No customer service to be found. Huge areas that are empty. I mean nothing. Why have a empty make up section. Makes me feel like Big Lots is going under. They can't even afford to keep inventory in their store.

Was looking for something else& never found it. So was browsing & found a cpl things I needed. I love Big Lots. I was frustrated because I found a curtain I like but they only carried 84" length. Why can't they order 72" also. Nice to have more than one size choice. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Store is pretty clean. Had empty carts in the middle of an isle blocking my ability 2 get to the items. Overall the store was stocked w/something that had choices. Access 2 store is easy, handicap parking right in front.

Great deals but having a staff member try secretly following you around the store when your literally shopping for gifts is a bit annoying. I get they may have theft issues but doing that to regular customers who have never stolen is a bit much in my opinion.

Big Lots is a place where you can find some exceptional deals from time to time. I have found great prices & selections on DVDs, CDs, & Blu-Rays. Right now you can pick up some pretty good titles for.as little as $1.25! The thing I like best is if you are a Buzz Club Rewards member you get coupons via email like $5 off a $15 purchase. I just used one of the $5 off $15 coupons and bought a bag of tortilla chips,a Bluray that is Wayne's World/ Wayne's World 2; a 3 pack of albacore tuna, three boxes of Keto snack/meal bars, and a box of Annie's Cheesy Pizza Pasta. I got all of that for $10.01!They also have a quarterly Friends & Family promotion that gives you 20% off your entire purchase. Big Lots also has Clearance areas throughout the store.Today, I bought some Brillo pads that was posted as being $2.90. When they were rung up they were $5.49. Long story short, Big Lots honored the $2.90 price. It was also a $5 off $15 coupon day for me, so I got a 40 oz. Jif peanut butter, the Brillo pads, and a limited series called The Looming Tower for $10.86. What a great deal!

Stopped in because it was the last day of their 20% off everything sale! Found a few things I had been looking for at an unbeatable price! Heard an employee say that they have been doing sales to help combat the current inflation issue. I think that’s awesome! Will be back soon!

That was one of the staff today as we were roaming around looking for special stuff her name was Victoria she was amazing and helpful. A lot of times you get people who barely talk to you in the super stores or discount stores don't really make a connection and she really went out of her way to help us and talk to us about things that were on the Shelf thank you Victoria we really appreciate your personal attention to your customers!!!!

I had not been in Big Lots for 2 years. It is located behind Harbor Freight, so it's out of sight out of mind. The store was very clean. The staff were very helpful. One gentleman who was stocking shelves stopped to help me search for cupcake papers. The cashier was very nice and checkout was quick. Thank you Big Lots employees.

Shelves are very disorganized. There are drink cups from coffee places on shelves that have half of their drinks in them. If the store was better maintained I would shop here more

Leased to own a couple twin bed mattresses and frames yesterday. Just got done building them. It was a complete P.I.T.A. for the process. It's like my 8th lease to own acquisition. You'd think the process would be streamlined by now. One nut that came with the hardware.... it didn't work... it was stripped and did not come with an extra just in case... so.....had to go to my tool room and hunt for a 10MM nut that would suffice.

Love the leasing option! We have done it several times and always enjoy the experience. Make sure you pay it off in time or you will owe almost double what you paid. We love the quality of the furniture and the prices are ok. Customer service is really Awsome here

Great store to get everyday household items but buy pricey on seasonal stuff and clothes. I've never bought furniture from them LOOKS great but have been told by many people it's bad quality doesn't last long so I'm scared to even try it's expensive to fall apart in a few no months

It's hit and miss to get what is advertised. I think it's because they sell out fast. There's not big crowds though. The staff is always poilte and helpful. Nice store well managed and maintained.

I love Big Lots but because of the COVID issues, there isnt any furniture available in stock, we cant order any furniture and if buying, it can take up to 6 weeks to get it. Wit options so limited, it really changes the dynamic of convenience and buying furniture.

Great customer service. Bought a sofa and realized part of it was broken after getting it home. They swapped out the broken section quickly and with no hassle.
