Purchased a bag of Charcoal bbq pellets at a reasonable price and couldn't be more happier. The pellets give the food a crisp charcoal flavor that is not overpowering. The very friendly staff even helped bring the bag to my vehicle. Definitely going to purchase another bag when I run out. They really treat you like you family here.

Love this place! Wide variety of things whether it be pet or garden related. The staff are all super friendly and very helpful! They also have some pretty good deals on Thursdays. Will definitely continue coming here

We absolutely love coming here!!! Staff is great and informative. We changed food for our dog and it was perfect for her!! Not to mention we bought a raincoat for our Chihuahua and she looks great and works perfect. It dumped rain on us in Pacific city i’m so glad you guys had a coat!!! My neighbor asked me to take her to the store to get some things for her critters and so we went to Copper Creek in Keizer. They had an amazing selection of great stuff for most any pets and small farm animals. The outstanding thing I want to tell you about is the kind and gentle service given to my neighbor and myself. Great Store. Extremely Friendly Staff. Will always choose this place for pet needs over big box stores. Have good selection of toys, treats, and all pets supplies. I walk my dogs through the store every week or two so they can get a special treat.

This is my favorite store in town! The prices are great on pet supplies, and it is so fun looking at the unique gifts they have as well. The man and woman (not sure if they’re the owners) that work there are always so great to the customers and are very patient when you’re not sure what you’re looking for. I always make sure to shop here when I can. Love to support shops like these.

They have cat food and kitty litter. They always ring me up, go get my heavy item(s) and bring them to the car for me. I’ve never had to put the heavy bags in the car myself. It’s super appreciated!I’ve also been amazed at their knowledge, I appreciate when I have questions - about cat food/supplies or garden things - that they are happy to help.

This is where I go to get all my pet supplies. They know me, ask about my kids and my mom...it feels like visiting with family. They have a great selection of products and are very knowledgeable about animals. They will load what you buy into your car. Great customer service. I'd highly recommend.

Every time I visit this store, mainly for feed and extras for my flock of chickens, they prove again and again how helpful and customer service centered they are. Their employees not only can answer all my questions about products and flock health, but make recommendations when they get something in they believe will help my flock thrive. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic service. Everyone who works there treats you like family, they inquire about you and your pets and take the time to get to know you. I had two dogs with special needs, one just passed away, but they took the time to help me adjust the food for the needs of both my dogs, and when there was questions about the food my remaining dog was eating, they were helpful and understanding when I needed to look into other options. I will always come back to Cooper Creek Mercantile.

I have gone to CCM for years now because they all seem so knowledgeable.My veterinarian’s office stopped their VIP program and due to them not open on the weekends and having a difficult time getting appointments but yet I would need to take my dog in in order for me to continue buying his flea treatment and medication, I said forget it. Salem and Keizer seem to have a shortage of vets that are accepting new clients. If an emergency comes up with one of my animals in the mean time I will take them to the ER vets office.My German Shepherd is over 12 years old and has been having hip issues as I guess is somewhat normal for the breed. The vet that I had been seeing had him on medication but it became so expensive with needed testing every so often along the cost of the medication.I went with my mom that is a frequent shopper to talk to Steve at Cooper Creek Mercantile about my German Shepherd and his hip and joints. Steve was so helpful! I am so Thankful for his expertise in the dog foods and what other items I can give him because my baby has improved so much. In fact so much that when I am in the yard with my dog, my protector, he has a little jump in his steps when we go back in the house.I would rather pay a little more by shopping at Cooper Creek Mercantile with all their very knowledgeable staff that greet you with a smile and even by your name when you become a regular there, than a box store that may have 1 or 2 staff members that know what ingredients are in the product only because they are reading it off the bag. Thank You Steve and thank you to everyone there for making it so my dog is able to still live a happy life

Love all the fun yard stuff, bbq spices and rubs, great selection of plants. Oh, and they have a huge selection of pet foods. Their new addition of food trucks outside is a wonderful surprise. The staff is really friendly and will carry your stuff out to your car.
