I had an amazing experience this is like my second time going to this Petco and workers were very nice and helpful very clean and neat inventory prices are pretty spendy but other than that great customer service. I definitely I'm going back even though it's all the way in Keizer.

Ashley the pink haired female is scared of dogs , don’t even put effort in to trying to make your dog feel comfortable she gives up and says she can’t groom a dog. She approaches dogs with fear so obviously that doesn’t make the situation any easier. The ladies at Petco on commercial do a WAAAAAAAYYYY better job on making your furry friend feel comfortable and safe.

Visited this store to purchase fish. When I got to the beta section there were so many dead and dieing betas it was legit depressing. I stupidly paid petco for three of them to have a basic life saving water change 😐😞 they are doing better today at home with me.It was hard to leave the rest to die. I feel this store could do better.

Web site says to call for cat grooming,so I did 10 times. Never got an answer from grooming department. Went to store and when finally was waited on to make an appointment was told we can't do cats because cat person quit. U thought that any person hired for grooming should be able to at least trim cats nails. Really wasted my time and fuel. When an answered phone would have taken care of all

Wanted to buy a fish but the so called “aquatic specialist” told me she “wasn’t comfortable selling me anything” because I didn’t have the correct tank setup for it, even though I told her about my tank setup at home. Normally I wouldn’t care about something like this, but I had already bought some things for the tank, and she wouldn’t even sell me a 30 cent goldfish, much less a more expensive, cooler one. I will be buying my stuff from a different store.

Petco is HORRIBLE at customer service. For some reason USPS returned my order to Petco without even attempting to deliver it to me. I do not want USPS to deliver my order in the future because they are so bad at service and customer service. I called 3/23 and spoke to a rude woman who would not process a replacement order and who said she would have a manager call me and THAT never happened. I had to call back a second time on 3/24 to see about getting my order resent. I am so pissed about how I have been treated that I have cancelled my subscriptions altogether

Great selection of natural flea carpet sprays and powders. Was able to also pick up the treats that you could hide pills in to give our cats. The assistant was very helpful and we will end up finding the spray that I wanted in the dog section. She was also very helpful in letting me know which items had the best success with customers and whether or not they had brought a product back that didn't work. So far everything I bought has worked great and I'm very happy. I was really surprised, as a new Resident to Oregon, that you could easily purchase ferrets here. They had an adorable selection and answered all of my ridiculous questions. Thank you! :-)

Petco Keizer has given me a great Grooming experience for Bella. She loves going there. Because I usually go in on short notice, I have not have the same groomer every time, so now Bella thinks she is friends with all the groomers and get so excited just walking through the door. What a nice experience.

Up until now I have been a customer with Petco, the lady that always showed love to my Italian mastiffs and made them her friend was the reasoning behind my continued appreciation for the name “Petco”. Recently I had seen a job posting availability open up for my Keizer location, seeing that I am familiar within the animal kingdom, I figured this was a good fit for me. I called the store, one of the managers named Jocelyn (sp?) had told me “Don’t call back and if the hiring manager was interested, you would’ve received a phone call”. I’ve been a part of the management industry for the past ten years, this is not how you treat a potential candidate especially when you have a potential hire. If Calynda (sp?) District Store Manager (DM), could give me a call back that would be great. Unfortunately, my business might be taken elsewhere now.

Went in at 2.30 store was quite busy waited a long time for help in fish department. While the clerk was catching fish I told her I was in the Sunday before and purchased fish.I purchased 6 neon tetras 5 out of the 6 died in the first 2 days. She told me that alot of the fish have been dying. But I didn't receive any credit for the dead fish.There are signs posted that say fish are guaranteed 30 days..I purchased my fish and left.

I was unable to buy my dogs specific food and had to buy another one. The store did loook as of it had gotten a shipment due to the pallets around but int he past asking for help didnt get me my product. Also I am still very angry that the checkout process has eliminated the customers view of scanned items and prices. I feel this is full blatient deception and I hope someone files a class action lawsuit for charging more than listed.On that topic I was also disappointed to be charged 4 dollars more in store for a product on sale online and in the ad because I forgot to price match it. The store should match online prices automatically.

I was in a panic! My senior kitty needed medication in tablet form (seriously?) I knew I needed Pill Pockets but I couldn't find them. In my experience you get an eye roll and vague "over there" response when asking for help. I cautiously approach a young lady cleaning the ferret habitat. She walked me right to them (no eye rolling) & asked if she could help with anything else. Can you believe it, actual customer service with a smile. I needed that.

Came in for fish multiple times. Went from a 30 gallon tank with fake decorations to a 60 gallon tank with all real and live decorations. Through the whole process Chantel helped me get all set up and was extremely helpful. Because of Chantel I made this location my first pick for all my pet needs. It's true when they say time Flys when your having fun. Best petco experience.

Here visiting and needed my pups nails trimmed. Due to medical reasons, I can’t do it myself. The girl declined because my dogs vaccine record expired in a week and I don’t carry her records on me. Plus dog feces all over the store. Not impressed.

I love Petco better than any other pet supply store because they have reasonable prices and the staff are very helpful and friendly and I get to look at all the animals. Snakes Rodents Birds Ferrets Gunipigs and FishThis is the do it all store when it comes to animal care. They have other services too. Grooming is one of them. I Love You Petco ❤️ Thank you for being so wonderful 💖

I was absolutely blown away by the amazing service at Petco. I recently moved and my Bengal kitty can no longer go in and out as she pleases and must stay inside, the transition has been very difficult, to say the least. I asked an associate, Devin, if she had any advice and she showed me around the whole store and pointed out multiple things that would help assist making this transition as easy as possible. I was so impressed and grateful for all of her help and advice and the fact that she went above, beyond and out of her way to help me find everything I needed. To top it off, i ended up finding out while checking out with the cashier that she wasnt even on the clock anymore, yet she had STILL helped me with everything and never said a word about it! Thank you so much, Devin! Absolutely amazing service!

I go here every so often for my dogs food. Never have any issues, and I’ve ordered online too! Went in today for one of my fur baby’s birthday to fill up on food, and Chantel informed of us of some rewards we get with our membership that I wouldn’t have known of otherwise!! Chantel has great customer service! My boy had a great time there!

Overall, the husband and I enjoy shopping at Petco when we need to get pet supplies, and to see your new products and services. But, we were very disappointed to hear that the military and other discounts have been discontinued. We really appreciated it because we're both retired and on a tight budget and with my husband being retired Navy he felt appreciated aqnd greatful that such a large company would care enough to honor them in that special way. We are hoping that you'll think twice and reinstate the discounts so that we may continue to keep our pets Happy and Healthy!

This location is currently under remodel.They have the expected variety of different pets for sale as well as their specialty supplies.The staff is knowledgeable and can more often than not, provide an answer to your question, or figure out how to get you an answer.We appreciate shopping here and working with the friendly staff in our local city.This last trip was about looking at dog trimmers... of which they have a great selection from beginner to professional.
