I have never had a problem with them in years always right on time but they started filling my prescription to early and the insurance wouldn't pay. Now when I go to get my medicine which i get the same every month they have restocked it and now I am sick and can't sleep with the cold sweats . And I have to work in the morning. The lady behind the counter was rude and not very helpful with my problem. I am moving my family and my business elsewhere.

Went to this pharmacy to pick up my antibiotics since I was dealing with a sickness.. everyone there was really nice and helpful except for Pam. She made things very difficult for me from not typing in my insurance correctly to having me pay full price saying I was not covered by my insurance company.. all while coughing and telling me she was dealing with pneumonia and was “unsure if she should come into work today but decided to anyways” she then proceeded to tell me that she “did everything the right way and was not able to help me”. I found this very unprofessional. I called my insurance and they informed me she was inputting my information incorrectly. I then had to go back to the store to get a refund… they gave me 2 receipts.. one with a barcode one without… so instinctively I gave them the one with a barcode she looked at me and said “this is the wrong receipt so there’s nothing I can do for you” I then showed her the other one without a barcode and she went to print out a new one. This interaction made me feel unvalued as a customer and I will be picking up my prescriptions/ antibiotics anywhere

Poor service . Never have prescriptions ready . And only one pharmacy tech .Changed to a real pharmacy .Left my 91 year old mother without her prescriptions several times .😢

Been with pharmacy over twenty years. Use to love them. They have a very rude young girl working for them now. She is uncaring, loud and condescending. Can't believe she is allowed to still work there. The others are very professional. Changing pharmacies forsure.🙄

Pretty much echoes what the other reviewers said. Long waits, getting texts saying prescriptions are ready when they are not. And why close for an hour for lunch when it gets so backed up. This place needs new management

Worst pharmacy in town. I have been trying to get my prescription for a week and it's been approved by insurance and all the pharmacy tells me is that it's not filled yet and they don't know when it will be filled. Due to them not filling my prescription I will have to go to the hospital in order to receive my medication and then have to be monitored overnight.

Im not usually one to complain… in fact I've never complained publicly about something like this. But I’m 16, and I’ve been on an antidepressant and anti-anxiety medication called sertraline for 3 years. I had 5 days left on my medication when I called an asked for a refill because I know they’re busy and need time to fill prescriptions. Four days go buy and I still haven’t received my refill notice saying my medications are ready, and now I’m on my last day of medication. That last day of medication goes by and I still haven’t received a text… when I ran out of my meds I called the pharmacy again saying that I had ran out of my meds and I needed them urgently… I’m now 5 days without my medication (which is addictive by the way) and THE PHARMACY HASN'T FILLED MY MEDICATION. They told me on Monday they’d put my medication refill under urgent; my mother and I have been calling every day since I ran out of my medication, and it’s now Friday and I still haven’t received a text saying my medication is ready to be picked up. We’ve been calling every day asking about my medication and for the past 5 days they’ve been saying the same thing “we’ll put it under urgent and they should be ready by later on this evening or tomorrow.” And they’re still not ready. If you’re on medications that need to stay in your system consistently DO NOT USE SAVE ON PHARMACY IN ALBERTSONS. You won’t get your meds refilled when you need them.

I've had to deal with all different pharmacies in town, and Savon has by far been the best for us. They have always been kind and helpful with tough prescriptions, and they always remember me and my son. Right now, they are SWAMPED because the other pharmacies are shutting down, and I'm afraid they'll be getting a lot of one-star reviews. It's not their fault, and I just want to tell the pharmacists how GRATEFUL I am for their work during this really, really tough phase of their jobs. Please show them patience and understanding. Waiting for your prescription is hard, but imagine the stress these pharmacists must be under. Be kind to them!

Worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. They constantly put some doctors name on the bottle that I have never heard of. WrongPrescription. WrongPrescription dosage .Wrong doctor's name. And wrong meds. Then they text you and say your meds ate ready. So I drive the 25 miles to K.F. and tell me only some of my meds are ready and I have to come back to KF. in a couple of days. It takes them 7-14 days. to fill my Prescription. REALLY LAME

I transferred from one pharmacy to Albertsons thinking that I would get better service. So far, the service is the worst I've ever experienced. I will give it a couple more tries and if it doesn't improve, I will take my business elsewhere. The employees lack compassion and interest in their jobs. They may be shortstaffed, but that doesn't give them the license to be uncaring.

I've been trying for weeks to get in for a flu shot. After going last week and standing in line for quite a while at Albertsons I got up to the "order counter: only to find out, all vaccine appointments have to be made on-line thru their app. A week later, due to work hours. So I get on the Albertsons app, get an appointment, show up. Nope, doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not. Not giving ANY shots... to many pharmacy orders to fill.. I was mad... hope u do better!

BEWARE....I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. If they are unable to refill your prescription or do not have the medication (this almost always happens for even the most common antibiotic!), they do not contact you. I have made countless trips in, just to find out that my prescription is still not filled (even though their message service tells you it is ready). When my son had strep throat, I took him in the store sick twice, just to find out they STILL didn't have amoxicillin. The worst part is, the staff never acts remorseful in the least. There are no apologies. They are supposed to be in the field of making people well, but it seems like they only get in the way of making people well (job security I guess!). I will be moving any future prescriptions elsewhere!

The wait time to get a prescription filled has been a running joke at this pharmacy for over a year. This month was the topper. I called in 3 refills on 10/30 went in to pick them up on 11/5 although the automated systrem stated they would be ready 10/31. They hadn't even started on them. Told me i had to wait in store for another hour to get them filled and when I went back in an hour still not ready. Severely understaffed and Kroger apparently doesn't care because they are not hiring anyone.

If you can transfer or go to another pharmacy I highly recommend you do so. Terrible service, over a week for prescription, no knowledge, wont answer phones, awful. Rude, rude people. Only reason I gave 1 star was I had to in order to post.

I have been waiting for a prescription to be filled for 4 days now. Repeat phone calls to the pharmacy and nobody answers. No text updates to tell me if its ready. Nothing. This is absolutely inexcusable.

Horrible, can't open on time. Suppose to be at 8:08 before opening. And still waiting..ridiculousFast forward 5 months later, still horrible service. This time I said no more. I transferred everything to Walmart pharmacy. These people are rude, don't acknowledge that you're there. Kept saying Hello, wouldn't even respond. The worst pharmacy next to Fred Meyer in town!!

I have been with this pharmacy for five years now and I have never in all my life had such trouble getting my prescriptions filled. Whether my doctor calls in a prescription or I am using the telephone reorder system they never have my prescription ready and it usually takes me showing up in person and questioning the status of the prescription for them to work on it. This literally happens every time I need a prescription filled.

By far the worst pharmacy. I wish I would have learned sooner and found a different pharmacy sooner. They are are always under staffed and the staff never seems super helpful. Getting one medication can take multiple calls and physical appearances and even with all the extra leg work there's no guarantee you'll get your medication.

Ordered perscription on Thursday, order line said ready at 1pm Saturday. Walked to store at 2 pm arrived at 2;30 pm and told not ready. Always a wait with this pharmacy
