LOVE. LOVE. LOVE! I have had some negative experiences with different Petco groomers in the past, so I was reluctant to fork out the money to get my dog a well deserved spa day. This is the best petco groomers I've taken my pup to! My groomer (I believe her name was Ashley?) was soooooo sweet! We will be back!! Thank you!

Great staff with polite and courteous demeanors. Dogs were very nervous as they don’t like new things but once they “met” their groomers did great! Would add that the website does not display additional charges for “supplies” and adding gratuity, which is not any in-house staff members’ responsibility. Will definitely return!

Bailey was amazing Kash is usually a high energy crazy boy. Bailey has a way with animals he absolutely loves her. We will be seeing her for every groom.

Terrible management of grooming portion of the Keizer Station store. They canceled last week’s appointment 15 minutes before the appointment, set up a new appointment for today, but gave us the wrong time. When we showed up at the time he told us, with both dogs in tow, we were rudely told we were late and would have to reschedule. Needless to say, we did NOT reschedule again. We were only late because we were given the wrong time in the first place. We will never go back.

Andrew did an excellent job cutting my dogs hair, trimming her nails and pampering her. It was comforting to see my dog on Andrews lap and him sitting on the floor waiting for us to pay! I could not have been happier when I picked her up!

I took my pet to get groomed and was quoted around 40 dollars for cut bath nails and when I went to go pick up my pet she wasn't cut or dried and was told it would be 33.99 just for the bath which wasn't even completed because she was still wet. And was told if I want to try again for the cut it would be another 40. I am very unhappy with the service at the grooming part of Petco and probably won't go back considering that PetSmart will only charge me 35 for the whole package

Bailey groomed my mini schnauzer and did an AMAZING job. Not only was she very friendly and professional, but she did an incredible job grooming my pup. HIGHLY recommend going to Bailey for grooming! :D

Oh I am so impressed by the grooming service here. I have a rescue pomeranian and he goes crazy around other dogs so the staff offered me a VIP treatment for him so that he was with someone at all times. Robyn did an amazing job of washing, drying, brushing, and trimming his hair and buffing his nails. I recommend this specific Petco before anything else! They also have a very user friendly app where all of your pet's needs can be taken care of for a fair price.

They saw us just a few minutes after I arrived, and clipped the nails on my dog while in my view, which I appreciated. Shandy was very nice. However, I had a hard time finding my way to the Transit Center after I left, as apparently, they don't like sidewalks in that area or street signs.

My little, Pixie, at 6 pounds and 18 months old got her first haircut by Kelsey. She looks adorable! I will definitely be bringing her back. Now all I have to do is find out why the Petco app won't work on my phone. Also Pixie was very comfortable there. I thought she would be scared, but they took such good care of her. Thank you..

Because of work, I was only able to come into the store the last 20 minutes before it closed to pick up some items I needed for my dog. I happened to have her with me as she loves to go to Petco and gets very excited when I turn into the parking lot. Because of the pandemic, I hadn't been able to get her nails trimmed in over a month and they were very long. I noticed that the grooming was open for the first time in a long time, and so I went to see if there was any way I could at least trim my dog's nails. They were so gracious and worked her in for me so that her nails could be trimmed. Soon, I hope to bring her back for a full service bath. Wonderful service, thank you so much!

We won’t return for grooming. By far the worst groom she’s ever had. They simply buzz cut our dog and didn’t follow any instructions. Our vet was even surprised how she looked two weeks later. Awful.

I paid 90$ for a bath, coat de-shed, and nail trim plus a tip which took them 2 hours. What a joke! He may have been bathed but he was not de-shed and his nails weren't trimmed. I paid a lot extra for the de-shed treatment and the reason I made the appointment in the first place was to get his nails done. Perhaps they cant handle large dogs? If that was the case they should have said so. I wish I had the guts to go back and demand my money back.

Kelsey is absolutely the best. I trust her 100% with my dogs, Kasper and Oliver. She has such a great heart and I believe she is a super mentor and example for others at this store. All.of.the employees are great there too and we appreciate everyone. It is so nice to have a safe place for my pets care. Thank you Kelaey.

She does an excellent job. The only thing I would suggest is that we go over what treatment we want each time, so we are on the same page. for example we tried the special shampoo treatment the time before, but didn't feel like it was worth $7. But that treatment was automatically done the last time. Thanks Daneice Blanchard

Kelsey is our dog's groomer. She's efficient, professional, and fast at grooming our standard poodle. He's 14 years old so Kelsey gives him extra time because it's hard for him to stand too long at a time. She is wonderful with him. Everyone in the store is friendly and they say hi to everyone in the store.

I'm sure they are fine for shampoos and trims, but I wouldn't recommend for specialized cuts. My Miniature schnauzer came home looking like a Highland Terrier once. I had to take him back the next day so they could "fix it". Other times, we just let it grow back out and try again. It makes sense since they have such high turnover. Almost every time we went, there were new groomers and a new manager. With low pay and minimal training requirements, along with overwhelming schedules and incentivizing staff to up charge clients, what do they expect?Be aware, every time we took our dog in, they tried to up charge for one thing or another.Me: Why are you charging for flea shampoo? Manager: The groomer found fleas on your dog.Me: Really, we never saw any and he never scratched. Our other two dogs don't have any fleas. Why aren't there any fleas now? Is it miraculous shampoo?Manager: Well the groomer said they were all over him. But we'll take the charge off.Me: Sure they were. Thanks.Dun, dun, dun...we've now been banned as Grooming customers for our pup.I was desperate to find a groomer to trim his nails and called. My first mistake. I spoke to the manager and asked if they had any experienced groomers. My second mistake. Expecting professional customer service from a Grooming Manager. My third mistake.Since I had expectations of professional customer service and grooming for my pup, the manager said we are now banned. I asked why and she said that he supposedly attempted to bite a groomer before ... and she's the manager, so she can do that.I'm aware of the incident. He was matted. I told them he has sensitive skin and to cut the hair if it's matted. They didn't listen and hurt him. I'm sure he growled. He didnt bite anyone. He's a little dog attached to a pole for goodness sake. And, we didn't get banned at that point.Whatever!
