then the 10, my husband, who doesn’t know any better, was given two 6s for the first two shots and they won’t refund or replace the second one which we cannot us. Ridiculous as it costs them near nothing and our family is obviously struggling enough to try to save money doing our own puppy shots, and we made a special trip out to get them, living over thirty miles away. They told me to call corporate, I did. Nobody has called me back. What a waste of time and money. Won’t be going back, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Awesome store, one stop for everything you need! But..... dang, the front end needs some serious help. Every time I'm in, cash registers are broken or there's not enough cashiers up front. And forget ordering ahead, you'll still have to stand in line and it's 50/50 that they'll even have your order ready.

They have warm bodies working here. I confirmed with the cashier twice, they did not have any coastal pellets. She wouldn't even check. So I bought the more expensive ones. When I drove to the back, there were at least 30 plus tons of coastal pellets. I told the forklift driver what happened and I was headed for my refund. Got inside to see 6 people in 1 line. No backup and the lady could not find an item for the 1st person so the line hadn't moved for 5 minutes. I just left with the more expensive ones and told the forklift driver to get more help. He said they have been trying. It has to be a management issue! I also needed another item and I had to lookup the sku online because the cashier was not trained on how to look up items. Frustrating but not really another option in this town. Grange isn't any better. I asked 3 workers in the store trying to find an item. 1 person pointed in the general direction and never moved. Another did the same thing and went back to stocking shelves. Third person said find a certain person and ask them. Eventually found that person and they showed me where the empty bin was at. I ended up leaving and purchasing the item at home depot for less money. Wish we had better options in this town.

Great selection and customer service with great unique gourmet foods and gift ideas. Unfortunately no gift bags to make it a one stop option before a birthday party but everything else one could possibly need for "Farm and Ranch" supplies! Still true in 2024!

I wouldn't even give them a one-star. I showed up Christmas Eve about 10 minutes before closing 4:50 pm. Went to go inside and was met by a guy named Tim who said that the store was closed and he was not letting people in. I knew exactly what I wanted, which was one of the go-kart Jeeps right up front. I asked him if I could buy one really quick? He said NO! I then said your not going to let me spend 2700 dollars really quick?" He said NO! I understand that it was late on Christmas Eve, and everyone wants to go home. What I don't understand is why every time I go to this store, the staff is always rude. I don't understand why a retail store is pushing people away before their closing hours. I don't understand why thir not jumping at the opportunity to get rid of inventory they have been sitting on for at least 3 months. I didn't need help loading it or an extended warranty, I just needed the bar code to go and pay for it and for it to be unlocked and pushed out front. Not only has this store lost a 2700 sale when the things are only 1600 on line. They lost a family of customers for a lifetime. My family and I just moved to the area and we do most of our shopping there. (close, livestock food, things for our farm, guns excerta) And I tell you every time, the people there get worse. Almost like the more money you spend, the worse you're treated. I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears like most things, so I guess I'll just stick to shopping at Amazon. it's no wonder these kinds of stores are suffering. GOOD DAY TO COSTAL!!!!

Awesome an outdoors mans dream has everything. An aisle of chainsaws with tons of different bar lengths. Even guns, bows, and pellet guns with plenty of targets and lead sleds. beekeeping supplies ranging from nucleus's to extra food and wax. They even have safes. Along with a wall of fuel tanks and automotive accessories including every kind of oil you could want, 3 in 1, brake and choke cleaner, and a/c recharges are here, including ethanol stabilizers and high viscosity and industrial oils. Truly a Walmart of outdoors, home and property supplies. And they have pickled eggs.............

Recieving guy is 5 stars, but management and ownership cause the 2 star rating by continuing to run skeleton crews and forcing trucks to wait until 8am to even think about starting to load or unload. Lowes Eugene will start on trucks at 6:30. Would be 1 star if not for the recieving guy. If he leaves, k falls coastal recieving is gonna nosedive.

There's great people working at this store! I broke down in front of the place and had Curtis and Jed both do what they could to help me out, to include letting me use some tools on my truck. When I went to return the tools, the small engine repair shop had closed to I returned them to a manager, Aimee. She just smiled and said she'd make sure the shop got them back. Great people all of the way around!

Coastal customer service is very poor. I wouldnt go there if you are a woman and purchasing a gun. The "don't care about taking care of the customer, I get paid whether I help shoppers or not" attitude leaves a lot to be desired.

Floor service is awful, lines are long and customer service is bad. When I go there I go right to the equipment service and repair counter. Those guys will help you with anything you need. There friendly, polite and have good skills.

I just really enjoy this store. I wanted to buy a new firearm. I went in with one product in mind and came out with a completely different product. The guy who helped me at the counter was fantastic. Knew exactly what he was doing. I walked in 45 minutes later I walked out with my product. It was a really good experience!
